Mr. Schue overhears the glee girls talking about how the guys are ignoring them and confronts the guys. The guys write a song for the girls.
Don’t You
The glee girls and Kurt sat around in the choir. They all had a free period and usually came to the choir room to do homework. Today Mr. Schue was in there grading papers.
“Have you girls heard of ‘Lesbian Bed Death’?” Kurt whispered, trying not to let Mr. Schue hear.
The girls, even Santana and Brittany, shook their heads. Kurt nodded, “It’s when two lesbians become so accustomed to each other that they start acting like sisters instead of lovers.”
The girls eyes widened slightly, they all knew what Kurt meant. Rachel ran a hand through her hair, “Finn and I haven’t been intimate for a while, we’re acting more like, best friends than anything…”
Kurt nodded, “Blaine hasn’t been as…’boyfriend-y’ as he used to be…” He frowned softly.
“Joe and I were never intimate but he doesn’t act like he has interest in me like that anymore.” Quinn stated.
“I thought Mike and I were doing fine, but now that you guys are talking about it, we’re not, he’s acting just like the other guys.” Tina said quietly.
Mercedes nodded, “Sam just hangs out with Puck now, he has no time for me…”
Mr. Schue had heard their conversation and had gotten up, “Uhm, Ladies, Kurt, I couldn’t help but over hearing, are you really having that much trouble with the guys?”
Kurt nodded, “They’re acting like they don’t…care for us anymore.” He frowned and rested his head in his hands.
“I see…” Mr. Schue nodded and the bell rang. The girls stood and walked out of the choir room.
Oddly enough the guys had the free period next and they started filing into the room. Mr. Schue leaned against the piano and waited until the guys were all in the room. When the bell rang he clapped his hands together, “Okay guys. Time for a heart to heart.” He grabbed a chair and sat down in front of the guys, “The girls and Kurt were just in here last period and were talking about some things.”
“Mr. Schue, we really don’t want to know about their girl problems…” Finn stated, looking around at the guys.
Mr. Schue shook his head, “Not what I meant.” He sighed, “They were talking about how you guys don’t have much time for them anymore. You’re all off doing different things all the time and not showing them the love they thought you had for them.” He stood and put the chair back in its place, “I suggest you guys do something to show them that you still love them.”
The guys looked around, surprised. Blaine cleared his throat, “We have been ignoring them haven’t we?”
Finn, Sam, Joe, and Mike nodded. Puck shrugged, “I’m not in a relationship with any of the girls…”
“But you and Santana used to be really close, you haven’t spoken to her in a long time.” Mike said.
“I think I know what we need to do. Do you guys think you can all come to my house tonight? We need to do something for the girls to show them we care.” Blaine asked and looked around.
The guys nodded and they made plans to meet at the Anderson home.

The next day in Glee club the girls were all gathered together talking about the night before. Kurt sighed, “Blaine didn’t want to come over for dinner, he always comes over, he loves my dad.”
Rachel frowned and rubbed his shoulder, “Finn said he had to work: He doesn’t even have a job.”
“Mike said his family was going on a trip so he had to pack.” Tina explained.
“Sam said he was going to play videogames with Puck.” Mercedes shrugged and sighed.
“Joe said he was going over to Blaine’s house, he said all the guys were going.” Quinn said, eyebrow raised.
Kurt’s eyes widened and Rachel grabbed his hand. They all looked towards the door when the guys walked in. None of them came to sit though, they all just stood in front of the girls.
“We were informed yesterday that we haven’t been, respecting you enough, or showing you that we love you…But were going to change that.” Blaine explained, smiling softly. He, Sam and Puck grabbed guitars and the guys sat down on stools in the middle of the room.
Blaine started playing and then the other two joined in.
Blaine:
Say, wasn't that a funny day?
Gee, you had a funny way--a way about you.
A kind of glow of something new.
Sam:
Sure--I'll admit that I'm the same.
Another sucker for a game kids like to play,
And the rules they like to use.
All:
Don't you want the way I feel?
Don't you want the way I feel?
Don't you want the way I feel for you?
Mike:
The sun: telling me the night is done.
Well I refuse to let it stop our fun.
Close your eyes--we'll make it dark again
Finn:
And kiss; there's a thought, so how 'bout this?
Let's pretend that both our lips are made of candy.
After all, we need sweets every now and then.
All:
Don't you want the way I feel?
Don't you want the way I feel?
Don't you want the way I feel for you?
Puck:
Here we are: two strangers in a very different place.
Who knows what could happen to us next?
Here we are with nothing but this little spark.
It's too cold outside to lay this fire to rest.
Blaine:
Go? How so very apropos:
A goodbye just as soon as I said 'Hello."Well alright, I'll see you later.
It's true: it's just a fantasy for two.
But what's the difference if it all could have been true?
I guess this is better.
All:
But don't you want the way I feel?
Blaine:
Don't you want the way I feel?
Sam:
Don't you want the way I feel for you?
Mike:
Oh, don't you want the way I feel?
Finn:
Don't you want the way I feel?
Puck:
Don't you want the way I feel for you?
All:
Don't you want the way that I feel for you?
When the song ended the girls jumped from their seat, walking over to their significant other. Kurt wrapped his arms around Blaine’s neck and kissed him softly. Rachel hugged Finn’s middle. Quinn kissed Joe’s cheek and hugged him softly. Mercedes hugged Sam. Mike and Tina shared a sweet kiss and a hug. Santana and Brittany gave Puck a kiss on each cheek, smiling softly.
