Incandescent
Seattleites Kurt Hummel, a sought-after personal stylist, and Blaine Anderson, a down-on-his-luck barista, have one thing in common: their Broadway dreams were smashed. Kurt developed irreparable vocal nodules during his senior year of high school, and Blaine's drama degree never got him anywhere after college. But Seattle's 5th Avenue Theatre is giving them a second chance: Kurt's been tapped to produce and develop the jukebox musical Blaine wrote in college. What happens when they first meet at, of all places, Blaine's day job?
Author's Notes: As I'm from Seattle, I may make some confusing references to local establishments or culture.(For example, the 5th Avenue Theatre is a real theatre in downtown Seattle that employs local actors and musicians. They do hold an annual awards ceremony for achievement in high school theatre, as well.)If I'm unclear about any references I make, pleasedo not hesitate to leave a comment or message me and ask about it! :)
