I Wish I Was The Moon Tonight
Blaine Anderson, a young boy from Lima Heights, is struggling. His family is falling apart, his Greaser friends are turning away from him, he's frustrated with himself, and he's confused about the world. Just when he thought he was sure of everything, Blaine's world gets turned upside down. When he meets a well known Soc named Kurt Hummel, nothing will ever be the same.
Author's Notes: So I think The Outsiders was the first book that I was forced to read in class that I really, truly loved. It was so inspiring for me, it's what got me into writing in the first place. So I combined two things I loved: an amazing story line and an amazing couple. Though it is intimidating for me to tackle these two things, I hope I do it some justice. And no, the story will not be the same as Hinton's story. It's just an inspiration.
