Jellybeans and Coloring Books

Kurt opened up the last box, desperate to finish so he could prepare for his date with his amazing boyfriend. The usual memory items were crammed inside. Photos, tapes, clothes, other mostly useless items. Kurt smiled as he picked up an old coloring book. He really needed to find the perfect outfit for his date, but a few minutes of coloring couldn't hurt. Maybe he could give it to Blaine! He lifted his vibrant crayons out of the box and sat on the floor. The boy turned to a page with a cute baby duck and set to work. He didn't notice half an hour pass by, or the knock on the door, or even the amused figure in the doorway. He only looked up when Blaine sat in front of him. Kurt blushed. "How long have you been watching?"He mumbled. "About 5 minutes."Blaine replied, holding back a humongous grin. After a few moments of quiet, Kurt rolled his eyes."What?"He grumbled. "Nothing!"Blaine's smile broke out full force. Kurt continued to color, refusing to break. "May I join you?"Blaine asked. "No."Kurt said automatically. "Why?"Blaine pouted. "You're being a meany-pants."Kurt stated, turning around. Blaine held back a laugh and decided to play along. He crawled around to face Kurt. "Please Kurty? I sowwy I was a meany-pants. I won'ts ever do it again."Blaine said as he pouted. Kurt looked up at his puppy of a boyfriend and giggled. "Okay, but only if we can watch Disney movies later. I do that at all my play dates."Kurt smiled handing him a dog picture. Blaine smiled and nodded vigorously as he turned to the crayon box. "Kurt! You never told me you had the huge pack with built-in sharpener!"He exclaimed. Kurt rolled his eyes. This was going to be a long, fun day.

An hour later, Kurt was making grilled cheese while Blaine made the pillow and sheet fort. Kurt walked into the living room to see a wonderful fort and Blaine caught up in a stray sheet. Kurt laughed and tugged the cloth off. Blaine sat up, his curls sticking out everywhere. "You saved my life!"He screamed, launching at Kurt and kissing him. Kurt laughed and led them into the fort. They watched Disney, ate grilled cheese, and sang along to the music. By the time they were done, they both had and odd craving for candy. Blaine smiled as he pulled out a bag of Every Flavor Beans from his bag. "Blainey, you're the best!"Kurt stated as they opened the container. "Wa'd you get?"Blaine asked as his boyfriend chewed on one. "Broken Computer?"Kurt wrinkled his nose. Blaine ate a green bean and a purple bean." You?"Kurt asked. "Green Apple Cough Syrup."Blaine grinned. They laughed. Kurt intertwined their fingers. "I'm sorry I forgot about our date."Kurt mumbled. "Babe, it's fine! This is much better than my plan to just go to Breadstix and a walk."Blaine stated, kissing his cheek. Kurt pulled Blaine by the tie and kissed him. They relaxed on the plush floor and snuggled. "Tonight was a lot of fun."Blaine stated, combing through Kurt's hair. Kurt nodded. "I love you Blainey."He whispered. "I love you Kurty."Blaine smiled softly. They fell asleep in each other's arms, dreaming of jellybeans, coloring books, and of course each other.
