"No, Blaine! The ring goes on the other finger!" Rachel cried, her dark hair falling into her face as she reached forward to give Blaine's wrist a chastising slap. Blaine batted her away and put the candied ring on his best friend's second to last finger, both of them sharing a grin.

"It's strawberry," he whispered in the boy's ear.

"Yours is blue raspberry," Kurt whispered back before putting the ring on his finger, getting it right the first time. Rachel rewarded him with a nod. Blaine looked down at his Ringpop; blue raspberry was his favorite. He brought his hand up to his mouth and took a long suck of his candy. Kurt rolled his eyes at him and this time Rachel succeeded in smacking him on his shoulder.

"Blaine, you can't eat your ring! You're not even married yet!" Blaine smiled sheepishly and dropped his hand.

"Sorry," he muttered.

"Don't apologize to me," Rachel said, sass radiating off her in dizzying waves. "Apologize to your husband." Blaine sighed and looked at Kurt.

"Sorry, Kurt," he said. Kurt gave him a half smile and shrugged.

"It's okay," he said. Kurt brought his own ring to his mouth and sucked it for a moment. "There." Blaine grinned at Kurt and Kurt started giggling, his hand flying up to cover his mouth. "Your teeth are blue," he said around his hand and Blaine scrunched his face, showing off his teeth even more. Kurt laughed harder.

"Hey, are we having a wedding or not?" Rachel asked with hands on her hips, but the boys let their laughter run a little longer. "Kurt, do you take Blaine to be your waffle wedded husband?"

"I do," Kurt said, nodding like a bobble head.

"Blaine, do you take Kurt to be your waffle wedded husband?"

"Yes, ma'am."

"Blaine," Rachel whined.

"Oh, sorry. I do." Kurt let out a short giggle. Blaine bumped his shoulder with his own.

"I now pronounce you husbands. Now kiss and make it official!" Blaine smiled over at Kurt before leaning in and pressing a kiss to his lips quickly. Applause started and Blaine looked over at the picnic blanket behind him where his and Kurt's mom were sitting and clapping. Kurt's mom had a camera out and was taking pictures while Blaine's was holding a video camera.

"Finally," Kurt's mom groaned. "I thought we'd have to wait till our boys were eight."

"They grow up so fast," said Blaine's mom.
