Kurt and Blaine were laying on Blaine’s bed, half clothed and listening to the Wicked soundtrack that was playing quietly in the background.
“Ooh! I have an idea!” Blaine smiled and looked hopefully at Kurt.
Kurt smiled in response.
“Okay, here,” Blaine climbed over to the other side of Kurt, so he was laying on his side, facing Kurt’s back, “I’m going to write something out on your back with my fingers!”
Kurt let out a small laugh, “I used to do this with my mom all the time! Okay, I’m ready.”
“L?”
“No, it’s all in capital letters!” Blaine retraced the line across Kurt’s back.
“I.”
A small dash, “Is that a ‘space’?”
“Mhm!” Blaine hummed.
“L…….O…….V……..E, Blaine, are you really being this cliche?”
Blaine strained his neck around and kissed the tip of Kurt’s ear, “It’s not going where you think it’s going.”
“Space. Y…….O……U……P?”
There was a small pause and then Blaine wiped his palm across the place he had been tracing his finger.
“I was erasing,” he clarified, and re-outlined a letter.
“Oh! That was an ‘R’. So we have: I love your…”
A half-circle. “C.”
A circle. “O.”
Another half-circle. “C.”
A long, vertical line and a sideways ‘V’-shape. “K.”
Blaine was humming along to the music innocently.
“Really, Blaine? Really?”
Kurt flipped himself over and strung his arm around Blaine’s waist, pulling their faces close together, “You’d better be happy I feel the same way,” he said, smiling and kissing Blaine on the lips.
Blaine returned the smile and nestled his head under Kurt’s chin.
“I am.”
