Yet another night was being spent in the Berry's basement, singing karaoke and having a usual gathering of friends in the glee club. Of course this time was without alcohol, seeing as Rachel's dads were actually home this time.
Rachel and Santana were up singing ‘A Boy Like That,' basking in the memory of when they performed in West Side Story. Kurt and Blaine sat on the floor against Rachel's wall, their legs tangled with one another's, and their heads pressed together.
"I'll be right back, I think I left my cell phone in my jacket upstairs in Rachel's room." Kurt murmured to Blaine, who nodded his head in acknowledgement. Kurt padded his way up to Rachel's room and grabbed his coat, sticking his hand into the pocket to grab his phone. Just as he was about to reply to a few texts he'd missed, two warm arms were wrapping around his waist from behind, and soft kisses were being placed to the back and sides of his neck. Kurt let out a low sigh of contentment. "Blaine," Kurt said, turning to face his boyfriend, who was smiling sensually, "Let's go back downstairs, those microphones have our names written on them."
Blaine furrowed his brow, but the smirk remained plastered on his face. "Or we could stay up here..." His words trailed off into a kiss, his mouth working in motion with Kurt's. Blaine's hands wandered up and down Kurt's back, and into the back pockets of his jeans. He kissed in a line down to Kurt's neck, burying his face in the crook of it.
"Maybe we should go to the bathroom or something...so as not to be, uh, disturbed." Blaine suggested.
"We could stay here, it's more comfortable, even if it looks like Playhouse Disney threw up on her walls and décor." Kurt said with a giggle.
"Mmm, you don't think Rachel might mind if we make out in her room?" Blaine said kissing Kurt's hand.
"Well no, I doubt she'd care at all." Kurt winked, taking Blaine's arm and dragging him over to Rachel's bed. Kurt yanked Blaine on top of him, shifting so that his weight was underneath Blaine's. Kurt slid his hands around to Blaine's backside and gripped his ass, making Blaine whimper slightly.
"You're making me want to do a lot more than just make out with you, Kurt." Blaine commented, kissing over the shirt covering Kurt's chest.
"Well, I am aware what it does to you when I'm a tease." Kurt laughed, latching his lips to Blaine's jaw kissing and nipping at points. They rolled over on Rachel's bed, laughing and kissing, nipping and holding, all while they failed to notice someone walk into the room. Two people in fact.
"Oh! My goodness boys!" Blaine and Kurt shot upright, their faces flaming red when they heard the voice of Hiram Berry, carrying a laundry basket full of clothes in his arms. Leroy stood behind him with a second basket.
"Oh my god, Mr. and Mr. Berry we're so sorry, we weren't doing anything other than just kissing I swear, really we-" Kurt tried to explain, flustered not only from the kissing, but the growing embarrassment.
"Calm down, calm down, Kurt, we're not going to kill you or anything." Leroy said, laughing. "Believe it or not we were teenage boys once too."
"Gay teenage boys, in fact. So we get it." Hiram supplied, smiling.
"Thank you both, for being so nice about this, but it really wasn't our place to be, um, doing that in your house." Blaine said politely, trying to get him and Kurt out of this situation in the least awkward way possible. "It was my fault."
"Oh please, while this might not be the best place, I get that when you've got that urge, you have to fulfill it, if you know what I'm saying." Leroy said, nudging Blaine's arm, only to make his face turn even redder, if that was possible. "When you've got a great boy like Kurt, I would understand that you couldn't keep your hands off of him!" It was Kurt's turn for his face to flame into a dark scarlet color.
"I-um, well, thanks?" Kurt said, trying to not sound weird.
"So tell us, you boys are happy together?" Hiram asked.
"Very." Blaine said at the same time Kurt said, "Absolutely." They exchanged tender smiles.
"Leroy, it's like looking into a mirror, well, a mirror of the past." Hiram whispered, and Kurt and Blaine smiled at Rachel's dads with a fond expression.
"Now, I'm sure both of you have had talks about intimacy with your fathers? Or at least know about it?" Leroy said, making Kurt and Blaine shift uncomfortably.
"Uh, yes." Kurt said awkwardly.
"But you know, I just wanted to know," Hiram began, "have you boys-"
"Hiram! You don't ask you're daughter's friends if they're sexually active!" Leroy scolded Hiram, smacking his side.
Both Kurt and Blaine wanted to crawl underneath Rachel's bed and never come out, for they were sure they've never been more embarrassed in their lives. Like this could get any worse. First, they get caught kissing, now Rachel's dad asking them if they'd have sex, a question which would NOT be answered, and now-
"What is your favorite position?" Hiram asked. What.
"W-what...?" Blaine said, trying impossible hard to sound innocent.
"HIRAM!" Leroy shouted again.
"Let the boys answer my question, Leroy! I'm curious! And hey, maybe we could give them some tips." Hiram insisted. Tips. Tips on what, exactly, Kurt and Blaine wanted to know, though they already had a pretty good idea what they had tips to offer for. "No need to pretend you haven't done it, when you're a gay man, you just know these kind of things about other gay men, it's like a sixth sense."
Leroy's face was buried in his hand, as he let out an exasperated sigh. "So about that favorite position..." Hiram continued.
"We really don't...um...wow." Kurt stammered, wanting nothing more than to jump out of Rachel's window, taking Blaine with him.
"Face to face." Blaine said, staring at the floor.
"Blaine!" Kurt exclaimed, looking utterly shocked.
"What? He'd keep asking if we didn't give him an answer!" Hiram looked satisfied, while Leroy looked almost just as shocked as Kurt.
"Interesting." Hiram said, pondering the thought. "You see, me and Leroy prefer-"
"OKAY, Hiram, I think that the tea's ready now, let's let these two get back to the party and we'll just head out. Sorry for before, boys, enjoy yourselves at the party." Leroy cut him off, dragging Hiram out of the room and downstairs.
"Remember though, always be protected and don't for get the lub-"
"HIRAM. ENOUGH." Kurt and Blaine heard the two from down the hall, their voices distant.
"Well, that was significantly terrible." Blaine said, hanging his head.
"I'll say." Kurt said, putting his hand on Blaine's back. "So, you like face to face the best?" Kurt said coyly.
"Oh, um, yes." Blaine said softly, blushing.
"I'll keep that in mind." Kurt said with a wink, standing up to head back downstairs, hand in hand with Blaine.
