Its Badboy!Blaine more or less. Though it doesn't really start with is POV but yeah Idk. I was listening to It Will Rain by Bruno Mars, which is the song used in this fic, and this is what came out of it.
Author's Notes: not beta'd
It was normal for Kurt to get looks walking down the hall. McKinley High students still weren’t used to his clothing after two years, but these looks were different. These looks were those of what seemed to be fear, possibly shock, he didn’t know all Kurt Hummel knew was that he didn’t care. He had a gorgeous guy walking down the hall with him with his arm wrapped around his waist and his face buried in his neck. It was distracting trying to walk down the hallway while Blaine was placing soft kisses up and down his neck, but he didn’t care. He wasn’t sure how he got to his locker, but when he did he found himself being pushed into the metal with some slight force as Blaine started a new hickey right below his right ear. He looked at the picture hanging in his locker of him and Mercedes and thought back to two weeks ago…
“Thanks for the picture Cedes! I love it!” He screeched into the phone as he walked down the halls of McKinley.
“Calm down white boy you are going to give yourself a heart attack.” Mercedes voice replied from the other end of the phone.
“I’m hanging it up in my locker right now! I have to go I’ll talk to you soon.”
“Okay. Love ya boo.”
“Love you too.” He smiled as he hung up the phone.
Mercedes was on a 4 day trip with her parents to visit some family in Chicago. He missed her. He walked a little bit further till he reached his locker. As he was doing the combination the picture slipped from his hand. Once he got the door unlocked he bent over to pick up the picture not expecting to hear a whistle come from behind him.
“Damn I would give anything to see that again only next time over a desk with no pants on.” The voice from behind him quipped.
Kurt grabbed the picture and snapped into an upright position in seconds. Placing the picture inside before he turned around to meet a face he had never seen before. His eyes trailed slowly down from the boys gelled black hair, down to his soft pink lips, past his severely tight white v-neck, below his studded belt, down to his claves being hugged by tight black skinny jeans until he was met with black combat boots.
“Like what you see?” the voice asked as his eyes snapped back up to the boys face.
He hadn’t noticed his dreamy hazel eyes until then. He couldn’t answer. He was lost in the look the boy was giving him. One eyebrow up, head slightly cocked, eyes getting darker by the second, and a smirk extending from ear to ear.
“Because I love what I see.” The boy said as he inched closer.
He was a inches away from Kurt’s lips, “ see you around beautiful” the boy whispered before he pulled back and walked away.
Needless to say Kurt Hummel had been in trouble since day one.
As that week progressed Blaine pursued Kurt showing up everywhere Kurt was, making smart ass comments and making sure to leave Kurt blushing in the end. It wasn’t until one day after school that Kurt had gotten so fed up with the smart comments and Blaine’s annoying attempts to get into his pants that they actually talked.
Kurt yelled at him for being “ignorant” and said and I quote “ You will never get anywhere with me if all you do is shout obscene comments at me and try to molest me from behind whenever I’m at my locker!” Blaine’s only response was to grab Kurt’s face and place a passionate yet gentle kiss on the boys mouth. Kurt melted into the kiss. They pulled away breathless, resting their foreheads against each others as they tried to catch their breath, and before Kurt could make a witty comment he heard the two words he’d never expect to hear come out of Blaine Anderson’s mouth.
“I’m sorry.” the boy whispered as his hot breath ghosted over Kurt’s face.
Kurt smiled. There might be hope for him and Blaine yet he thought.
The following week Kurt and Blaine spent all their free time together, mainly talking about their pasts. Blaine had opened up to Kurt as to how he got into Dalton reform and how he ended up getting expelled, while Kurt confided in Blaine about all the bullying he had been receiving and his mother’s death. They spoke about things they were interested in such as singing and their favorite movies and book. Kurt was happy to have someone to talk to that understood him, and Blaine, well Blaine was happy to have found someone who wouldn’t judge him for his past. By the end of the week, their relationship was official.
So here he stood, Blaine still working on the hickey as he pulled his history book from his locker smiling at the picture of him and Mercedes taped up inside. He whispered a thank you to the picture. Blaine pulled off his neck and Kurt turned around to be faced with a confused look on the boys face.
“What was that?” Blaine asked
“Nothing.” Kurt said with a smile as he turned back around to shut his locker.
“I’ll meet you here after your history class okay?” Blaine asked
“Of course.” Kurt replied as he placed a gentle kiss on Blaine’s lips as the bell sounded through the hall.
Blaine’s face lit up with a smile when Kurt pulled back. They parted ways knowing they would be reunited soon enough.
Kurt walked into his history class with a smile as he sat down in between Rachel and Mercedes. The two of them gave him quizzical look before it turned into an almost angry expression.
“What’s wrong with you two?” Kurt asked.
“Oh nothing, nothing… except for the fact that we are losing our best friend to some ex con who seems to only want him for sex is all.” Rachel sneered before narrowing her eyes at him.
“What?” Kurt shouted, “Rachel you know nothing about Blaine so could you please just shut up.” he replied as he turned to face Mercedes.
“She’s right Kurt. Why is it I only ever see you two making out or on the verge of exhibitionism?” Mercedes quipped as she saw Kurt roll his eyes.
“Listen you two know nothing about Blaine or our relationship for that matter so back off.” Kurt snapped as he picked his books up to go sit in the corner of the room next to Tina.
All through class the only thing he could think about was how Rachel and Mercedes were kind of right. In public Blaine tried to keep up his image of McKinley’s resident badass, but when they were at his house Blaine was caring and gentle and the sweetest guy Kurt had ever met. If Rachel and Mercedes knew how Blaine was in private they wouldn’t think he was only after Kurt for sex. As the bell rang to show that class was over, Kurt was pulled away from his thoughts. He was the last one to leave, due to his slow packing up while his mind was still on overdrive.
He walked down the hallway to his locker, seeing a familiar head of gelled down curls waiting for him. He let out a sigh as he reached his destination.
“What’s wrong?” Blaine asked as he wrapped his arm around Kurt’s waste.
“You.” Kurt responded a little harsher than he wanted.
“What?” Blaine asked shocked as he pulled back.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it in such a harsh way. It’s just that Rachel and Cedes sent me on a guilt trip last period saying they are losing me to a guy who only wants me for sex.”
“Baby you know that’s not true.” Blaine responded as he snaked his arm around his waste again, burring his face in Kurt’s neck.
“Well if you were more romantic and sweet like you are in private then maybe my best friends wouldn’t get the idea that you only want me for sex being as the only way you are with me in public is with your mouth attached to my neck.” He let out a sigh as he shut his locker.
“Babe come on you know I’m not good with all that romantic stuff.” he whined into Kurt’s neck.
Kurt was getting pissed off. He shut his locker, removed Blaine’s arm from his torso and pulled back so Blaine’s face was off of his neck.
“Blaine you and I both know that is a lie.”
“Come on Kurt I don’t see what you are getting so upset about. I thought you didn’t care what other people thought of you.”
Kurt let out a frustrated sigh.
“I’m upset because people think my boyfriend only cares about sex and not me, and at this rate maybe I’m starting to believe them because he doesn’t have the balls to tell them how he really feels about me.” He said through gritted teeth as he stormed off.
Blaine’s jaw was clamped shut, with his arms folded across his chest. He couldn’t believe this. Though he had to admit. Maybe he was being a little unfair to Kurt, but he most certainly wasn’t going to apologize first.
A few days passed and it was now Friday. He hadn’t gotten anything from Kurt. No calls, no texts, not even a glance in the hallway. He was heartbroken. He really did care for Kurt quite a bit. He hadn’t told him yet but Blaine was almost positive he was in love with the blue eyed boy. He had to get him back, and he knew exactly how to do so. He just needed a little help from the boys in Glee club.
By the time Tuesday’s rehearsal came along, it had been a whole week of nothing from Kurt, but that was all subject to change once Glee club started.
All the girls and Kurt were sitting in the classroom. Mr. Schue arrived right as the final bell for class rang.
“Alright guys today-” Mr. Schue began before being cut off.
“Where are all the boys Mr. Schue?” Rachel interrupted.
“Well Rachel I was just getting to that.” Mr. Schue replied with a smile.
The band began to play, when suddenly the boys flooded into the room, followed by a curly headed boy who started to sing.
If you ever leave me baby,
Leave some morphine at my door
‘Cause it would take a whole lot of medication
To realize what we used to have,
We don’t have it anymore.
Kurt mouth almost hit the floor at the sight of his boyfriend with the other boys. The song choice brought the tears to well up in his eyes.
There’s no religion that could save me
No matter how long my knees are on the floor
So keep in mind all the sacrifices I’m makin’
Will keep you by my side
Will keep you from walkin’ out the door.
The other boys joined in with oooo’s for the chorus.
Cause there’ll be no sunlight
If I lose you, baby
There’ll be no clear skies
If I lose you, baby
Just like the clouds
My eyes will do the same, if you walk away
Everyday it will rain, rain, rain…Blaine smiled as he walked over and pulled his boyfriend form his seat. Taking one of his hands in his and wrapping his free hand around his waste as they started to sway.
I’ll never be your mother’s favorite
Your daddy can’t even look me in the eye
Oooh if I was in their shoes, I’d be doing the same thing
Sayin there goes my little girl
Walkin’ with that troublesome guy
Kurt smiled at the lyrics as he made continuous eye contact with Blaine.
But they’re just afraid of something they can’t understand
Oooh well little darlin’ watch me change their minds
Yeah for you I’ll try I’ll try I’ll try I’ll try
I’ll pick up these broken pieces ’til I’m bleeding
If that’ll make you mine
Blaine twirled him as he began the chorus again.
Cause there’ll be no sunlight
If I lose you, baby
There’ll be no clear skies
If I lose you, baby
Just like the clouds
My eyes will do the same if you walk away
Everyday it will rain, rain, rain…
He pulled Kurt in closer, bodies flush against each other.
Don’t just say, goodbye
Don’t just say, goodbye
I’ll pick up these broken pieces ’til I’m bleeding
If that’ll make it right
He twirled him one last time. Dipping him.
Cause there’ll be no sunlight
If I lose you, baby
There’ll be no clear skies
If I lose you, baby
Just like the clouds
My eyes will do the same if you walk away
Everyday it will rain, rain, rain…
He pulled him up slowly as the music drifted to a close. Kurt’s eyes never left him once. The smile on his face was the biggest Blaine had ever seen. They were centimeters apart.
“I’m sorry.” Blaine whispered before he crashed their lips together in a long awaited, heated kiss.
When they pulled back both were panting as they tried to catch their breath. Eye contact still unbroken, that was until they heard the uproar of applause around them. Both boys snapped their heads to the side to see the teary eyed girls rushing towards them. Blaine pulled away in time to let the girls capture Kurt in a group hug. Kurt’s eyes were still locked on Blaine as he heard sobbing apologies from Rachel and Mercedes. He gave them all a hug and quickly ran to Blaine. He threw his arms around his neck and squeezed him tight.
“Still think I only want you for sex?” Blaine asked
Kurt pulled back so he could face his boyfriend. He pecked him on the lips before replying.
“No I guess not.” He said with a wink.
Blaine just shook his head, before he smashed their mouths together again.
Yeah, he was most certainly in love with this boy.
