Hey There, Kurt Hummel

I didn't know if this site only accepts stories but sometimes I like writing scenes that I'd like to happen in Glee. So this is one of them.

Characters: Blaine Anderson, Kurt Hummel,

Author's Notes: If Blaine just sings that song, I just...yes. Because that song is like amazing and perfect for Klaine. I mean, "Delilah, I can promise you that by the time that we get through the world will never, ever be the same" That's totally Klaine. <3

(INT. Fade in to Blaine Anderson on a stool, guitar in his hand. He sighs. Then starts playing "Hey There Delilah" by: The Plain White T's.)

BLAINE

Hey there, Delilah

What's it like in New York City?

I'm a thousand miles away but girl, tonight you look so pretty

Yes, you do.

Times Square doesn't shine as bright as you

I swear it's true

Hey there, Delilah

Don't you worry about the distance

I'm right there if you get lonely

Give this song another listen

Close your eyes

Listen to my voice it's my disguise

I'm by your side

(INT. Cut to Kurt Hummel, in his apartment, walking around. Kurt looks sad and thoughtful. Song plays on.)

BLAINE

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

What you do to me.

Hey there, Delilah

I know times are getting hard

But just believe me, girl, someday I'll pay the bills with this guitar

We'll have it good

We'll have the life we knew we would

My word is good

(INT. Blaine, still playing on the stage. Looking out with those puppy dog eyes of his.)

BLAINE

Hey there, Delilah

I've got so much left to say

If every simple song I wrote to you

Would take your breath away

I'd write it all

Even more in love with me you'd fall

We'd have it all

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

Ooh, it's what you do to me.

(INT. Shows Kurt digging through an box, looking for something.)

BLAINE

A thousand miles seem pretty far

But they got planes and trains and cars

I'd walk to you if I had no other way

Our friends would all make fun of us

And we'll just laugh along because

We know that none of them have felt this way

Delilah, I can promise you

That by the time that we get through

The world will never, ever be the same

And you're to blame

(INT. Blaine sets the guitar down and gets off the stool. The guitar part keeps on playing. Blaine runs off the stage and shows him running into his car. Flashes to Kurt, sitting in his living room, looking at a picture of the both them.)

(EXT. Blaine is standing in New York City with the city flashing around him. He runs toward Kurt's apartment.)

(INT. Kurt is looking at the picture, tears gathering in his eyes. Kurt's head turns to look at the door, as if someone was knocking. The guitar part to "Hey, Delilah" is still playing. Kurt gets up with the photo in his hand and opens up the door. Blaine runs through and hugs Kurt with all his might. Tears are streaming down his face. Kurt lets go of the picture and grasps of Blaine tightly. They stand there, hugging each other. It zooms into the picture, which just shows Kurt and Blaine, smiling brightly, arms around each other. Fade to black.)
