Once again, the Lima bean was packed. Kurt tried his best to work quickly but there were always more people pouring in from the rain. 
"Hello, can I take your order?" He asked before looking up and meeting a big brown pair of eyes. His heart fluttered. This man was stunning. His olive skin, slicked back hair and chiseled features standing out from the blur of other faces. 
The man started waving his hands in some soft of fashion. 
"Oh." Kurt said. "Youre deaf?" He asked. Then signed DEAF?
YES. Blaine signed back. DO YOU SPEAK SIGN? 
Kurt had to take a minuet to work out what Blaine had said and what to say himself, but he got there. A LITTLE. CAN I TAKE YOUR O-R-D-E-R? He spelled out the last word, not knowing it by heart. 
ORDER. Blaine signed. O-R-D-E-R. ORDER. 
ORDER. Kurt repeated. CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER? 
CAN I HAVE A MEDIUM DRIP PLEASE? Blaine responded smiling at the beautiful cashier. 
YES. Kurt replied. ANYTHING ELSE? 
Blaine contemplated for a second the responded with. A CHOCOLATE COOKIE AND A DINNER DATE?
