Kurt gets his NYADA letter and he is ecstatic. He and Rachel freaks out and are all over the place about it, when Kurt gets hit by the reality of having to leave Blaine, and what that will mean. So we see them in Blaine's room; they're lying on the bed just looking in each other's eyes.

Blaine: "But this is what you really want. You need to do this, to follow your dream. We'll make it work, and it's only a couple of months and then I'll come there to be with you."

Kurt: "You'll visit won't you?"

Blaine: "Of course I will. How could I not?"

Silence. The smile Blaine has been wearing throughout the entire scene fades. He turns sad and closes his eyes.

Kurt: "What's wrong? It's not like we're breaking up. We'll talk over the phone all the time."

Blaine: [his eyes still closed] "I know. It's just... it's gonna be so hard to see you go, and I'll miss you so much."

Kurt lifts his chin and kisses his nose, and Blaine opens his eyes to meet Kurt's.

Blaine: [singing]

"Close your eyes and I'll kiss you
Tomorrow I'll miss you
And hope that your dreams will come true"

Kurt: [singing]

"And then while I'm away
I'll write home every day
And I'll send all my loving to you"

Together: [singing]

"I'll pretend that I'm kissing
The lips I am missing
And hope that our dreams will come true"

During the song the scene fades into a montage of their memories of stuff they have been doing together.

As Kurt continues singing All My Loving on the side Blaine starts singing It Won't Be Long but a soft version so it easily blends into Kurt's song.

Blaine: [singing]

Every night the tears come down from my eyes

The song ends and they both have tears but they look happy with their hands locked between them.

Kurt: "I'll call you every night."

Blaine: "Or I'll call you. We'll get through this."

Kurt: "Yes. It won't be long, and then we will be in New York together."

Blaine: "In New York together."

Kurt brushes a tear off Blaine's cheek and in return Blaine kisses him, and the scene fades out as they snuggle close.
