“But it makes me taller than you. Now you don’t have to bend down to kiss me.” He smirked, leaning in towards Kurt.
“I don’t bend down. You always come up on your toes.”
“Shut up and let me win this one.”
Kurt rolled his weight to his toes and leaned in and pressed his lips to Blaine’s. He’d never get tired of the feeling of Blaine’s lips on his. He still got the butterflies he did when Blaine kissed him for the first time over Pavarotti’s casket. He laughed against Blaine’s lips at the memory.
“What?” Blaine pulled away looking shocked. “Why are you laughing at me?”
“You’re an idiot. I’m not laughing at you.” Kurt laughed.
“Then what are you laughing at?” Blaine asked suspiciously.
“Memories.” Kurt replied simply.
“You gonna expand on that?”
“You’ll think it’s dumb.” Kurt blushed.
“No, I won’t. Tell me.” Blaine grabbed his hand and intertwined their fingers. “I promise I won’t think it’s dumb.”
Kurt sighed. “I was thinking about the first time we kissed.”
“What about it?” Blaine asked, intrigued.
“I was laughing at the fact that you kissed me while I was decorating a casket.” Kurt said, avoiding Blaine’s question, but Blaine knew him all too well and knew what Kurt was doing.
“It just felt right.” Blaine shrugged. “Now, tell me what else you were thinking about. And don’t say nothing because I know there’s something else.”
“Istillgetbutterfiles.” Kurt mumbled, looking away.
“What?” Blaine reached out with his free hand and turned Kurt’s face to his. “Hey. I already told you I won’t think it’s dumb. I promise.”
He leaned in and kissed Kurt again trying to calm his nerves. He pulled away from Kurt’s lips, but let their foreheads rest together.
“I still get butterflies when you kiss me.” Kurt whispered.
“Oh, Kurt.”
Kurt pulled away and walked to the other side of the room.
“See! I told you you’d think it was dumb!” He sulked leaning against the washers behind him.
Blaine hopped off the dryer and walked towards Kurt.
“No. Stay away from me. I’m an idiot.” Kurt pouted.
“You are.” Blaine said as he walked closer and closer to Kurt.
“Blaine!” Kurt scoffed and looked up angrily at him.
“Shut up, Kurt.” Blaine laughed and he pinned Kurt between himself and the washer. “You’re such a diva.”
Blaine brought both of his hands to Kurt’s cheeks and looked into his eyes. “I love you, Kurt Hummel. I love you more than life itself. You showed me what happiness is. You taught me how to love. You’re my inspiration and the thing that keeps me strong. You’re my entire world. There is no one else in this world that I would rather be with right now in this tiny little community laundry room. Living in a tiny one bedroom apartment with. Coming home everyday. Eating dinner with. Going to bed with.” Blaine stopped and cleared this throat.
“You’re a diva, but I love that about you. I love it when you get angry and jump to conclusions, because then I get to do this.” Blaine pulled Kurt to him and pressed their lips together. He kept it short, but sweet, trying to get his point across.
“Kurt. I love you. And I don’t think I can ever say that enough. I want to spend the rest of my life giving you butterflies. Because I get those same butterflies from you. You wanna know how you give me butterflies?”
Kurt nodded. He suddenly found himself unable to speak.
“Well for one, when we kiss. It takes me back to every kiss we had in high school. especially that first kiss.” He smiled. “And then every. single. time. you tell me you love me. When I come home from class and the first thing you say is ‘You’re home?’ as if you thought I wasn’t going to come back or something crazy like that. And when I come home those other days and you’re in the kitchen in your boxers making dinner.”
“Blaine. It’s usually just chicken or pasta or something.” Kurt cut him off.
“It doesn’t matter. You’re in our kitchen. Cooking dinner for us in our apartment. What you’re cooking doesn’t matter. It’s the domesticity of it. Like we were made for this. For each other.”
“We were.” Kurt says simply and Blaine can see the tears in his eyes.
“And then there when you kiss that spot on my neck you know drives me crazy. And when you nip at my hip right before you go down on me.” Blaine blushed. “And when we’re cuddled up at night, when you’re wrapped in my arms or I’m wrapped in your’s. Either way, it doesn’t matter. Just as long as I’m touching you.”
Blaine kissed away a tear that has found it’s way down Kurt’s cheek.
“When we wake up together and you’re still there, that gives me butterflies too. Because somehow, you haven’t gotten tired of me and snuck out in the middle of the night to run away forever.”
“Never.” Kurt laughed and kissed him.
“That. That right there, Kurt. It…I don’t even have words for it. You make me feel like I’m five years old with a crush. But it’s not a crush. I’m so crazy in love with you. And somehow, correct me if I’m wrong, you love me too.” Blaine paused, waiting for Kurt to answer before he continued.
“Of course I love you.” Kurt smiled at him.
“I don’t know why, and god knows, I never expected you to, but you do. And I want to spend the rest of my life proving it to you.”
“You don’t have to prove anything, Blaine.” Kurt wrapped his arms around Blaine’s waist and pulled him even closer.
“I know I don’t have to. But I want to. I want it so much Kurt.” He pulled Kurt’s arms from around his waist.
“What…What are you doing? I was comfortable.” Kurt protested.
“Just…just gimme a minute, okay?” Blaine said reaching into his pocket. He kissed Kurt once more before moving away a few steps. “I didn’t plan on doing it like this, okay?”
“Okay?” Kurt said obliviously.
Blaine took a deep breath and knelt down in front of Kurt, taking his hand. Kurt gasped as his eyes filled with tears.
“Blaine…”
“Please don’t cry, Kurt. Because I won’t even be able to make it through this if you do. I love you Kurt Elizabeth Hummel. I love you so much. You are my everything. Everything good in my life. My sunshine. I know that we’re only twenty-two and graduating college in four months, but god, I want to spend the rest of my life with you. Showing you how much I love you. Coming home to you. Living with you. Fighting with you and having crazy angry sex. And then having crazy make-up sex. Starting a family with you. Dealing with problems together. We’ve been together for almost six years, Kurt. And I want to spend the next one hundred with you.” Blaine’s voice broke.
“Please, Kurt. Please tell me you’ll marry me?” Blaine flipped open the black velvet box he’d been carrying around for the last three months, too scared to leave it at home for fear of Kurt finding it.
“Oh my god, Blaine…” Tears were running down Kurt’s face and he didn’t even other to wipe them away. “Blaine. Fuck. Blaine. Oh my god.”
“Kurt. I’m freaking out here.” Blaine stared with wide eyes, not knowing what was going through Kurt’s head.
“OH MY GOD. YES! YES BLAINE. YES. Now please stand the fuck up so I don’t have to bend down to kiss you.” Blaine slid the ring onto Kurt’s finger before he stood up.
Kurt wrapped his arms around Blaine’s neck and slammed their lips together. Blaine wrapped his arms around Kurt’s waist and picked him up, pinning him to the wall, never letting their lips part.
“Blaine…oh my god…yes…a million…times…yes…fuck…I love you…I love you…so…fucking…much.” Kurt said between kisses.
“Kurt…Kurt…” Blaine panted pulling away. “We’re in the laundry room.”
“Blaine. You just proposed to me in a laundry room.” Kurt laughed.
“Shut up. I had it all planned out. Dinner. Ring in the dessert.” Blaine blushed.
“That’s so cheesy. This was perfect Blaine. You’re perfect.” Kurt said kissing him.
Blaine groaned and pulled away. “We’re still in the laundry room.”
“How long before the clothes are done?” Kurt mumbled.
“Twenty minutes.” Blaine sighed.
“Too long.” Kurt said as he pushed Blaine away and walked to the dryer.
“What are you doing?”
“Taking these stupid clothes out of this dryer because I can’t wait twenty minutes for them to be done. Why do you wait until eleven pm to do laundry?”
“I realized I didn’t have any clean boxers.” Blaine grumbled.
Kurt laughed as he slammed the dryer and grabbed the basket, heading for the door. Blaine followed him up the three flights of stairs and back to their apartment. He closed and locked the door behind him and heard Kurt throw the clothes onto the couch and the basket to the floor somewhere in the living room. Kurt was behind him in seconds, pulling him by his shirt away from the door and into their room.
“Hey.” Blaine grabbed his wrist, stopping him. “Best. Butterflies. Ever.”
“You’re such a dork.” Kurt threw his head back and laughed.
“But I’m your dork.” Blaine said taking advantage of Kurt’s head being tilted back and attacked his neck with his lips.
“Oh, god.” Kurt groaned. “You’re so right. Best. Butterflies. Ever.” He whispered and he fell backwards onto their bed, Blaine falling on top of him, but supporting his weight on his forearms.
“I love you so much Kurt.”
“There go those butterflies again.” Kurt said giggling. “I love you too, Blaine.”
“Hm. I wonder if I can figure out what else gives you butterflies.” Blaine said with a smirk.
“I don’t know if you can, but I definitely think you should try.” Kurt whispered in Blaine’s ear before kissing the spot that he knew would get him what he wanted.

Ok so *I* got butterflies reading this! You just really captured all that is good and wonderful about Klaine. And I have to say, of all the proposal places, I never in a million years would have expected to love one in a laundry room, but you definitely proved me wrong! (And I love how Kurt calls him out on that too!) Overall just fantastic.
This is literally the CUTEST.
This is adorable :D
IT'S SO FLUFFY, I'M GONNA DIE!! I won't lie, that was ADORABLE.
I squealed so hard when Blaine asked!!!!!! This was so adorable!!!!!

I really like this! I definitely vote for another chapter :)
SO. MUCH. FLUFF. I loved this! I was like tearing up at the proposal speech. :D You're very good! Keep writing! Always, Jessica
Intense fluff. Oh my GOD. And Blaine proposing in a laundry room is probably the most believable thing ever because Blaine still apparently SUCKS at romance XD One thing I will say is to be careful of your tenses. But other than that, this is perfect. And perfectly adorable! :3 -xoxo
IT's SO FLUFFY!! I'm gonna die!!! ugh please please continue. That was so perfect and beautiful and *le die*
FLUFFY! Need Klaine fluff right now!! It'd be great if you would still continue even though you wrote this so long ago :(Hahaha proposing in the laundry room...ok, not very romantic as one reviewer pointed out, but only not normally. Blaine totally made it romantic. Totally spontaneous just like Blaine. And his speech was totally cheesy and gushy and THAT was absolutely romantic! LOVE!
