"Mr Hummel?" A women calls out

Finn, Kurt, Carole and Burt, made there way to the women

"Is Kurt okay?" Burt asked

"I'm sorry to say, but it looks like you have cancer Kurt."

"...."

Kurt broke out into sobbs. So did the rest of them. Finn held onto Kurt.

Three months later Kurt went to Dalton after getting kissed by Karofksy. He joined the glee club called the Warblers. He was rooming with a blond boy named Jeff. Jeff has a crush on Nick, but won't tell Nick. Blaine was one of Kurt's closet friends, along with Jeff and Nick. He had other friends, like the Warblers and a few other boys that were in his class.

Kurt hasn't told anyone about the Cancer. Not Blaine. Not Jeff. Not Nick.

When Kurt gets really sick he acts like he's okay. And thank God he pulls it off. But lately the three guys have been on his back. They've been really worried about their friend. Jeff has been taking care of Kurt when he throws up. Kurt tells him it's just something he ate, or maybe he got the flu.

The first class of the day, biology, is the one Blaine and Kurt have

together. When Kurt walks into the lab, Blaine is already sitting behind the long black counter that they share, waiting for him with his hands clasped together in front of him. Kurt seriously considers turning around and skipping class all-together. Having Blaine around makes dealing with all of this that much harder. The boy has an uncanny ability to gauge Kurt's moods and his perfect understanding frustrates Kurt. Why can't he just leave him alone? Kurt stops his thought process there, though. Because he doesn't want that. But that doesn't stop him from feeling anxious as he takes his seat next to Blaine, who is still gazing curiously at him.

"Blaine, can you stop, please?" Kurt says, his voice breaking slightly at the last word.

Blaine looks genuinely taken aback, "What?"

"Just. I'm fine, okay?" Kurt huffs as he tugs his notebook out of his bag. Blaine's eyebrows knit together in a mixture of concern and frustration, but he does as Kurt asks and turns his attention to the board.

When Kurt looks up to do the same, however, he freezes. Written in the teacher's block handwriting, the words "Mitosis Lesson 3: CANCER" glare at him. From the corner of his eye, Blaine sees that Kurt is staring at the white-board, his face colored with a heartbreaking expression. Kurt is shaking as he fights back the tears that are rising to the surface again.

"Kurt, what's going on? What's wrong?" Now Blaine knows for sure that something is up. He's seen Kurt in all forms of distress and he's helped him get through it, but this-this was different somehow. Blaine looks from Kurt's face to the board where their teacher is now explaining the lesson for the day.

"I can't-I can't do this," Kurt says, collecting his stuff hurriedly and rushing out of the classroom.

"Mr. Hummel! Are you okay?" their teacher, Ms. Moneypenny, calls after Kurt.

"Um, Ms. Moneypenny, I don't think he's feeling very well. Permission to go check on him?" Blaine asks, poised on the edge of his seat and ready to run out.

Ms. Moneypenny huffs, but waves her hand signaling permission, "Very well." Blaine is out of the door, ignoring the stares of all the other students. But when he gets into the hall, he can't find Kurt yet again. He decides to try the nurse's office, though he knows it is probably wishful thinking on his part.

Turns out that that is precisely what it is when the receptionist kindly tells an impatient Blaine that Kurt hadn't stopped by. Blaine checks all the restrooms he passes as well as an empty classroom or two with no luck.

Blaine swears under his breath and walked back to class.

"Kurt! Are you okay?" Finn asked worried

Kurt drove back to Ohio, He went to the club glee's room.

Everyone jumped up but didn't move. Kurt could tell there were worried. He knew he couldn't just say he missed them, being his eyes were all red and swollen.

"Fine." Kurt signed and took a sit

Mr. Scuhe walked in. Once he saw Kurt he smiled, but his smiled faded when he saw the state the poor kid looked.

"Kurt! Nice to see you- Are you okay?" He asked worried

"I need to tell you guys something." Kurt said. Finn got it right away

"Are you sure?" Finn asked

"Yes, you guys are my family and you can't keep something this big from them. But none of this leaves the room."

"Okay go ahead." Will said

"Three months ago I found out I have CANCER." Kurt looked around.

Quinn looked like she'd been slaped. Rachel and Tina were crying in the back. Mr. Schue was tearing up, but stood in shock. Puck was getting mad. And everyone else looked hurt and confused and devastated all at the same time.

"Please say something." Kurt said

"I can't believe it. Please tell me this is some kind of sick joke." Puck cried. And I mean Cried.

"I'm sorry Noah." Kurt hugged him

Kurt's phone went off. Kurt signed but he picked it up

"Blaine he answered." Jeff called

"Hello Jeffery. I'm fine okay." Kurt said

"He said he's fine but I don't believe him. I dont believe you Kurt."

"I know I heard you yell at Blaine." Kurt laughed

"He says if you ever do this again your dead meat."

Kurt laughed, "Okay. I'll be home before 10. Tell Blaine not to worry, and don't worry either."

"Were are you?" This time it was Blaine

"Hi Blaine, I'm visting dad and Carole, and all my friends. I'll be home soon."

"You scared me." Blaine was crying

"Hey Don't cry, I'm fine. I'll see you later bye."

"Bye."

"Sorry guys." Kurt said to his friends

"No it's fine, your boyfriend needs to know were you are." Finn smirked

"We're not dateing." Kurt said

"Yet." Puck said

"Unbelieve you two are." Kurt laughed

"But you loves us anyways." Finn smiled

"Yes, I do." Kurt smiled back

Kurt arrived at Dalton. He knew Blaine would be in his room.

He opened the door, to find Jeff and Blaine cuddled up. Kurt smiled at the site of his friends, But then got jealous. Kurt turned off the TV and went over to Blaine's doom which he shared with Nick

Kurt had his own key. He opened the door slowly so he doesn't wake up Nick. He walks over to Blaine's bed and falls down. As soon as his head it the pillow he was asleep

Kurt woke up and ran into the washroom. Nick woke up and ran after Kurt.

"Kurt! Are you okay." Nick got him a washcloth

"Yea." Kurt stood up

"So snuck into my room." Nick smiled

"Yea Blaine and Jeff were sleeping together, Like cuddleing, So I left them alone and came here. I hope you don't mind." Kurt gave a weak smile

Nick was jealous, he likes Jeff alot but doesn't know if he likes him back, "Not at all."

"Good." Kurt went back into the washroom to clean up.

"Nick! Kurt didn't come back last night. Me and Jeff looked everywhere. We called Finn, but he said he left last night. I'mscared what if he got in a car crash." Blaine walked in

"Don't worry he came here last night, after he found you and Jeff sleeping together. He didn't want to woke you guys up so he came here. He's in the washroom throwing up." Nick said

"Not again." Blaine sighed

"Yea, I'm worried I don't think it's something he eat or a bug. He's really sick. And either he knows what's wrong and he doen't want us to know or give him pitty. Or he doesn't knew and wont go to the nurse or hospital. And he can't really force him." Nick sighed

"Wait me and Jeff weren't sleeping together." Blaine said

"Well not that way. but you guys were cuddling up." Nick was getting mad

"Oh dude I'm sorry. I don't like him that way. he's all yours man." Blaine smiled at his friend. Nick pulled him into a big hug.

"Awe Anderson moving on from me so soon." Kurt joked. Blaine jumped back.

I see how it is.

"Never babe." Blaine smirked

"Good." Kurt smiled

"God Blaine I haven't found him. I freaking out. What if he's dead, God that can't be. please don't let it be. God why does me have to me such a great friend. I now understand what you see in him, he's charming, sweet, sexy, funny. loveing. I can't go on with out him. I'm going to miss him so much. Oh hi Kurt..... KURT!." Jeff pulled Kurt into a big hug.

Blaine was blushing from what Jeff said. So was Kurt. Nick brust out into laughter.

"What?" Jeff asked

"I amost kissed you to stop you from talking." Nick stopped and turned red when he heard what he said.

Kurt and Blaine backed up and smiled.

"Why didn't you?" Jeff asked, the same color as Nick

"I didn't think you would like me back." Nick ducked his head

"I don't Like you back." Jeff said. Nick's heart sunck

"I love you back." Jeff smiled. Nick's head shot up

"Ouch. Fuck." Nick held his neck

"OMG honey are you okay?" Jeff rushed it Nick's side

"Honey?" Nick asked

"Sorry." Jeff said

"I like it." Nick smiled

"Nick, can I kiss you?" Jeff asked

"Anytime." Nick said. Jeff kissed Nick. They pulled back

"Wow." Jeff smiled

"Yea wow." Nick smiled and kissed him once more

Kurt and Blaine smiled in the back.

One week later.

In Warblers practice

Everthing was going okay, till his stomch started acting up.

"Kurt?" Wes asked

"What?" Kurt asked

"Did you hear me?" Wes asked

"No I'm sorry." Kurt signed

"Are you okay?" Jeff rushed to his side.

"A bit dizzy." Kurt said

"Blaine help." Jeff caught Kurt

"Bathroom." Kurt muttered

"Kurt what's going on?" Blaine asked. 30 mins after Kurt fainted

"It's nothing." Kurt said

"Stop, please and tell me. I can't stand to see the person I love faling apart right in front of me." Blaine cried

"You love me?" Kurt asked

"Yes." Blaine moved in closer, "I'm going to kiss you know okay." Kurt nodded. Blaine kissed him. Fireworks went off, This is everything Kurt has ever wanted but something felt wrong. Kurt pulled back. Blaine started to freak out, "You don't like me back. Omg I just everything up."

"If I didn't like you back, I wouldn't of kissed you back. Blaine Anderson I'm crazy I'm love with you," Blaine smiled, but then started to fade, "But I can't date you. I'm sorry."

"OMG you have a boyfriend don't you." Blaine started freaking out

"Yes." Kurt lied

"But you kissed me back. That ment something to me Kurt. I really like you and you said you liked me. That little kiss ment the world to me, and to you I'm just another guy." Blaine was getting mad

"I'm sorry." Kurt said, crying

"Don't even. I'm sorry but I can't be your friend." Blaine walked away.

Kurt felt sick and not because he has cancer, because the love of his life you walked away.

Two weeks later. Jeff, Blaine and the warblers were eating lunch. Well everyone but Kurt. He always eat with them, Even after Blaine and Kurt stopped talking. Blaine was getting worried

"Jeff have you seen Kurt today?" Blaine asked

"No sorry. He wasn't here when I woke up, and no ones telling me anything. I'm really worried." Jeff said. Nick held onto him tighter

"I'm going to call Finn." Blaine pulled out his phone

"Blaine, Kurt's in the hospital. I know you guys fought. But if you loved him you'll come over fast. We don't think he's going to make it." Finn was crying.

"Were are you? What's wrong with him?" Blaine got up and was walking to his van. Nick and Jeff came with.

"Blaine, Kurt has Cancer."

Blaine stopped. Tears were filling up his eyes, "How long has he known?"

"Before he went to Dalton." Finn signed

"Have you called his boyfriend?" Blaine asked. Blaine put it on speaker since he's driven. Jeff was crying beside him, while Nick looked like he just got shot in the backseat.

"Blaine he doesn't have one. He lied to stop you from asking him questions. He's head over heels for you."

"God, I've been an ass to him. I've acted like I don't care about him. When I'm so in love." Blaine was crying

"Don't beat your self up kid." A mans voice came on

"Finn are you on speaker?" Jeff asked

"Yes, I'm here with the New Directions, Mr.Schue, my mom and Kurt's dad. who was the one to speak." Finn said

Blaine started freaking out, "Oh, Hi Mr. Hummel. I'm sorry that I said I loved your son." Blaine didn't know what he was talking about

Burt chuckled, "It's fine. Kurt's been asking for you non stop. I'm glad he has someone like you. From what Kurt has told be about your from the last few months, your a perfect boyfriend."

"I'm not his boyfriend," Blaine sighed "I think I blow everthing up for us."

"Then answer me this, Why is he asking for you when there are some many others he could see, like me." Burt laughed

"...." Blaine didn't know what to say. Jeff smiled back at Nick

"Thought so, kid." Burt laughed

"Mr. Hummel." The doctor called out.

"We're here. See you in a min." Blaine hopped out of his car and ran into the hospital.

"Wow, hot and dapper, Hummel's good at picking out guys." Santanna said

"Nice to see you Santanna." Blaine smiled

"He knows my name. What a creeper."

Blaine laughed

"Hi Blaine, I'm Carole Hudson- Hummel. But you can call me Carole. Burt's talking to Kurt's doctor. We're going to take you and," Carole looked over to Jeff and Nick who were holding hands, "Niff, which I'm guessing is you two." They both nodded and blushed at the nickname.

"Way to go sweetie you made these to guys blush." Burt walked up.

"So this way men." The doctor took them to Kurt's room. and walked away.

"Blaine you came." Kurt sounded shocked

"Listen Kurt I'm sorry." Blaine cried

"I'm going to leave you guys alone." Burt left

"Don't be. I'm the one who lied to you, more then once" Kurt said

"I forgive you Kurt. And I want to be with you, but I'm not going to till you tell me everything and forgive your self." Blaine said

"Thank you. I forgave myself when you walked in. But I can't be with you?" Kurt said

"Why not?" Jeff asked

"Because I'm dieing, and I don't want you to go through losing me. You don't desever that." Kurt said

"I don't desever you." Blaine smiled

"The doctors said I'm not going to make it another day, or less." Kurt was crying

So was everyone else

"Can I kiss you?" Blaine asked

"Once. Don't get me wrong I would kiss you all day, but like I said before."

"As lone as I can kiss you know." Blaine kissed Kurt. Kurt's hand rested on Blaine cheek. they kissed for what seemed like hours

"I'm never saying goodbye to you Blaine Anderson."
