12 years after Blaine and Kurt broke up and stopped talking, they meet again. At the hospital.

"Hi my name is Blaine Anderson, I'm looking for my brother Cooper Anderson." Blaine told a lady at the desk

"Yes, he's shareing a room with Mr. Hummel, First floor, room 10." The lady turned to another person

Hummel. God it must be Burt. I heard someone had cancer, God I should of been there for Kurt, hell I should be there right now. Oh God what if he's here.

Blaine came to the door of the room. He walked in.

The first bed had Cooper in it, who was sleeping. And you couldn't see the other one

"Hi Blaine." Finn said awkwardly. walking into the room

"Hi Finn. I'm sorry to hear about Burt." Blaine said

"Burt?" Finn asked

"Please tell me that's him in that bed." Blaine started freaking out

"Blaine." He heard a voice.

"No... This can't be. Kurt." Blaine walked over to the other bed.

"Blaine. I'm sorry to hear about Cooper." Blaine could hear the hurt and pain in Kurt's voice. It broke his heart.

"What happend?" Blaine asked looking at Kurt's body.

"I have cancer Blaine." Kurt said

"God. I'm so sorry I haven't been around." Blaine was crying

"Finn can you help me sit up?" Kurt asked

"Yup." Finn walked over and got him up.

"Thanks." Kurt gave a weak smiled.

"Anytime." Finn kissed Kurt's head before he sat down and played on his phone

"Blaine please don't cry." Cooper appered right behind his brother

"Cooper. How are you?" Kurt asked

"Good Man, how bout you?" Cooper sat down beside Kurt and put his arm around him, pulling Kurt towards him until he heard a sigh of contentment. They had figured out over the last few weeks that sitting like this not only helped to relieve Kurt's back pain, but also helped with Kurt's breathing.

"What's why you Anderson's being so charming and helpfull." Kurt joked

"Just helping out a friend." Cooper smiled

"Thanks you. Blaine you're starting." Kurt laughed

"What-- sorry. How are you really doing?" Blaine asked worried

"I know what you mean. How long do I have. Blaine They said that they've got it out of me. But there is a chance it could come back. They had to do some surgery on me, so I wont be out for another month or two. Cooper has been helping me, we talk about it all the time. I was in a car crash and lost my husband. They did some test and fond that I have cancer. I tried calling you but you moved and I didn't know ur phone. And I didn't want to bother Cooper, bc I thought he was mad at me."

"I could never be mad at you." Cooper said

"besides it's all my fault." Blaine said

"No it isn't. I didn't pick up when you called, I made you fell like I didn't love you anymore." Kurt said

"Kinda. But after what happend with Eli, I knew we were ment to be together." Blaine said. Kurt flinched at his name

"Case close." Kurt joked

"What?" Blaine asked

"Oh, his name. It has been bugging me for years. Well ever since that night. I was still sared you were lieing to me when you said it wasn't Sebastian. In facted I went and visted him. I punched him he put me in a coma. Lifes life." Kurt shrugged

"Wait he put you in a coma. I'm going to kick his ass." Blaine was getting anrgy

"Cool down man." Finn said

"For how long?"

"Five days. But my dad died when I was in the coma. After that I tried to kill myself." Kurt said

"Wait Burt's died." Blaine was crying

"Yes. He died of cancer. I'm happy that i'm not going to make any girl preggo, because it seems my family dies of cancer." Kurt shrugged

"Wow you've changed." Blaine said

"I guess hospitals do that to you." Kurt said

"Have you ever forgave your self?" Kurt asked

"I- what?"

"For cheating on me."

"Yes, it took along time. But after I understood that I'd never see you or be with you ever again."

"Damn." Kurt saidd

"what?" Blaine asked

"I kinda wanted to try us out again. But I understand if you don't. I did mess up big time." Kurt said

Blaine kissed him, "Of course I want to be with you. And right now my own brother is makeing me jealous," Kurt laughed. As Cooper held him tighter, "And we both messed up big time."

"We did, but theres always time for a change." Kurt smiled

"Really stealing a line from the Notebook." Kurt laughed

"Mabye." Blaine shrugged

Blaine laughed, "And the anwser to that is yes. We did." Blaine kissed him.

"Me and Coops have been spending time together. I'm here 24/7." Finn said
