It was Friday night. Friday nights were movie nights. Normally, they opted to stay in and watch something at the Hudmel residence, but there was a new movie out tonight, and Kurt was dying to see it. Blaine wasn’t so thrilled.
It was a new romcom staring one Cooper Anderson. Every time the trailer for the movie came on tv, Kurt would squeal like a schoolgirl and go on and on about how hot the lead guy was. Blaine would just sit by feeling slightly uncomfortable and not say a word. He hadn’t told Kurt that Cooper was his brother, and just played it off as jealousy. Sure, celebrity crushes were normal, but this was his brother after all.
“Blaine! Come on. We’re gonna be late.”
Blaine was trudging as slowly as he could to drag out the inevitable. He had read through some spoilers online, and supposedly there was a sex scene involving Cooper. Great, he thought, just perfect.
They were in line to buy popcorn, Kurt still babbling excitedly in Blaine’s ear. Blaine’s jaw tensed at the mention of Kurt being overjoyed to see Cooper on the giant screen for the umpteenth time as he paid for their snacks. Kurt was however oblivious to this, and tugged on Blaine’s hand leading him towards the theater.
Aside from Kurt sighing dreamily every time Cooper came on the screen, and the fact that it was your typical cheesy romantic comedy, Blaine had to admit that it was a good movie. He hadn’t realized he was zoning out until he heard a particularly loud moan, one he had heard many times coming from down the hall when his parent would leave Cooper and his girlfriend to babysit. His eyes widened in horror as he realized what scene he was about to see.
He was looking anywhere but the screen; the lime green exit sign to the left of the screen, the popcorn and candy wrappers on the ground, over his shoulder at the door. It was when he looked at Kurt’s profile that he stared.
Kurt’s eyes were so transfixed on the screen. His cheeks were flushed, lips slightly parted. When Cooper’s character moaned again, Kurt’s eyebrows shot up, and he adjusted his half-hard cock hoping Blaine wouldn’t notice. Kurt snuck a glance in Blaine’s direction only to find Blaine staring back.
All the color from Blaine’s face drained when Kurt turned to him and he could see how blown out Kurt’s pupils were. Kurt mistook the flush of his face, thinking Blaine was as turned on as he was. He leaned over and whispered, “Awe. Blainers has a crush. How cute.”
Blaine squeezes Kurt hand in response, a silent plea for him to stop. Kurt misunderstands again, “Mm, I know. Cooper’s hot. Huh. You know, you kinda look like him.” As Kurt says this, his hand is slowly working its way up Blaine’s thigh.
Blaine stands hastily and sprints out of the theater, avoiding the questioning looks he gets. Once out in the parking lot, he puts his hands on his hips an paces back and forth while he catches his breath. Kurt, of course, comes chasing after him.
“Blaine, what’s wrong? Did I- I didn’t- you were talking about how we should be adventurous and I mean, we were sitting in the back row. No one would’ve saw,” Kurt says as a blush slowly creeps it’s way up his cheeks.
With a sigh, Blaine finally looks Kurt in the eye, “I need to tell you something, Kurt. But you have to promise not to freak out.”
Kurt nods slightly, a worried look in his eyes, “O- okay. What uh, what is it?”
“Cooper Anderson is my brother.”
It takes a good 30 seconds for it to sink it. All the while, Kurt’s expression remains blank. Then, something seems to click, and Kurt’s eyes widen. “Wait. Cooper is your- he’s your- buthow? I don’t underst- why didn’t you tell me before? Oh my god and I just kept going on and on and- I am a terrible person. Oh god-”
His rambling is cut off when Blaine interrupts him, “Hey. Woah. Calm down. It’s okay.”
“This is not okay. I’ve been basically telling you all week that I fantasize about your brother.”
Blaine shifts uncomfortably at this, and looks down at his shoes. “Yeah, I know. But I mean, he’s a celebrity. I guess I get it?”
The sides of Kurt’s mouth quirk up as he wraps his arms around Blaine’s waist, nudging his forehead to get Blaine to look at him. When he finally makes eye contact, Kurt chuckles, “Hm…yup. I definitely have the hotter Anderson.”
