Kurt was sitting in the front of the stands, half watching the game in front of him and half reading chapter three of 'Basic Hexes for the Busy and Vexed'.
Quidditch was rather boring to him, he didn't understand the rules very well at all, but Blaine was playing against the Slytherins as Hufflepuff's seeker and he had promised to watch. Besides, it would be amusing to see Santana get beaten by the Hufflepuffs she had been mocking the week before.
"...Blaine Anderson has spotted the snitch!" the announcer cried, drawing Kurt's attention the the field. He stood up and watched his boyfriend dive down towards the bottom of the pitch.
"C'mon, Blaine! Woo!" Kurt stood up and yelled, his voice mixing in with the others around him.
Blaine pulled to a stop and raised his right hand victoriously. "He's caught the snitch! Hufflepuff wins!"
The crowd erupted into cheers and yells of celebration, while the Slytherins groaned. Santana had her head in her hands and Puck was yelling at her, waving his Beater's bat around.
Rachel pushed through the crowd and reached Kurt, grabbing his hand and pulling him into more of the crowd towards the stairs that led to the field.
"Where are you taking me?" Kurt laughed.
"We're going to go congratulate our boyfriends, silly!"
They reached the pitch a few minutes later and ran towards Blaine and Finn.
"Hey! Nice scarf" Blaine smiled when Kurt reached him. Kurt was wearing Blaine's house scarf.
"Good job with the snitch." Rachel said to him, then turned towards Finn.
Kurt grabbed Blaine's arm, pulled him close, and kissed him fiercely. They broke apart a few moments later, and he rested his forehead against Blaine's.
"That was wonderful." he said.
"But you hate Quidditch." Blaine raised an eyebrow.
"Yeah, but I love you."
"Love you too." Blaine smiled, and pulled Kurt down for another kiss.
