Late Night Baby Talk

I'm Hungry

Kurt's hungry, and he expects Blaine to do something about that! This is a follow up to my other story 'Kaitlyn', but you can read this one separately, thought I think if you read Kaitlyn first this one will be funnier. But there's nothing significant in this story that you won't understand. And I've decided to make this into a mini-series type thing.

Author's Notes: If you read Kaitlyn you can, obviously, see the similarities. I think I'm gonna have that in every story. You know, Kurt having mood swings all the time and crying at least once in every story, Blaine comforting him, and Kurt calling him Blainey. So yeah. Review? :)

"Blaine," Kurt hissed, trying to shake his husband awake. He sighed when Blaine did nothing except grab the blanket and wrap it tighter around himself. Kurt moved closer and leaned in next to Blaine's ear. Using his outside voice, as Blaine liked to call it, he yelled, "I'm hungry!" He pulled his head back quickly.

Blaine shot up. Once he finally realized what Kurt had said, he turned his head and glared at him. "What?"

Kurt crossed his arms over his stomach. "I said, 'I'm hungry'! Now, go make me something to eat."

"Why do I have to do it?!"

Kurt gestured to his stomach, "You made me this way! The least you could do is make me something to eat!"

Blaine huffed and stood up. "Fine," He looked up, about to ask Kurt what he wanted, when he saw him clutching a pillow to his chest, tears streaming down his face. "Baby, what's wrong?"

Kurt looked up at him. "I'm s-sorry I made you mad,"

"Oh, sweetie, I'm not mad!" Blaine said, but Kurt was still crying. Blaine sat at the end of the bed, right in front of Kurt. "Why are you really crying?" He asked softly.

"'C-cause all I-I d-do ea-eat! I-I wo-woke y-you up-up whi-while y-you we-were sleep-sleeping so I-I cou-could ea-eat! An-and I'm fat, an-and y-you do-don't want a-a fat hus-husb-husband!" He said, a large sob escaping as he finished.

Blaine moved to the center of the bed and sat against the headboard, directly behind Kurt. He spread his legs and gently pulled his husband back by the waist until he was laying between them, his head laying on Blaine's chest.

"You aren't fat, baby. And even if you were, I would still love you just the same. And you don't eat that much, Kurt. And if you did eat a lot it would be totally acceptable because you're pregnant! Hey, you've got it made; if I woke you up so you could make me something to eat it would look insane, but you can do it because you've got a tiny human inside of you that also has to eat."

Kurt chuckled and snuggled further into Blaine's chest. Blaine wrapped his arms tighter around Kurt and smiled.

"Blaine?" Kurt asked a couple minutes later.

"Hmm?"

"I'm still hungry."

Blaine laughed and shifted until Kurt was laying against the headboard and he could get up. "What do want?"

Kurt glared at him. "I think you know what I want."

Blaine swallowed and nodded. "Yep. I know. I'll be right back."

Kurt smiled. "That's more like it," he muttered to himself.

Twenty minutes later, Blaine walked in carrying a plate full of grilled cheese sandwiches.

Kurt smiled and made grabby hands, making Blaine laugh and move faster. As soon as Blaine had gotten settled on the bed, Kurt was at his side, grabbing a slice. "Mmm..." he moaned.

Fifteen minutes later, after all the slices had been eaten (one by Blaine, the other three by Kurt), Blaine put the dirty plate on the bedside table and looked at Kurt. "You ready for bed now?" he asked as he slid back under the blanket.

Kurt nodded and laid down next to Blaine, nudging him until Blaine opened his arms so he could lay in them.

"Thank you for making my food for me, Blainey." Kurt said softly.

"It was no problem, baby." Blaine replied

"I love you."

"I love you, too."
