“But, Kuuuurt.” Blaine whined, rolling around on the tile of their living room floor.

“But nothing, we’re not getting a dog!” Kurt snapped, turning around to face his boyfriend, hands on his hips and shaking his head. “If you want a dog, you have to stop acting like one. I don’t need two dogs in this house.” Blaine’s head snapped up and his eyes grew hopeful.

“Is that a maybe?”

“Blaine Anderson, you are nearly 25 years old, get up off that floor and talk to me like a normal human being.” Blaine groaned and pushed himself off the ground, sitting up and looking over at Kurt.

“But Kurt, I need a loyal companion to take care of for all my days.” Blaine whined, finally getting up completely and walking over to him. Kurt rolled his eyes.

“You already have me for that.” He said softly. Blaine paused and grinned widely, taking Kurt’s hands in his and kissing him gently on the lips. Despite himself, Kurt smiled into it before whispering, “We’re still not getting a dog.” Blaine pouted and nuzzled his face into Kurt’s neck.

“Pleeeaaasseee?” He pleaded quietly, placing soft little butterfly kisses all around Kurt’s exposed collarbone. Kurt hummed softly, shaking his head from side to side.

“Seducing me will get you nowhere.”

“Actually it will get me to the bedroom.” Blaine cooed, grinning against Kurt’s skin. Kurt chuckled quietly and pushed at Blaine’s shoulder.

“You’re ridiculous, stop it.” Kurt laughed as Blaine began to suck a small hickey into the side of his neck. “Mmh, Blaine, stop.” He whispered weakly. Blaine shook his head.

“Never.” In one swift move he tossed Kurt into the air, throwing him over his shoulder. Kurt squealed and kicked his legs in the air.

“What are you doing? Anderson, put me down right now!” Kurt squeaked, thrashing around on his shoulder.

“Nope. We’re going to the bedroom, Hummel.” Blaine beamed, holding Kurt’s waist tightly as he practically flew to their bedroom.

The sun shined in through the window, flooding the room with yellow light. Blaine woke up slowly, groaning and rubbing at his eyes. He shifted on the bed, cracking open one eye to see that the other side of the bed was empty. “Kurt?” He mumbled lazily. Blaine allowed himself more time to fully wake up before sitting up completely and looking around the room. “Kurt?” He called out louder, loud enough for Kurt to hear him if he was anywhere in their house. Blaine heard a few quiet footsteps before the door opened slowly. Kurt stood in the door way, arms full of something, leaning against the door.

“Well, Anderson.” Kurt smiled, biting his lower lip. Blaine blinked his eyes to focus them, finally making out the object Kurt held in his arms. It was a dog. No, a puppy. A golden retriever. He even had a giant red bow around his neck. Blaine grinned from ear to ear. Kurt slowly approached their bed, placing the puppy down and letting it run to Blaine, ears flopping everywhere. Blaine laughed and scratched him behind his ears.

“I thought you were so against getting a dog?” Blaine rolled around on the bed with the puppy, holding him up in the air, lion king style. The puppy looked down at him and barked playfully.

“Apparently,” Kurt rolled his eyes, throwing himself down on the bed next to Blaine and scratching the puppy’s stomach gently. “Seducing me got you somewhere other than the bedroom.”
