Kurt didn't want to get up the next morning. He moved around in his bed trying to fall back asleep. All he could think about was the fact that he let out all his feelings to Blaine, and Blaine blew him off. Kurt turned to his side and looked at the picture of him and Blaine on his dresser.
"Ugh." Kurt said in disgust as he threw his pillow to the picture.
Kurt pulled his blanket up and tucked his face inside the blanket. He felt as if everything was messed up and nothing will ever be the same again. Kurt suddenly heard someone coming towards his room, he quickly pretended to be asleep. Kurt closed his eyes and did a light snore.
The door then opened and a giggle came from Finn.
"Come on, Kurt. I know you're awake. You snore louder than that." Finn said, closing the door behind him.
Kurt opened his eyes and grunted as he rolled shook his head at Finn.
Kurt sat up from his bed and sighed. "What do you want, Finn?" Kurt asked.
Finn sat down on the bed. "I want a explanation for your crying that kept me up all night." Finn said.
Kurt stared at Finn, he didn't know what to say.
"I wasn't crying. You must have been hearing things." Kurt said looking to the ceiling.
Finn rolled his eyes. "Oh stop with the bullshit, Kurt. You were crying because of Blaine." Finn said.
Kurt knew he was right.
Finn patted Kurt's knee and let out a sympathetic sigh.
"Kurt... I think you should just let it go, man. You and Blaine should just stay friends." Finn said.
"Why does everyone say that! Nobody understands the chemistry me and Blaine have." Kurt said, crossing his arms and rolling his eyes.
Finn laughed at Kurt's pathetic facial expression and whiny tone.
"C'mon Kurt! You're being ridiculous! Its just a tiny heartbreak, you'll get over it!" Finn said.
Kurt sternly looked at Finn as he sat up. Kurt became very defensive.
"Excuse me? Are you fucking kidding me, Finn? You're asking me to take relationship advice from someone who almost married his girlfriend? From someone who barley has a say in his relationship? From someone who is too hopelessly in love to even be able to understand heartbreak? I mean you two are on and off every couple of months." Kurt said.
Finn was speechless, but he understood what Kurt was saying.
"You're right. Me and Rachel's relationship is a lot to deal with. Im sorry. Maybe if you care for Blaine that much, then you are right for each other. But..." Finn said as he got up from the bed.
"What?" Kurt said.
Finn looked at Kurt. "You should try to be away from him for a while. You know? I mean, when me and Rachel are fighting I just don't talk to her for a while and it drives her insane." Finn said laughing.
Kurt laughed. He realized Finn was right and maybe staying away from Blaine for a while was the right thing to do.
"Yeah, that sounds like a good plan. Thanks Finn." Kurt said.
Finn smiled at Kurt and looked to the side of Kurt's room and noticed Kurt's phone at the corner of the wall.
Finn picked up the phone. "Whoa, Kurt. Do we need to put you in anger management?" Finn laughed.
Finn gave Kurt his phone and walked towards the door.
"You're a good step-brother, Finn." said Kurt, smiling.
Finn laughed. "You're not so bad yourself, dude." Finn winked.
Kurt laughed as Finn walked out the door.
Kurt got up from his bed and looked in the mirror. He set his hands on the edge of his dresser and looked closely at his reflection. He sighed.
"Just... Get over him, Kurt. You can do it. Just don't think about him and don't talk to him for a while." Kurt said to himself quietly.
He ran his hands through his hair as he tried forgetting about Blaine. It wasn't easy, and it obviously was gonna take sometime, but Kurt thought he could handle it for a while.
"You can do this, Kurt." He said once again, and looked away from the mirror.
