"Alright, guys! Love is in the air!" Mr. Shuester proclaimed as he walked into Glee Club, and he was met with love-struck teenagers with dopey expressions etched on their faces.
"So," he began, clapping his hands together. "Of course, our assignment this week will be..."
"Love!" the room chorused as the Spanish teacher wrote the word on the board and drew a massive heart around it.
After the excited jitters died down a bit, Will began to speak again, only to be interrupted by a boy walking in the room with his leather jacket slung over his shoulder and his multiple piercings glistening in the lights.
Blaine Anderson gave a nod to his fellow Glee-clubbers, and sat down in the seat next to Kurt Hummel, who just rolled his eyes at the black leather-clad boy.
"Ah, our assignment is love this week?" Blaine inquired with a raised eyebrow. "Of course. What are you going to sing, sweetheart?" he asked the boy next to him, a smirk on his face.
"None of your business, asshole." came Kurt's reply as he scooted onto another seat.
The room filled with silence once again, and Mr. Shuester took that as a sign to move on.
"Okay, so I wanted to show you guys some totally awesome Journey songs we haven't done yet..."

Kurt rubbed his eyes and yawned into his locker. It was only Monday afternoon, and he already couldn't wait for the week to end. It was Valentine's week, for Valentine's Day was on Friday, and he was going to be lonely. Again.
He shook his head at himself. "Sometimes, when you're special, you have to get used to being alone." He reminded himself of what he had told his friends often when they had asked about his plans for the week.
He shut his locker and locked it, and as he turned to leave McKinley High, he was met with a face.
A very pierced face.
"What the hell do you want now, Anderson?" Kurt rolled his eyes at the boy blocking his path.
"Oh, feisty now, are we?" Blaine retorted, his usual smirk plastered on his face.
"Tell me what you want, or get out of my way."
"What are you doing for Valentine's Day, love?"
That surprised Kurt immensely. Quickly covering it up, Kurt retorted. "And why do you care?"
"Surely you won't be alone, now, will you, babe?" Blaine's tongue ring glinted as he flashed it between his lips.
Shaking his head, Kurt continued on his way to his car. "No, I know you will be."
That earned a snort from the bad ass of McKinley High. "Let me take you out."
Kurt almost doubled over from laughing. "You've got to be kidding me." he replied as he turned back to the curly-haired boy and stopped walking.
"No, really. I'm serious." Blaine's smirk went away. "Me, you, at Breadstix on Friday night." Blaine's smirk returned quickly. "And after that, we can go back to my place, and you can show me your -"
His joke -was it even a joke?- was soon cut off by Kurt.
"And yet you wonder why no one likes you." Kurt spun around one more time, and made his way to his car for the last time.
"Give me a week!" Blaine called to him, his boisterous personality evident once again. "Give me one week, and you'll love me."
Kurt poked his head around the corner. With a smirk, he agreed. "I'd like to see you try."
As Kurt's slim figure hopped into the dark Navigator, Blaine grinned to himself.
"Kurt Hummel, you are in for one hell of a week." Both Kurt and Blaine thought to themselves.

Reviews, please? I think I'll make this into a 3-5 chapter mini-fic. It actually was supposed to be a drabble, but I started writing, and this is where we went!
