“Don’t touch me.”
“Kurt, I-“
“I said, don’t you fucking touch me. You don’t know shit.”
“I know that you’re worth more than this.”
“Who cares? Okay? It’s what works. It’s what pays the bills.”
“I told you that you could move in with me-”
“Get your hands off of me!”
“What, so someone else can put their on?”
“Fuck you. Ok, I don’t need this right now. I’m late.”
“Kurt, please-”
“Get away from me.”
“Kurt, dammit, listen to me. You are worth more than this. You are worth more than having some drunken bastard throw you around like a ragdoll to make up for his shit life. You mean so much Kurt. To me-”
“Don’t give me that, you ass. I mean nothing to you. I’m just a charity case, okay? And guess what. I don’t need you. I don’t need your looks, or touches, or voice, or any of it. I just need you out of my life. So I can get on with mine.”
“You mean ruin?”
“Blaine! My life is already ruined! Okay? I don’t give a rip. This is what I do best. I dance. Okay? Just because you have the perfect life, with loving parents and money whatever the hell else doesn’t mean you can just come here and judge mine.”
“Kurt, I’m not judging. I’m trying to help.”
“Well, you aren’t. Now please, will you get out of my way? I’m late.”
“Please, no. Just-”
“Just what, quit? Quit what brings in the money? That’s the only reason I’m alive, Anderson. I’ve got to pay for food, and a roof. That’s all that matters to me. Fucking hell, get your hands off of me!”
“Kurt, I swear to God I will do whatever I can to help-”
“Swear to God, huh? I’m a fucking atheist, Blaine. There is nothing out there in the world for me, kay? I’m just trying to survive. Got it? And you’re there, swearing to God. If there is a God, why would he kill my mother, turn my father into a drunken heap of nothing, and give me no fucking talent but the ability to be a mighty fine show for horny idiots. Do you know the last thing my father said to me before kicking me out? Do you?”
“No.”
“He said ‘The only thing you’re doing is taking up space in a pile of ashes in Hell.’”
“Kurt, no-”
“And you say there is a God. Unbelievable.”
“I-”
“What am I besides a space filler, huh?”
“You-”
“If I went to some guys house, and died, who would care?”
“Me.”
“Ya, for like a day. Then you could go find yourself some beautiful, clean, successful, positive boyfriend. And your life would be all ponies, and fucking rainbows again.”
“Kurt, no. I love you.”
“Don’t.”
“I do. And It’s true. And you are talented and gorgeous beyond imagination and funny and witty and smart-”
“Well if I’m so talented, why is it that the only job I can find is bending over for lonely men, huh?”
“Kurt please-”
“How many times do I have to tell you to get your fucking hands off of me? I don’t care about you. I don’t give a damn if you love me. I don’t give a damn about my own fucking life, so why would I care about yours?”
“I can fix this.”
“Oh, so now I’m some old, used toy that’s broken. I’m broken, Blaine. Beyond repair. Don’t waste your time.”
“Kurt. Stop. What are you doing. Kurt put the razor blade down.”
“You know what gives me real pleasure Blaine? The only thing that reminds me I’m human? This.”
“Kurt no!”
“It’s feels great. Seeing my own blood. Really, it does. Reminds me I’m alive. I’m so numb, all the time. Sometimes I need that reminder.”
“Kurt, fuck, stop.”
“Let go of me.”
“No. I won’t. Because no matter how hard you try to convince yourself, I love you. You mean the world to me. You aren’t a charity case and you can’t keep doing this to yourself. You’re going to into the bedroom, lie down, and sleep. And in the morning, we will talk. Okay?”
“No! Let me go!”
“Kurt, dammit, get back in the house. You’re sobbing.”
“I mean nothing to myself, Blaine. You deserve so, so much better than me. I’m taking up space. Go live your life. Please.”
“Kurt! The car-”
And there was a flash of light.
And a scream.
And all went black.

Not bad. Coming from someone who used/loved the thought of Kurt being a stripper or hooker, you have the right idea. All I can say is that I'd put more writing into it, and less dialogue.

Well considering the point is to have only dialogue......
