Author's Notes: Sorry for the wait!!!!

“Hi Mr. A!” Candie giggled running into the classroom excitedly a few beats ahead of Kurt.

“Candie, darling, you are going to be the death of me. Seriously kiddo slow down, take time to smell the roses and shit, and leave Blaine alone he’s probably busy.” Kurt laughed as he calmly walked through the door. “Good morning Mr. Anderson.” Kurt greeted with a smile.

“Why hello Candie, good morning Mr. Hummel.” Blaine smiled and winked at Kurt when Kurt noticed another small boy and his mother sitting in Blaine’s room.

“Hi Conner!” Candie cheered running over to hug the blonde haired boy.

“Hey Candie!” He giggled and turned back to his mother. “Mom this is my friend Candie, Candie this is my mom.” He introduced.

“Hello, it is a pleasure to meet you ma’am.” Candie smiled and went to shake the women’s hand.

“My, my, what manners you have. Where did you learn to be so polite?” The women smiled and looked over at where Kurt was standing.

“Certainly not her mother.” Blaine whispered earning a laugh from Kurt.

“Hello, I’m Jennifer Hayes. Conner’s mother.” The slender women with flowing blonde hair smiled, she looked to be about late thirties early forties and was very pretty. “You must be Candie’s older brother.” She said extending her hand.

“Actually I’m her father, Kurt Hummel; it’s nice to meet you Mrs. Hayes.” Kurt smiled shaking her hand.

“Oh please, call me Jenny.” She smiled holding his hand for a little longer than he felt comfortable with.

“Okay, Jenny, it was lovely meeting you. But I have to run to work.” She smiled politely and turned to Blaine. “Medium drip.” He said handing the coffee over letting his fingers brush over Blaine’s. “Bye baby, I’ll see you at home. I have to work late so Auntie Rachel’s coming to get you. Don’t give your teacher a hard time and be nice. Love you sweetie.” Kurt said kissing her forehead.

“I love you daddy, see you later alligator.” She giggled and watched as he walked out of the room waving bye to Blaine.

“So Mrs. Hayes, you wanted to see me?” Blaine asked.

“Oh yes, I wanted to talk to you or anyone on the school board about afterschool care. You see my husband and I are divorced and I work late and need to make arrangements for Conner.” She explained.

“Conner can come home with me!” Candie smiled brightly. She knew typically she shouldn’t listen in on adult conversations, but when she heard this she couldn’t help but offer. Conner was just the cutest boy in the whole class!

“Candie, I think you’d need to talk to Kurt about that first.” Blaine interjected.

“Mr. Anderson, do you happen to have Mr. Hummel’s phone number in your files? I could just ring him quickly and see if he’d be willing. Maybe if you give me his number I can just call him to arrange this, among other things, if you know what I mean.” She winked not so subtly.

Blaine wasn’t the jealous type, but watching this women flirt with Kurt this morning, and now her using her child as a way to get closer to him. This was just wrong and Blaine wasn’t going to stand for it.

“So do you have his number?” She asked impatiently.

“I will call him for you.” Blaine sighed; at least he wasn’t giving her his number.

Blaine picked up his cell and went to his recent call log.

“Hey sexy, I’m at work right now and can’t really talk. But what’s up?” Kurt asked when he picked up on the second ring.

“Hello Mr. Hummel, this is Blaine Anderson. We’ve met before, I’m Candace’s teacher.” Blaine said trying to sound professional.

“Oh hello Mr. Anderson.” Kurt replied seductively. “Yes I do believe we’ve met before. And I’d love to meet again, Mr. Anderson.” Kurt replied.

“Yes, well.” Blaine gulped. “Ms. Hayes, the women you met this morning, was wondering if in addition to Candie’s aunt picking up Candie, would it be possible for her to also pick up Conner? You see Ms. Hayes and her husband are divorced and she has no means of pick up for her son Conner after school. Candie happily offered but I thought it’d be best to check with you.” Blaine spoke into the phone.

“Fuck, why would Candie do that. I bet he’s cute isn’t he? Damn my baby girls got a wittle boyfriend. Ugghh fine, tell her he can come over and we’ll talk when she gets off work about some sort of schedule. Ugghh, Blaine she scares me. She’s super creepy; she held my hand for way longer than necessary. She looked like an animal stalking its prey.” Kurt laughed and Blaine laughed loudly too.

“Okay Mr. Hummel, thank you, have a lovely day.” Blaine said as Jenny smiled happily awaiting her answer.

“Bye sexy.” Kurt smiled and hung up.

“Mr. Hummel said it would be fine if Conner came over after school. He also said that when you go to pick him up the two of you can discuss a possible carpool or something.” Blaine shrugged.

“Sounds great, can you look in the directory to give me his address and number?” She asked.

Well shit, now Blaine was jealous. Yes Kurt was gay, but still the idea of this women taking a liking to him and trying to pursue him could get annoying pretty quickly. He was going to have to watch out for this one.

Who’d she think she was trynna take his man?

Well than again Kurt wasn’t his man.

But he could be.

Haha, this woman sounds like she could cause lots of problems for Klaine.
