"So do you like McKinley so far?" Kurt asked as I walked next to him.
"Yeah its way better than my old school." I replied with a smile.
"That's good, you seem like a nice person. You deserve to be happy." Kurt said ruffling my hair. "You have amazingly soft hair." He said with a smile. Kurt and Sam stopped walking and like attacked my hair. Kurt was running his hands through my hair and caressing my face. He gripped my loose curls and pulled me close.
"We should dye it." Sam smiled happily.
"Although I'm flattered you guys want me to join your colorful hair cult my parents would murder me." I replied honestly and Kurt continued to play with my hair.
"It's too pretty to dye, I like it dark. It brings out your eyes." He said his eyes lingering on mine, and I could have sworn they flickered down to my lips for a millisecond. But it must have just been me.

We resumed walking and I noticed Sam lace his hand with Kurt's. The feeling of jealousy flashed through my veins again but I pushed it down. "So how long have you two been dating?" I asked curiously.
"Hahaha oh god you are too funny Blaine. We're not dating." Kurt replied with a laugh. Sam looked genuinely hurt, but he soon got control of his emotions schooling his face in a stotic stare.
"I'm not out at school." Sam explained sadly.
"He just uses me for sex. He 'dates' Q though." Kurt explained placing air quotes around the word dates.
"Oh okay that makes sense. Why aren't you out at school yet?" I asked fearing the worst.
"I don't wanna have to deal with all the shit Kurt deals with." Sam explained. I was going to ask more about that but the shattered expression in Kurt's eyes told me not to.
"That's why I joined the skanks." Sam explained.
"Huh?" I asked.
"You might have noticed not everyone in McKinley has embraced the gay. That's why we have the skanks. You can be whoever you want to be and quite frankely no one gives a fuck." Kurt explained.
"That sounds amazing." I replied with a bright smile. And to be honest it sounded like heaven. A place with no judgement. A place where you could just be you. It's funny that that's all Glee club ever preaches, but never follow it. Yet the people they dispize are the ones that really demonstrate this type of unity.

"So you going out for any sports?" Kurt asked me.
"I don't think so, does McKinley have a boxing team?" I asked interested.
"Not unless you count when the football players gang up on Kurt in the hall." Sam laughed.
"It seems like the only sports we offer are football or cheerleading." Kurt replied.
"I'm not good at football and I don't think cheerleading is for me." I laughed.
"I don't know the Cheerios are pretty hot, well so I've heard." Kurt laughed.
"I couldn't tell you. I'd personlu be more interested in the football players if you get what I mean." I replied with a shrug and Kurt gave me a pat on the back.
"I completely understand. Remember if anyone ever gives you a hard time the skanks have for your back. Even if you're not one of us, you're still one of us. You're cool Blaine." Kurt said hugging me tightly and playing with my hair. Sam hugged me too but nothing could compare to the way Kurt's body fit into mine perfectly.
"Thank you." I said with a smile and for the rest of the walk to school we remained silent.

We walked past the bleachers and met up with Q. She greeted us all and asked if we were skipping first period to smoke but Kurt declined.
"I think I'm going to go to class with Blaine." He said with a small smile and Q gave me a knowing look.
"Come on Blaine, lets go learn shit." Kurt said with a laugh wrapping his arm around my waist catching me by surprise but rubbing my side to calm my nerves. And we walked to class together.
