We watched the sunrise and then decided we should each go and get ready for school.

School.

Yippee.

Ugghh.

At least I’ll have Kurt.

I walked back inside and laid down, it was still really early in the morning so maybe I could sleep for just a little bit.

I closed my eyes and the second my head hit the pillow I was out.

Only to be awakening my alarm clock barely an hour later.

Ugghh.

I sighed and got up and hopped in the shower. When I finished I quickly got dressed and fixed my hair and went to grab breakfast.

I grabbed a bowl of cereal and some milk and decided I’d sit outside on the front porch and eat. It was really nice outside and maybe if Kurt saw me he’d want to come join me.

I sighed contently thinking about Kurt. I really do love him.

I munched on my cereal and watched the cars pass by on the street. We didn’t live on a busy street but everyone was leaving for work.

I was busy eating my cereal and watching the cars that I didn’t even notice Finn walking up and sitting down next to me.

“Hey dude.” He said softly.

“You’re sitting next to me. Aren’t you afraid to catch the gay?” I asked harshly.

“Look Blaine I’m really sorry about yesterday. It’s just awkward. Okay.” He tried to explain.

“And why is it awkward?” I asked.

“Because you’re gay. I’m totally fine with that. You like dudes, oh well. But the thing is you like dudes. And you’re in a locker room with half naked dudes and that’s weird. It’s weird to get undressed in front of you now that we know you enjoy it. It’s just uncomfortable.” He said all in one breath.

“No Finn. No I don’t enjoy it. And for you to assume every gay guy just wants to prey on straight guys in the locker room is wrong. I would never think like that. You guys are my friends. And to assume that really hurt me.” I said angrily.

“It’s still uncomfortable.” He sighed.

“And you’re still rude.” I said standing up and moving away from him.

I stood on the opposite side of the porch and just watched the cars. I was really angry, but when I saw the familiar figure turning the corner and running back towards his house I knew it’d all be fine.

It’d be fine for me, by why did Kurt go running every damn day? I know for a fact he didn’t sleep at all last night, why’d he go running?

He ran down the street and stopped at my house, “Hey Blaine!” He smiled brightly. “Finn what are you doing?” He asked coldly.

“Hi Kurt!” I smiled.

“I was just trying to apologize.” Finn mumbled.

“You were doing a heck of a job with it.” I said bitterly.

“Finn, really? Really?” Kurt said annoyed.

“I said I’m sorry.” Finn shrugged.

“You also said I made you uncomfortable because I ‘enjoyed’ watching you guys get undressed.” I laughed.

“Finn Hudson! Do you even think before you talk?! Why would you say that?” Kurt laughed.

“Because it’s uncomfortable!” He said loudly.

“Ugghh you’re so rude.” Kurt sighed walking up and giving me a hug.

“I’m sorry!” Finn yelled.

“Finn just calm down. It’s over.” I shrugged trying to maintain the peace.

“I’m sorry dude, I really am.” He said sadly.

“Finn, what you said really hurt me. Okay? Just give me some time. And I’ll give you your space in the locker room.” I sighed.

“I’m sorry.” Finn said before turning and walking away.

“Sorry about that.” Kurt said softly.

“Kurt it’s fine. I don’t care. I know I’m going to have a lot of shit to deal with, but as long as I have you. I’ll be okay. We’ll be okay. Okay?” I asked pulling Kurt into a hug.

“Okay.” He said kissing my cheek. “I’m going to go shower and change.” He said hugging me again and retreating to his house.

I finished my breakfast and put the bowl in the sink. I decided I’d wait for Kurt before going to school.

School, this outta be fun.
