Author's Notes:

Bridge pointed out a bad sex scene writing cliché that I had failed to include in my last chapter.  Ive added it to this chapter because Im kind of evil.

"Okay, sweetie, are you comfortable?"  Kurt asked Blaine as they snuggled into the sofa, Kurts arms looped around Blaine, the remains of a take-out pizza on the coffee table.

"Very."  Blaine rubbed his hand together, "Im so excited to hear what youve written."

"So I wrote everything from Kurts point of view, because it just felt too weird, otherwise.  And as for the last chapter, I kept the stuff about Blaine and Rachel traveling to Badenyon and Blaine basically giving Rachel permission to have an affair with Finn, but were going to forget everything after that, okay?"

"You mean everything I wrote?"

"Um, yeah.  Pretty much."

"It wasnt that bad."

"Blaine, the only way your part of the chapter could have been worse is if you had used the phrase, ‘tongues battling for dominance."

Blaine made a face, "Ooh, yeah.  Thats the worst.  How do you even know about phrases like that?"

"Blaine, you leave your Star Wars fan fiction all over the apartment, and, Ive got to say, Han Solo giving it to Luke with his big light saber is hardly canon."

"Yeah, but its hot."

"Whatever," Kurt said, rolling his eyes.

Blaine pointed to the laptop, "Is this hot?  Are you going to read it now?"

"Yes, Blaine, Im going to read it now."  Kurt opened up his laptop and opened his mouth to read, but then he suddenly felt a little shy, "Maybe you should read it, because Ill be too embarrassed.  No, that will be worse.  Ill read it.  No, I cant read it."

"Kurt."  Blaine put his hand on Kurts hand, and Kurt turned to look at Blaine.  "Why dont you hold the laptop out in front of us, and well both read it to ourselves.  That way, you wont be so embarrassed."

Kurt leaned forward and kissed Blaine on the temple.  "You have the best ideas.  Thats why I love you."

Kurt knocked lightly on the door to Blaines bedchamber, and he pushed the door in quietly when he heard Blaine call, "Come."

"You wanted to see me, Laird Blaine?"

"Yes, Elizabeth.  Thank you.  Will you please take a seat?"  Blaine indicated a chair by the fire, and Kurt perched on the edge while Blaine took the seat opposite.  Blaine seemed oddly nervous, and Kurt waited for him to speak again, giving him time to compose himself.

"What I need to know, Elizabeth..." Blaine ran a hand through his hair, "...this is difficult to say.  What I need to know is...what are your feelings....your feelings about me?"

"You are the MacAnders.  You are our Laird.  You keep us safe, and we..."

Blaine interrupted Kurt before he could continue, "Thats not what I mean.  I mean, what are your feelings about me as a man."

Kurt was suddenly flustered, and he wrung his hands and looked down as he spoke, "Sir, its not seemly for me to...see, the idea...that is...youre married."

Blaine put his own hand forward and covered Kurts clasped hands where they rested on his lap.  "Elizabeth," he said softly, "my wife and I have come to an understanding."  He gave Kurt a wry smiled, "She doesnt love me; she loves the groom, Finn.  I want her to be happy, and Ive given her my blessing to pursue her love.  Discretely, of course."

Kurts eyes were wide with surprise.  "Well, I...I mean...well..."

"So answer my question, Elizabeth," Blaine still hadnt withdrawn his hand from where it was resting on Kurts, "What are your feelings for me?"

Kurt was in a panic.  It seemed that Blaine was on the verge of confessing deeper feelings for him, which should have been the happiest moment of Kurts life, but Kurt couldnt allow his Laird to get that close.  He still had his secret to protect.  He decided to stay vague, "I couldnt say," Kurt continued to look down at his hands-their hands-and the color rose in his cheeks.

"Elizabeth.  Look at me."

Kurts eyes rose hesitantly to look at his handsome clan chief.

"Elizabeth, I know youre a man."

Kurts felt the shockwave throughout his body.  He tried to jump up, but Blaine kept his hand on Kurts, and his other hand shot out to grasp Kurts shoulder.  "Stay," he ordered.  As Kurt settled back in his seat, Blaine allowed the hand that was on Kurts shoulder to travel to Kurts throat and stoke it lightly.  "You cannot hide everything, Elizabeth."

When Kurt opened his mouth to respond, Blaine pushed forward, "That you are a man does not trouble me.  Why you dress as a woman...it is odd, true, but it is your own affair.  But, Elizabeth, I must insist that you tell me now.  What are your feelings toward me?"

"Kurt," Kurt corrected.

"Kurt?"

"My name is really Kurt.  Kurt McBurt."

"Oh.  Kurt," Blaine tried the name on his tongue.  "Alone in these chambers, then, you shall henceforth be Kurt."  Blaine shifted slightly in his seat and then clasped Kurts hands in both of his own.  "What are your feelings toward me, Kurt?"

"What can one man feel for another?"

"In truth, I do not know, but I find myself enchanted by you, Kurt, be you a man or a woman.  The way you move, the way you talk, your very way of being has captured my mind, and I fear I cannot cast these feeling aside.  Am I alone in these feelings, Kurt, or do you feel this for me, too?"

Kurt couldnt allow himself to fall so easily.  What if it was a trap?  "For two men to love each other, it is against God."

Blaine nearly smiled, and he made a quick mental note to give Rachel some expensive jewelry, "No, Kurt.  It is not against God; it is against the Church."

"I dont understand the distinction."

Oh.  Damn it.  It sounded so good when Rachel said it, and Blaine hadnt thought to question it.  Blaine tried to muddle through, anyway, "The Word of God is in the Bible, but only the priests read the Bible.  We count on them to tell us what God wants, but maybe they make mistakes."

Kurts eyes grew wide, "Is that possible?"

"I am not a philosopher or theologian, but I think it is possible."

"If that is so," Kurt said, forcing himself to look at Blaine, even though everything in him wanted to look away, "then I love you.  I have loved you since the first time I saw you.  That, my Laird, is how I feel."

Blaine exhaled a breath he didnt know he was holding, and his face erupted into a big smile.  "Elizabeth.  Kurt.  I love you, too."

"Oh," Kurt smiled.

Then they just looked at each other, and after a time, it started to get awkward.  "Although we are alone, I find I dont actually know what a man can do with a man," Blaine finally admitted blushing a little.

Kurt gave a small smile, "Me, neither."

"Well, maybe we can start here," Blaine said, rising from his chair and putting up a hand to cup the side of Kurts face.  Then his lips were on Kurts, moving over them.  Kurt was so startled that it took him a moment to register what was happening.  He was oddly aware of his hands and how empty they felt.  Then he realized his hands felt empty because they wanted to touch Blaine, and he put his own hand up and placed it on Blaines cheek while he tasted Blaines mouth on his own.

When they finally parted, each looked a little embarrassed, a little flustered, and more than a little happy.

"I-I-I should go," Kurt stuttered.

"Will I see you soon?"

"Do you care to?"

"Kurt, I want to see you as often as I can.  Please come back whenever you can slip away."

"Aaaah.  You wrote our first kiss."  Blaine said, eyes moist.

"I did," Kurt replied, "And then I realized how lucky we are, not just to live in New York City where we can be open with who we are, most of the time, but I got to thinking about how hard it must have been to be gay in 1500 or 1800 or even fifty years ago."

"Fortunately, people are a lot more accepting today."

"I hope so, but I was thinking more than that.  I mean, we have the internet for advice and even some shows on television.  If you were gay in the sixteenth century, how could you even have sex?  Its not like there were condoms or lube."

"Im sure people found a way.  By the way, did we find a way?"  Blaine pointed to the laptop, "You know, in the story?"

Kurt smiled, "Keep reading."

The days passed in a pleasant rhythm.  Rachel was a good companion to Blaine during the day, she had a good head for organization, and she made improvements everywhere she went.  She also provided lively conversation, although sometimes too much of it.  During the evening, she disappeared to her own suites, and although she never mentioned it, Blaine noticed that there was a spring to the step of a certain groom that had not been there before.

As for Kurt, he visited Blaine nearly every evening, as soon as he could slip away unnoticed.  Kurt and Blaine spent their time kissing and talking.  After a time they progressed to occasionally removing each others shirts, and Kurt discovered that Blaine had particularly sensitive nipples and a place on his neck that made his head fall back and his eyes close.

With time, they both wanted more, and eventually they started to feel comfortable enough with each other to speak honestly about their secret fantasies.

"Tell me what you desire," Kurt whispered into Blaines neck, as he nibbled down from his ear.  They were lying entwined on Blaines bed, shirtless and sweating slightly despite the chill air.

"I want you to...to touch me."

"Touch?"

Blaine was red-faced, "I cannot say it, Kurt.  But dont you want me to touch you, too?"

Then Kurt understood.  With a shaking hand, he reached down and touched Blaines knee, naked under his great kilt, then, slowly, he began sliding his hand up Blaines hard thigh, marveling at the feel of sinew and hair.  Blaine let out a groan.  As Kurts hand traveled closer to its goal, it began to shake violently, and Blaine wrapped his arms around Kurt and pulled him close.

"What is it, my love?"

"I never believed I could be this happy."

"Believe it," and then Blaine kissed Kurt breathless until Kurts hand remembered its mission and it traveled up further still until he was tentatively touching where Blaine was hard and hot and pulsing.

Blaine moaned, "Kurt, your hand.  You have no idea how this feels," and Kurt was stunned at how different Blaine could feel from himself, how warm, and how perfect.  He wrapped trembling fingers around Blaines shaft and gave a tentative stroke up.  At that single, tender touch, Blaine nearly writhed off the bed.  Encouraged, Kurt stroked again and again.  Blaine arched his back and bucked his hips, pushing himself harder into Kurts grasp.

It didnt last long, since the feeling of another mans hand on a place where, before, only his own hand had been was too good for Blaine to focus on anything other than his own pleasure.  However, now, as he came down from his orgasm, he felt boneless and without inhibitions.

"They say, my love, that the ancient Greeks sometimes put their mouths on each other."

"Like kissing?"

"No, like if I were to put your member in my mouth."

Kurt had never heard of such a thing, and he thought he should be scandalized, but as he contemplated it, he felt his own cock-already erect from touching Blaine-twitch painfully under his skirts.

Blaine felt the movement against his thigh and asked, "Would you like to try that someday, my darling?"

Kurt nodded.

"Would you like today to be that day?"

Kurt nodded again.  So Blaine laid Kurt back on the bed and began slowly removing his remaining clothing.  Soon Kurt was naked on the bed feeling exposed and a little embarrassed.  However, when Blaine whispered, "You are so beautiful," Kurts inhibitions fell away.

When Blaines mouth wrapped tentatively around the head of Kurts cock, Kurt thought his brain might explode and his bones melt.  He had never felt anything so completely decadent in his life.  As Blaine began laving Kurts shaft with his tongue and sliding his lips up and down Kurts cock, Kurt knew he wouldnt last long, and his hips began to buck without rhythm until his orgasm exploded like bright white fireworks behind his eyelids.

As Kurt slowly began to recover from an orgasm more intense than any he had ever been able to produce on his own, he looked over at Blaine, lit golden from the fireplace.  "You are the most amazing man Ive ever known," said Kurt.

"Oh, sweetheart, that was amazing," Blaine said tenderly.

"Did you really like it?"

Blaine nodded, "Yes.  But it doesnt seem quite finished."

"No, its finished.  The story is over."

"No, I dont think it is."

"Whats missing?  Blaine and Rachel get married; Blaine finds out Elizabeth is really Kurt, Rachel does disgusting breeder stuff with my late brother, and we both orgasm.  The end."

"Its still missing something."

Kurt looked askance at Blaine, "Oh my God, its the sex, isnt it.  You wont stop pestering me until I write a full-out sex scene.  You demand penetration.  Is that is?"

Blaine nodded happily, "But, if its really good, I promise we can try to act it out later."
