Author's Notes: Hi! This will have multiple chapters and will be different fairy tales. I hope you enjoy it and thank you for taking the time to read! :) That's about all I have to say really.Should I do a diclaimer? I don't really need to. You know i don't own Glee. Sadly.

Kurt ran through the forest frantically, his red jacket billowing behind him like a cape tearing through the trees. It was getting ripped and torn, which was a shame since it was designer. Kurt couldn’t bring himself to care about that at this point though as he was being chased. By what, he didn’t know, but by something big. Something fast. And something that wanted to hurt him, he was sure of it.

It had all started with a lovely peaceful stroll through the forest. He loved going for walks. He loved hearing the peaceful sound of nature. The birds in the trees, the little animals going about their daily business. It was calming.

But then he’d heard something, a growl. A dog? Too loud. A wolf? But there were no wolves in these parts. At least, Kurt didn’t think so. That was when he heard the strange noise again, this time closer. Kurt decided he’d best be off and he started to run. He’d heard the footsteps behind him so he knew that whatever it was, it was chasing him.

Kurt raced through the forest, ruining his lovely designer coat. His feet were hurting and his skin was scratched and bleeding in places. But that wasn’t a problem; he just knew needed to get away from whatever it was that was chasing him.

He carried on through the forest, hoping and praying that he would eventually come to a clearing. Or better yet, the end of the forest. All of a sudden his feet caught on a root and he was sent flying, landing in a pile on the floor. He had landed oddly and damaged his ankle. He couldn’t run.

He could hear whatever was chasing him coming closer. He knew it would catch up to him now; there was nothing he could do about it. He just had to hope that he could find some way of fighting it off.

The footsteps came closer and from the tall, trees with copper leaves showing the first signs of autumn emerged a man. He was about Kurt’s age of 24, relatively small in height and he had a head of long, dark, curly hair. His eyes were a rich hazel colour and he approached Kurt slowly and with caution. He looked messy, like he’d been out in the forest for a while. Kurt suddenly remembered the growl he had heard. Surely it hadn’t come from this strange man?

Then from the trees emerged a wolf. A huge wolf. So, this is what had made the growl. It had dark brown fur, almost matching the man’s hair colour and it had jet black eyes, it snarled at Kurt, showing a full row of sharp, deadly-looking teeth.  Kurt backed away in fear but the man shook his head and turned towards the wolf. He then proceeded to do something Kurt had not expected. He talked to the wolf. Well, not talked exactly, more like growled. And the wolf actually backed away. The man then continued to walk towards Kurt, his eyes wide.

He sat down next to Kurt and looked at him; they stared at each other for a while before Kurt spoke quietly.

“Hello.” The man jumped a little and turned his head to the side. It was as if he hadn’t expected Kurt to be able to talk.

“H-hello.” The man replied in a weak, croaky voice, one that told Kurt that he had not used his voice in a long time.

“My name is Kurt.” Kurt said after a while, this was strange but this man had just saved his life so the least he could do was introduce himself and thank him.

“Kurt.” The strange man repeated and smiled. He pointed to himself. “Blaine.” He said.

“Nice to meet you Blaine.” Kurt said slowly and Blaine smiled.

“S-Sorry, I forgotten a lot of the language you use. It’s been a long time.” He said. This intrigued Kurt, how long had this man been living in the woods? Because Kurt was pretty sure that was what he’d been doing judging by the state of him. Up close Kurt could see that his hair was all matted, as if he hadn’t brushed it in months, maybe even years. His clothes were tattered and worn and his shoes were much the same. His face was covered with dirt and his breath was rancid.

“Okay.” Kurt said, he didn’t really know what else to this rather odd (but intriguing) man. “How long have you been here?”

Blaine had a look of concentration on his face and Kurt realized this was probably because he’d forgotten a lot of the language; he had to really concentrate to be able to understand what Kurt was saying. This was bizarre.

“Hmm. A while. Not sure how long. Years, it must be.” He said and then he held out his hand to Kurt. Kurt took it carefully and Blaine pulled him up. Kurt’s ankle still hurt so he fell almost instantly. Blaine’s arm snaked around his waist and he caught him before he hit the ground. He picked him up and started carrying him through the woods. Wow, he was strong. Kurt didn’t weigh a lot but Blaine had picked him up as if he were light as a feather.

Kurt was a bit overwhelmed by all of this. He’d just been out for a walk in the forest. Next thing he knew he’d been chased by a huge wolf and had met a strange man that had been living in the forest so long that he had forgotten the English language! And now he was being carried through the forest by said strange man and he had no idea where he was being taken. He did feel a strange sense of trust towards this man though. He didn’t know why, he just knew that he could be trusted. He wasn’t going to hurt him.

They emerged into a clearing and Kurt spotted a small shelter built out of wood. This must be where Blaine had been living for the past God knows how long. Blaine lay Kurt down inside the small shelter and offered him some water, which Kurt gratefully accepted.

“Thank you for saving me back there by the way.” Kurt said and Blaine smiled happily, he actually had a very nice smile despite the fact that he mustn’t often, if ever, brush his teeth.

“You’re welcome.” He said as he started to clean the blood off Kurt’s face and hands with a tattered cloth. Kurt had actually forgotten it was there but he suddenly realized how awful he must look. His hair was a mess, his face was a mess and his clothes were all ripped and muddy. And there he was sitting in front of an attractive man (yes okay he was living in the woods with wolves and he was pretty dirty and quite smelly but he was still attractive).

He needed to get going as well. His parents would be starting to wonder where he was, he didn’t want them to worry. He wiggled his foot around a bit and decided his ankle would be alright to stand on. He waited until Blaine0 had finished wiping the blood off his face and he stood up. He pressed a kiss to Blaine’s cheek.

“Thank you for saving me, but I really must be off. I hope we meet again Blaine.” He said before heading off into the woods again, hoping that this time he wouldn’t run into any wolves.

“I’m sure we will.” Blaine said as he watched Kurt disappear into the trees.

Blaine followed Kurt all the way to the edge of the forest that day, he was unseen of course but he had to make sure that Kurt was safe. All this time and Blaine had not run into a single person, yet Kurt had just wondered in unexpectedly and happened to find him. Was it destiny? Maybe not, but all Blaine knew was that he was going to see Kurt again. Someday soon.

Blaine could not leave the forest, he was a run away and he was certain people would recognize him if he did. However, Kurt did come to visit him often and eventually he persuaded Blaine to leave his beloved forest, insisting that he would not be recognized as it was so long ago that he ran away. They proceeded to leave the area and they lived a long and happy life together.

End Notes: Thank you for reading. I'd love a review if you have the time! It makes my day! :)
