Kurt and Blaine climbed in to Kurt’s navigator and Kurt pull out of the parking lot.

“Hey, Kurt thanks!” said Blaine when the tears had stopped falling

“You’re welcome honey, that’s what I’m here for” Kurt smiled, reaching across the gearshift to take Blaine's hand.

“I love you; you’re always there for me when I need you.”

“I love you too, Are you going to tell your mom Cooper is in town?”

Blaine tensed at the name and released Kurt's hand, pulling his knees and arms up to his chest.

“I don’t know. Should I? Mom still thinks he’s a homophobe, she doesn’t know why he left… I didn’t show either of them the letter”

“Mmm”

“But I don’t know, she’d love to see him again… like in person she thinks I don’t see but when his commercial comes on she cries… she really misses him, I do to really”

“Would you like me to be there when you tell her?” asked Kurt.

Blaine nodded. “Yes thank you Kurt, have I ever told you how amazing you are? You. Are. The. Best. Boyfriend. Ever.”

“Yes you have, but that last part I’m not too sure about because I know a guy who’s a pretty amazing boyfriend too, I’m fairly certain he’s the best” said Kurt as they pulled up outside Blaine’s house

A blush creped down Blaine’s neck and spread across his cheeks, Kurt loved making Blaine blush.

“I’m pretty sure that guy has nothing on you.” said Blaine leaning over the console.

“You‘re sweet” he said kissing Kurt left cheek.

“Kind” said Blaine Kissing his right cheek.

“Beautiful” he whispered planting a kiss on his nose.

“And not too bad in bed” he breathed before pressing his lips to Kurt's

He reached up to cup Kurt's cheek whilst tracing Kurt's upper lip, begging, Pleading for access; Kurt soon complied allowing Blaine’s tongue to swirl around his own. Blaine pulled back smiling.

“Come on, I’ll walk you to your door…”

“Okay, I think I’ll tell her tomorrow, she’ll want to see him and I’ve had enough of him for today”

“Okay baby,” said Kurt as they reached his front door.

“Hey, my mom’s not home for a few hours would you like to come in for a bit”
“I’d love to Blaine but-”they we’re cut off by the sound of a car pulling to the driveway, narrowly missing Kurt’s navigator parked on the street.

“So this is where you moved to?” Asked Cooper.

“Coop, what are you doing here, I don’t- I just … what do you want!”

“Kurt left his scarf at the Lima Bean, so I followed you, I just thought it being winter and all he’d want it” said Cooper “I’ll go check into the hotel now, see ya tomorrow B, Kurt”

“Cooper wait,” said Blaine, not knowing he was saying. “Would you like to stay here, mom would really like to see you again… she really misses you. We have a guest room, if you’d like to stay that is”

“Blaine I’d love too, but is it okay with you, I know you’re still really pissed at me but I’d like to make it better”

“Yeah I’m sure” he said as he flashed Kurt a ‘please don’t leave’ look. “Come in, mom won’t be back for a couple of hours”

Blaine unlocked the door and the three of them walked in side.

“Blaine, I just need to phone my dad and explain I’ll come join you in a minute okay?”

“Okay. Hey Coop. would you like a coffee?”

“No, thanks… I only had one ten minutes ago Blaine” said Cooper winking.

“So… how was it at NYU?”

“Oh, it was alright, I met Sarah on the course, she’s my new girlfriend”

“What happened to Kimberly, I liked her she was nice… she brought me some cookies when I was in hospital” said Blaine closing his eyes and willing himself not to cry and fall back into those memories.

“Oh well, the night I… you know” Blaine nodded his expression hardening “Well, I didn’t stay at Kimberly’s she kinda broke up with me… something about me not asking her anything and not paying any attention to her… so I went to stay at Simon’s instead.”

“Oh… I’m sorry to hear that”

An awkward silence fell between them; they could hear Kurt on the phone to his dad.

“Yes Dad, I know it’s our family dinner but Blaine needs me… no dad we’re not going to… because his brother has come back to town and he doesn’t want to be left alone with him… dad his brother left him when his dad used to beat him up!!! Dad I’m only staying for another hour I’ll be home soon… because I love him dad! errgh… what?... but it’s a famil- oh well yeah I’ll ask one minute”

“What’s up baby?” asked Blaine as Kurt popped his head around the door

“You just heard all of that didn’t you?” asked Kurt.

The other boys nodded.

“Okay” said Kurt blushing “well my dad would like to know if you guys would like to come over for tea…?”

“Oh, err well…”

“You can say no Blaine its fine, it just he really wants me there.”

“That’s nice of him, erm” Blaine said glancing at Cooper.

“I wouldn’t mind. If it’ll make Blaine happy, I know he wouldn’t really be if you couldn’t stay…”

“I’ll phone mom” said Blaine dialling her number.

“Hey, mom can I go to Kurt’s for tea tonight? Thanks, when I come back I have a surprise for you okay, I’ll see you later.”

“Okay, dad we’re on our way.”

With that Kurt and Blaine climbed in to Kurt’s navigator and Cooper into his own car and they drove to Kurt’s house.
