We arrived in Lima made our wayto the baggage claim to collect our luggage.

"Kurt! Blaine!" A familiar voice called from behind us; amongst the crowd.

"Finn!" Kurt yelled back, swooping into his brother's arms. Finn let go of Kurt and turned to me.

"Hey Blaine; long time no see." Finn smiled; wrapping his arms around me and enveloping me into a hug.

"Hey Finn, congratulations! Where's Rachel?" I asked, pulling away from the hug.

"She's at the hotel, waiting for you two to come so she can shower you with her words of 'I've missed you' and 'Welcome home'. Those are her words, not mine." Finn laughed, as did I; as did Kurt.

"Hey boys," Burt said; hugging Kurt from behind and shaking my hand.

"Hey Dad, Carole." Kurt said as Carole appeared behind Burt.

"Good to see you sweetie. Well, we should get you two to the hotel. You must be exhausted from the flight." Carole said, a pitying tone in her voice.

As if it was a trigger, Kurt and I both yawned.

"That'd be good." Kurt said.

"Let's go then," Burt said, "Finn, take their bags."

And once we got to the hotel, the first thing we did was sleep.

I woke up to find Kurt, sitting on the bed cross-legged and gawking at me. He was smiling. It was just a little smile at first, but as it grew, it pressed his rosy cheeks up and slowly revealed his teeth, like a perfect pearl necklace. Finally the smile reached his eyes, lighting them, causing them to crinkle at the corners.

"Why are you looking at me?" I asked, burrowing my face further into my pillow.

"You're beautiful when you sleep."

I crinkled up my nose, "Thanks, I guess."

"Your welcome!" Kurt beamed, diving beside me, wrapping my arms around himself as he turned to face me. "Hi." He grinned.

"...Hi. I'm so confused."

"We're cuddling, it's what couples do."

"How long was I asleep?"

"About forty minutes, I put your clothes away for you." He replied, nuzzling my shoulder.

"Oh, thanks Kurt."

"No problem, dinner's almost ready so go and make yourself look pretty." Kurt paused, "You won't have to do a lot." A faint blush coloured his cheeks.

"Oh, stop it you!" I smiled, pressing my forehead against his – this whole boyfriend thing was becoming to be surprisingly easy.

I slowly sat up, shook my hair and stood up, walking over to the bathroom.

"So, Blaine," Rachel asked, "How are you holding up? I wish I came to New York with you but this guy," She paused, giving an evil glare to Finn, "Kept me back."

I laughed, "I'm not too bad. Kurt and I are roommates at NYADA and are in nearly all the same subjects so that's fine. It's hard; I'm not going to lie."

Rachel smiles, "It sounds so dreamy."

"It really is. You and Finn are always welcome to visit. It'd be nice to see a familiar face."

"Yeah, I'd love that." Rachel smiles.

It was an hour into our evening and things were going well but when Finn asked us how we became boyfriends is where it started to go downhill. I didn't know if I was supposed to answer or Kurt although Kurt decided to take the first go.

"Well, it was really weird how we had...uhm, never known this before but...uhm, we found out we both had a thing for black and white movies. It sort of developed from there."

"Who asked who?" Rachel grinned.

"...I did." I murmured.

Did I really just say that? Please tell me my mind was playing tricks on me. All eyes were on me. Kurt's were the worst. His eyes were in a confused state and worry etched on his face.

"Yeah, I did." I stated, firmly. "I just had this feeling deep down...and the pit of my stomach doesn't cover it. It stretched everywhere. It was overwhelming, complete and...I don't know, immeasurable in a way. It felt like my heart danced around my chest whenever I saw him. It felt like so much care, so much love that you never thought you could give but you want to. It was love. I had to show Kurt that."

I literally had no idea where this was coming from. The whole table seemed to hear my speech and they started clapping and whooping and making cooing noises. I bowed my head, smiling to myself.

Next thing I knew, Kurt's mouth was next to my ear and he whispered to talk outside. We got up from the table and walked out of the dining room.

It had just past midnight and it was raining. The moon was high in the sky, casting a gleaming silver glow on the cobbled patio we were standing on.

I sighed, "I love it when it's like this. You, the rain, and me. It's perfect."

"Oh yeah, it's...it's just lovely." Kurt muttered, not too impressed - the rain was ruining his hair.

"Come on," Kurt laughed, tugging me on my arm and pulling me towards the wedding altar for Finn and Rachel, carved out of one block of wood. Luckily it was far from the eyesight of anyone in the dining room so they couldn't see us.

We sat down in the altar, the silence that spilled between us was comfortable and happy.

"What did you want to talk about?" I asked, awkwardly breaking the silence.

"What was that back there?"

"I...I actually have no idea. Something weird and different. Sorry."

"Why are you sorry? It was beautiful. Seriously," Kurt moved closer towards me and ever so gently kissed my cheek. "Thank you."

He lingered against my cheek, as if communicating that he wanted more. I turned to face him and cupped his jaw in my hand and slowly moved in closer so our lips met. I pulled his bottom lip into my mouth, licking across his lips – all with my eyes closed because I wanted to focus on the feel of the kiss. I decided to take it further by pulling Kurt into my lap; which caused us to break apart for a while to make sure he got comfortable. Kurt recaptured my lips with his own. I felt him smile into the kiss as he put his arms around my neck and I couldn't help but smile back. I was convinced that right then if you zoomed into my eyes, behind the darkness of my lids you would see fireworks that matched the popping in my ears and vivid flowing of my blood. Right then I was pretty sure I had no lungs.
It was the most perfect kiss of my life.

I didn't know what these feelings were towards Kurt, I mean, I'd had a crush on him for two years but it didn't mean anything. However I was questioning my emotions now. Kurt finished with a kiss to the crook of my neck before sliding off me and helping me up.

Now where did we lie?

"Wow, if people saw that, we'd be the favourite couple here. This plan is going so well! We should do that more, in public, but make it decent to make it look realistic." Kurt grinned.

...Oh. We didn't lie anywhere.
