Author's Notes:

Hope you enjoyed the chapter :) Please tell me if it dragged on, I like writing in detail, and generally, I just, you know, write a little too much. haha. Please tell me if I should write more! I dont even know if people will see this, but if you are reading this now, I will take that as a point. hehe. Bye!

Kurt awoke to the annoying sound of his alarm buzzing violently on his side-table. He groaned and blindly searched for the snooze button, holding a pale arm out from under the covers. He finally found the correct button, and brought his fist down. He smiled lightly when the buzzing stopped and he had an extra five minutes to sleep.

Five mintues later, the buzzing began again. Kurt growled in annoyance and flung himself out his bed, and shivered when the cold air hit his previously toasty skin. He grimaced, and turned his alarm off. He picked up his robe from the end of his bed, and slipped it on, smiling at the familar silk threads. He travelled to the bathroom, and began his vigurous morning routine.

When hed finished washing, doing his hair, and all the other necessary things, he ran to his closet. His favourite part. He sighed happily and rifled through his neatly stacked trousers, his many pairs of skinny jeans, his fitted shirts and large collection of stylish jackets and vests. He settled on a pair of skinny black jeans, a fitted white shirt and a grey vest to top it off. He found a decent pair of shined dress shoes, and paired them with the outfit. He moved the full-length mirror and took in his reflection. He grinned at himself, even though he knew that the expression wouldnt last very long. He might get bullied for his particular dress sense, and his sexuality, but Kurt had gotten quite used to the daily assault, and wasnt going hide his true self for a group of emotionless letterman jackets. He nodded at himself, and for good measure, grabbed the nearby can of hairspray and gave his hair a few sprays.

He walked down the stairs, and was quite surprised to see his father, Burt, cooking pancakes, a floral apron adorning his front. He turned around when he saw Kurt, and grinned, his eyes sparkling.

"Kurt! You know how weve been having those weekly cooking lessons? I think theyre paying off! I havent burnt a single one!" Burt exclaimed, giving the cooking pancake a flip, as if to prove his point. Kurt let out a muffled giggle.

"Dad, please, pay attention! Dont want to break your perfect pancake streak," Kurt laughed, the pleasant sound filling the room. Burt playfully punched his arm, and turned back to his pancakes.

Soon, Kurt had downed two and half pancakes, and was ready to go to school, his messenger bag stylishly slung across his shoulder.

"Bye Dad!" he called from the hall, grabbing his car keys and grabbing the door handle.

See you! Have good day, son." Burt called from the living room.

Kurt turned the handle, and walked out, hopping in his white SUV, starting the engine. He drove to school, his thoughts wandering from the latest Vogue magazine to his upcoming solo performance for Glee club. He still couldnt find the right Whitney song, even though he was fairly certain they were all written spesifically for his voice. He pulled into a parking spot, and checked twice he had locked the car before walking into the school. He went through the door, and walked steadily down the halls, looking at his feet, and the polished shoes they were covered with. He was in a particularly good mood today, and he was hoping and praying that none of his bullies would dampen it with a certain flavour of slushie. Before he could contemplate what was happening, a strong yet small body was colliding with his, and he was being knocked to the ground. He fell to the linoleum with a small oof and looked over to who he had crashed into. His breath caught in his throat, and his eyes went wide. A boy wearing bright red tight-fitting capree pants, paired with a tucked in black collared polo shirt and a stiped bowtie sat before him, his dark hair gelled back, a slight curl still noticeable. He looked up sheepishly, and when Kurt saw his eyes, he nearly fainted. He had the most beautiful eyes, all gold and hazel, like his very own shade of topaz. He laughed lightly, and grinned at the boy. When the boy started laughing with him, he felt more comfortable. The bowtie clad lad stood up and held out a hand.

"My names Blaine." He says with a grin, shaking Kurts pale hand.

"Kurt," Kurt said, smiling sweetly.

"Well, its lovely...meeting you, Kurt," he laughs lightly, and Kurt felt his smile get even wider at the wonderful sound.

"But I do have to get to my first class. Wouldnt want to get on my teachers bad side, huh?" Blaine said, sending Kurt the cutest of looks as they walked slowly down the corridors, ignoring the stares of the other students.

"Oh! So you are new. I was beginning to wonder if maybe you owned and invisibility cloak or something, because Ive never seen you around here!" Kurt giggles, and crinkles his eyes. Blaine laughs lightly, and stares in awe at Kurts beautiful expression, his hearting pounding faster and faster.

"Yeah, I transferred here from Dalton Academy. Its nice to finally be able to wear someting other than grey slacks and a blazer! Although, that blazer was amazing," Blaine said thoughfully, smiling so himself. Kurt was so mesmerised by the way Blaine spoke, and the way Blaine moved, and everything about Blaine

"Well, I better head to my class," Kurt remebered, gathering his books in his arms, blinking.

"Yeah! Me too! Um, could you, maybe help me?" Blaine spoke, stopping to bring forth his timetable for the week, grinning awkwardly.

"Oh! Yeah! Of course! Im sorry I didnt ask you about it before," Kurt said, studying the table. He was delighted to find that Blaine shared majority of his classes with him. He nodded happliy and handed it back.

"Youve got Spanish first, thats Mr Schues class. Thats my first class too, Ill walk you there," Kurt said, grasping Blaines hand.

"Oh, uh-," He looked at Blaine at noticed the small blush starting to blossom across his cheeks. Kurt smirked and pulled Blaine along. Blaine fist pumped inside, and tried to stop his smile from growing any larger.

What a wonderful first day it was turning out to be, Blaine though to himself.
