It takes a couple of hours before he can fall asleep that night, and when he wakes up the next morning Blaine is gone. He is not in school either, or at least Kurt can’t see him, and Mercedes keeps asking what he is looking for, but he doesn’t answer her. She knows nothing about Blaine, how he kissed him and how he helped him, and the incident in the cafeteria was explained by Kurt with “I got so freaking sick of Karofsky”, so Mercedes and the others have let it go because they are happy Kurt is finally standing up for himself. And he gives no one a cause to suspects the reason he stood up and spoke that day was because of Blaine Anderson, not David Karofsky.

Blaine. The mere thought of the boy makes his body react, even though he tries to convince himself it doesn’t. It is like he can feel his heartbeats clearer, feel the strong muscle pump out the blood through his body and make him pound. It is spreading a warmth trough his limbs, warmth that makes his face flush, and it is so stupid, so stupid. Blaine.
