After their talk in the living room Santana became a full-fledged member of ‘Team Find Blaine His Soul Mate’ or as she preferred to refer to it ‘Team Get Blaine Laid’ and she thought the best way to do this was to take him out to as many gay bars as possible. It took a lot of convincing but in the end Blaine conceded that yes it was possible that his soul mate could be looking for him at a gay bar and once he agreed to that the girls knew they had him.
Two hours later they were ready to go out, it would have been sooner but Santana refused to allow Blaine to wear a bow tie so he had to go find another outfit that didn’t need a bow tie. And then she threatened to burn all his bow ties if he didn’t ease up on the hair gel. When she deemed that he looked ‘fuckable’ they finally headed out to what Santana claimed was New York’s finest gay bar. Blaine had tried to argue that his soul mate won’t care what he’s wearing that his soul mate would love him no matter what but Santana countered that didn’t mean he should put in the effort to look his best.
Blaine knew the moment he walked into the bar that his soul mate wasn’t there, if he was there Blaine would feel it he was certain of that. But that didn’t stop him from having fun and dancing as much as possible mostly with Rachel and Santana.
“Hey, wanna dance?” A tall guy asked Blaine, he wasn’t his soul mate so sober Blaine would politely decline but sober Blaine was long gone and drunk Blaine really wanted to dance. So he let himself be led out onto the dance floor by the tall stranger. The dancing was fairly innocent at first they weren’t even touching each other, Blaine didn’t notice when the other guy slowly moved closer or maybe he did but he was just too drunk or too naïve to think anything about it. He did notice however when the stranger’s hands found their way to Blaine’s ass and he certainly noticed when the guy pressed their bodies together and Blaine could feel the other man’s hardness against his leg.
“You’re not my soul mate! I can’t have sex with you I can only have sex with my soul mate.” Blaine yelled a little too loudly as he pushed the guy away.
“Ok Anderson time for us to go.” Santana said appearing at Blaine’s side and grabbing his arm. Blaine let himself be pulled out of the club by Santana on one side and Rachel on the other.
“You’re very attractive though.” He called back to the guy he had been dancing with. “Do you think he thought I didn’t want to have sex with him because he wasn’t attractive? ‘Cuz he is, attractive I mean. But he’s not my soul mate and I can only have sex with my soul mate. I hope he’s not upset, do you think he’s upset? Maybe I should go apologize, I’m going to go apologize.” Blaine said trying to pull out the grasp of his friends.
“You don’t have to go apologize.” Rachel told him.
“But I hurt his feelings!”
“I’m sure he’ll be fine.” Rachel told him.
“He’s probably already found someone else.” Santana added.
“Ok…he shouldn’t have sex with randoms though, he should wait for his soul mate!” Blaine said looking distressed. “I’m going to go tell him to wait for his soul mate.”
“It’s ok, the guy he met after you left is his soul mate.” Santana lied.
“Oh! Good! I’m so happy for him!”
“Let’s head home now, ok?” Rachel said.
“Ok. Hey! Can we stop and get fries on the way home? I want some fries.”
“Sure.” Rachel agreed.
“Good. My soul mate wasn’t there.” Blaine said.
“No he wasn’t.”
“Was your soul mate there Santa?” Blaine asked before bursting out laughing. “I called you Santa! Your name isn’t Santa!”
“No it isn’t.” Santana said not sure how to react.” And no my soul mate wasn’t there.”
“That’s too bad. I had fun though, did you have fun?”
“Sure.” Santana shrugged.
“Do you think I’ll meet my soul mate soon? I hope I meet him soon. I miss him.”
“You’ll meet him when the time is right.” Rachel told him.
“Ok.”
