Author's Notes: So.. I'm updating, late... Again. I'm sorry!! I'm also sorry that this chapter is so disjointed and that there is an utter lack of plot. Prose is not my strong suite. But, the upcoming chapters have more dialogue, are longer, and begin to flow better... So yeah! Thanks.
The ride to the hospital was, quite possibly, the most awful ten minutes of Blaine's life. His hands were wrapped so tightly around the steering wheel he thought they might break. He could barely see the road, Kurt's head snapping in to the dashboard of that car burned onto his irises as if he had stared directly into the sun. The sickening crack that wouldn't stop ringing in his ears, even over the sound of Rachel's muffled sobbing in the backseat, her face burried into Finn's shoulder, Finn who looked like he didn't understand where he was.

Blaine sat outside of the Operating Room staring at his shoes. He was vaguely aware that it had gotten dark at some point. Rachel had quieted down at some point and was now curled up in Finn's arm, next to Carole, who was tucked safely under Burt's arm. Blaine wished he had Kurt to hold him, now, when he had never been more scared in his life. Blaine wished he was in Kurt's strong arms, and buried underneath Kurt's blankets, now. Blaine closed his eyes and he allowed the tears to fall down his face, finally.

It was around 9 when the Doctor finally came out and called, "Kurt Hummel?"
Blaine and Burt both shot up out of their seats, and Burt gave a shaky nod.
"He's alright, he's alive."
Blaine sank back down into his seat, his heart still pounding a mile a minute, tears threatening to spill over his face.
"There was, obviously, quite a bad concussion and lot's of internal bleeding, but he's going to live."
"He's not-- he's not going to be in a c-coma, is he?" Finn asked.
"We don't believe so, however, there is most likely going to be minor motor problems, that physically therapy will most likely fix up, and possibly memory loss, but no telling what type, or to what extent."
Okay, okay, Kurt was going to be okay, Blaine repeated in his head over and over again. Kurt's going to be okay.
"When can we see him?" Carole asked.
"Any immediate family may go see him, now, but we ask that those who are not wait until tomorrow morning."
Carole, Burt and Finn stood up to go to Kurt's room, Finn murmuring something in Rachel's ear, and Burt turning around to give Blaine a nod before walking off, Blaine just staring after them, Rachel sniffed and sat up stretching out her hand to Blaine.
"Come on, you're staying with me tonight."
"Sorry, what?" Blaine's voice cracked a little from lack of use and crying.
"Finn told me you were going to stay at their place tonight cause your parents are gone, and, well I'd hate for you to be alone tonight."
Blaine smiled at Rachel. He really did love her. She may be a little self-concerned, but she had a huge heart that just wanted to love and be loved in return.
"Alright, but we waking up early and coming back here as soon as possible."
Rachel nodded, "Yeah. I- I'm really worried you know??? It's just, he's my best friend and I need him."
Blaine gave her a sad smile, "I know, me too."

With a fitful night sleep and a large mug of coffee in hand, Blaine was back in the hospital with Rachel in tow.
He was feeling suprisingly light, Kurt was okay, and he was probably awake, by now, and he was going to see him. He was some how happy.
And yet, when they reached Kurt's room, the mindless stream of chatter Rachel had been spewing at Blaine stopped at the sight of Finn sitting on the floor with his head hung.
Blaine's heart dropped.
".... Finn..?"
Finn looked up, "Oh, h-hey guys."
"Finn, what's wrong, Blaine demanded.
"It's... It's Kurt." Finn mumbled to the ground, "He..." Finn looked back up to Blaine and Rachel, "He's awake, he just woke up, and-- and he doesn't remember anything that happened in the last two years. They've.... All those memories have just been deleted from his mind."
Blaine stared open mouthed at Finn as tears began to form in Rachel's eyes.
"Two years..." Rachel squeaked, "two years ago, we hated each other.... No!" She started sobbing.
The last two years of Kurt's life had been deleted.
All memories of Blaine and Kurt's time together.
Gone.

Wow, did my eyes just really get watery?? I think they did!! Just wow! I knew he would lose some memory, but two years??!! He doesn't remember Blaine? Or the infamous Hummelberry friendship?! This breaks my heart. Can't wait for more!
