Author's Notes: Here is the second chapter! Hope you enjoy!

Sebastian gave him a drunken call one night, about a week after their ‘talk’.  His words so slurred that Blaine couldn’t even comprehend what he was trying to say.  He caught mixes of “bitch” “dicks” “dirty” “mine”, but he didn’t think they meant anything; he passed them off as just a drunk Sebastian.

A few days later, Blaine went over to Sebastian’s apartment.  Sebastian had invited him over for a movie night (and movie nights always involved cuddling), so of course Blaine had accepted.  When he arrived, Sebastian tugged him roughly inside the door, before curling him up in a possessive hug.

“Well hello to you, Mr Smythe” he chuckled, Sebastian normally never greeted him like this, but it certainly was a good change.

“I just… god, I missed you so much you know?” Sebastian murmured into his ear.  “Alright sorry, let’s start the darn movie marathon”.

Sebastian had already set up everything; there were blankets, an unlimited amount of popcorn and drinks, and a stack of DVDs lying at the bottom of the table.   Blaine settled down on the couch and kicked his feet up, making himself comfortable.

“So what movie do you want to watch?” Sebastian asked, leaning down next to the DVDs.

“Well what do you have?  Anything’s fine really” Blaine replied nonchalantly, just as his phone buzzed in his pocket.  He reached in and grabbed it, to see that Wes was texting him.

From: Wes

Hey Blaine, got anything planned tonight?  Few of the guys wanted to go out drinking, care to join?

“Well alright, let’s just start off with an action ok? James Bond sound ok to you?  Blaine?”

Blaine had been replying back to Wes’s text and hadn’t paid much attention to what Sebastian had just said.

“Hmm what?  Sorry.  James Bond sounds ok.” he replied off-handedly, before replying to Wes’s text.  He didn’t notice Sebastian’s stony expression.

To: Wes

Sorry, can’t tonight.  Movie night with Seb! :P

“Ok, I’m just gonna head off to the bathroom alright?  Don’t start without me.” Blaine said playfully.  He set his phone on top of the table before heading off to the bathroom.

When he came back, he saw Sebastian holding his phone, and doing what seemed like scrolling.

“What are you doing?” Blaine asked, his heart beat stuttering momentarily.

“Nothing, Wes sent you a text and I just thought I’d save you the time and reply to it” Sebastian answered, handing Blaine his phone.

“You… you didn’t have to.  I mean, well it’s nice of you to have done that… but don’t sweat it next time” Blaine replied.  In reality though, Blaine was sort of worried about what Sebastian had been doing.  No don’t worry, I’m sure he just replied to the text, Wes wouldn’t have said anything stupid right?

“Don’t worry about it babe, I just wanted to save you the time.  Anyway, you wanna get started with the movie?  I promised you I’d wait” Sebastian said.

They both settled down into the couch, before Sebastian wrapped his arms around Blaine’s body.  It was nice and comforting, and sort of romantic in way.  But the whole time, Blaine’s thought’s just kept drifting back to Sebastian and his phone.  Jesus relax Blaine, it was nothing.  He was just being nice to you!  When has a guy ever taken the time to do that for you?  Part of Blaine was sceptical about this though. Who are you kidding, it looked like he was fucking scrolling.  PEOPLE DON’T SCROLL WHENTHEY TEXT.

Blaine found it hard to concentrate on the movie, his mind riddled with conflicting thoughts.  Before they’d even hit their third movie, Blaine decided to go home.  He played it off as stomach pains and wanted to rest.

“You sure you don’t want to stay here babe?  I’ve got everything here.” Sebastian asked sympathetically.

“No it’s fine, I’ll just bum you out, seriously.  I’ll be ok.” Blaine replied.

“You sure?  Cuddling is the best medicine as they say?” Sebastian added with a smirk.

“Uh, it’s laughter,” he corrected, “and don’t worry ok?  I’ll be fine, I just need to sleep it off or something, and it’d be easier at my house”.  To be honest, he really couldn’t deal with Sebastian right now; the thing with his phone had just put him off.

“Well as you do, then.  But call me when you get home or something ok?” Sebastian reached down and cupped Blaine’s jaw, bringing him up into a kiss.

“I will, I’ll see you later” Blaine sighed, he really didn’t want to.

The whole drive home had been confusing to Blaine.  He still didn’t fully understand why he felt so weird about Sebastian”replying” to Wes.  Maybe it was just a little thing, but he had never understood why people felt the need to go through someone else’s texts or messages; he himself would never do it, it was just s matter of privacy.  When he reached home, he turned on his phone to see what Sebastian had typed to Wes.

From: Wes

Ooh, movie night.  Well normally I would be hooting and whooping for you but seriously Blaine, don’t you find Sebastian a little creepy?  He is like, 30 after all…

To: Wes:

What I do in my spare time is none of your business, Wes.  Sebastian and I are fucking in love, and we don’t need any of your input.  So just back the fuck away from him ok Wes?  We don’t need you ‘stirring’ shit up.

Blaine was horrified with the reply.  He couldn’t comprehend what made Sebastian type that out.  Couldn’t he have at least made it sound like Blaine.  The text was completely rude, and really over the line.  He quickly typed out a response to Wes, lying that he was sort of drunk and it was just a joke. Ok that was weird Blaine.  The response was totally out of call.  Why would he do that? Maybe he’s joking as well, you know?  Maybe he just wanted to make me look like a drama queen or something… His thoughts were just as muddled as they were a half hour ago.

He clicked to look through his other messages, and saw that he had a message from Thad that he hadn’t read.  It was open though, and he knew he hadn’t read it.  Tapping on it to see, he was further horrified to see that Sebastian had typed out the same reply as before, reworded to suit the text but still the same.  What the hell is he doing?  What is this? He hastily sent a message with the same lie as before, a futile attempt at fixing things.  He felt sick to the stomach, perhaps this wasn’t a joke.  And Sebastian actually hated his friends.  This can’t be good.

Walking quickly into his house, he ran upstairs into his bedroom before flopping down onto the bed.  Things were too weird for him to comprehend all at once.  He decided to take a nap; hopefully it would help him clear his mind. Right before he drifted off, he received a text message from Sebastian.

From: Sebastian

I love you, I hope you’re ok.

He does love me… maybe… maybe he just wants to protect me… Protect me from hate or something.  Maybe Wes did step over the line with that text, I mean I did tell him not to talk about it anymore…

He suddenly found himself looking at what Sebastian did in a good light.

It does seem like Wes is trying to get me to break up with Seb, but can’t he see I’m happy?  Friends lookout for each other right? Can’t he see I’m happy? Maybe Sebastian was right… about them trying split us up…

He suddenly felt bad for misjudging Sebastian; it seemed that Sebastian was just trying to do a good thing for him.

Feeling a little bit better about this, he typed out a quick response to Sebastian before drifting off to sleep.

To: Sebastian

I’m fine, just sleeping it off right now.  I love you too, Sebastian. I… just thanks for everything, I really really do love you.

See?  No big deal, he’s just being a good   boyfriend… Wes was just being an ass that crossed the line…

Blaine drifted off to sleep before he could finish his thoughts.

End Notes: So I hope you liked it! I know it might have felt like Blaine's thoughts were a bit repetitive and I apologise for that. I'm just trying to set it up for the next bit, which hopefully will be up in a few days time! Plus, if anyone is willing to Beta for me then that would be brilliant!

And so the plot thickens. i can see the line of thought you're taking for Blaine in terms of the way he's rationalizing Sebastian's craziness, even though he should reognize this for the warning sign it is and get out now. Hope the next one comes up soon! Thanks for writing!

Thank you for the awesome reviews! It's really appreciated and I'm glad you're liking it so far! New chapter should be up by tomorrow or so! :)
