"Kurt, you're coming home." Tyler grabbed Mama's arm as I hide in the corner.

"No!!" Mama pulled his arm away from Tyler.

"I am not going anywhere with you. We are going to go back there and sign the divorce papers!" Tyler slapped Mama and I ran over to help.

I knew I should have stayed hiddenbut it was too late. I was on my knees, trying to help Mama when a foot hit the side of my face and everything went black....

(3 weeks before 3rd person...)

Sophia was asleep by the time she and Blaine got to his house...

"Sophia Bee, get up honey. We are here. You can see your Mama now."

Blaine rubbed her shoulder and smiled at her when her eyes opened.

"Mama?"

She asked him still kind of sleepy...

"No, it's Blaine. Sophia, Mama is inside. Can you please get up?"

Blaine gave her a dorky smile that was big and she opened her eyes some more before speaking.

"No, you're Papa, not Blaine; I finally got my real Papa..." Sophia stopped and started to cry as she spoke again.

"And...And I won't let you go. Tyler will never be Papa. He hurts....."

Sophia stopped and covered her mouth. Blaine was mad at this point.

"Tyler... what?! Sophia tell me what you were going to say. Now!!"

Sophia moved to the door and whimpered. Blaine yelled not meaning to and he could see he scared her.

"Sophia, I'm so sorry, I just need to know what you were going to say."

Blaine put his hand up to touch her shoulder and she moved.

"No, don't touch me! You yell just like he dose you're probably just as bad!"
Sophia got out of the car, and ran inside the house. Blaine was getting out of the car when what seemed like an angry Kurt was coming up to him.

"Kurt, I was just com..."

Blaine was cut off by Kurt slapping him on his face.

"Don't you ever yell at her Blaine, You tell her that she is safe and then you suddenly yell at her?!"

Blaine looked up at Kurt and put his hand over Kurt's mouth so he could speak.

"Kurt, I didn't mean to. I was mad. She said something about Tyler. That he hurts... and well, she stopped by putting her hands over her mouth, okay."

Blaine moved his hands from Kurt's mouth as Kurt's eyes got all watery....

"Oh Blaine I'm sorry. I should of..."

"No Kurt its fine. I understand you did the same thing as I did to Sophia."

Blaine smiled but knew he would have to explain, before he could Kurt got mad again.

"What?! You slapped our daughter?!"

Kurt yelled at Blaine and hit him in the arm

"No, no Kurt. I mean, you acted and spoke before asking calmly."

Kurt stopped again and turned around heading back in to the house as Blaine spoke to him elf.

"My god, this week is going to be long."

(Present time; Blaine's POV)

I pulled in to the parking lot of the court house after the text I got from Sophia.

Sophia: papa help please.

Without a second thought I was in the car and know,

I was walking in to the court house to make sure that Kurt and Sophia were okay when I heard Kurt loudly scream.

"SOPHIA!!!"

I ran to the place where the scream came from to find Kurt. He's over Sophia, crying and I could see blood on the floor. I saw Tyler backing away saying, "Oh my God, Sophia, I'm so sorry. Please forgive Papa."

I was in shock, walking over to see my little girl on the floor bleeding.

"She... Tyler, you're not her Papa. Never have and never will be!"

My eyes got wide at the tone of Kurt's voice when he spoke to Tyler. Tyler back away slowly, hands out in front of him as I dropped down, pulling Sophia in to my arms.

"Sophia, please wake up honey. Papa is here baby girl."

I started to cry when I looked over to Kurt and I was listening to them, talking some, but more along the lines of yell at each other.

"You kicked her in the head and you want to say you're her Papa!"

Kurt pushed Tyler.

"Yes, I'm her Papa. And wait you're going to tell me, Is that because that's her biological father? That he was her Papa?!"

Tyler screamed back as he pointed at me. Kurt's face was getting red and his voice lowered every second.

"Yes, yes. He is Tyler, he's more of a father to that girl then you could ever be."

Kurt pushed him again and was in his face when Tyler pushed him back and slapped him in the face.

"Don't you touch him, Tyler! Remember this. If you lay one more hand on him or Sophia, you will be sorry!"

I screamed at him and he turned around and walked back in the room as I looked at Kurt. The other week flashed in to my head.

(Two weeks ago; Blaine's POV)

I was sitting in the glee club after class, waiting for Sophia when Kurt walked in.

"Hey there, stranger."

Kurt smiled at me as he walked in. There was still about an hour left before school was out for Sophia.

"Well hello. What are you doing here Kurt?"

Kurt smiled and slowly walked up to me.

"Well, let's just say that I missed the school and I wanted to sing with you."

Kurt's eyes got all puppy-like and he put his chin to his chest andpushed his bottom lip out then blinked his eyes at me a few times.

"Is it okay if we share another duet, Mr. Anderson?" he asked, still looking at me.

Damn Kurt and his cuteness. He really knows how to impress me by just his simple puppy-like face, his eyes.... I definitely missed this.

"Fine. But you're picking the song for the both of us."

I looked at him and his face got bright as he pulled some papers out of his bag and put them on the piano.

"I want you to sing this with me.Parts are named here. Please, can you play this old thing still?" he asked, smiling as he handed the first page of the paper for me.

"Um.... yeah. Don't worry, I know this song and I can still play it on the piano."

I sat at the bench, facing the piano and I started to play as Kurt began singing like Mariah does at the beginning. And then, he sang the lyrics.

We both turned with a smile on our faces as Kurt runs up to his best friend.

Kurt stepped back from the hug and looked at her.

"I'm here helping the girls with something. I was told to come get you and bring you to them so follow me please."

Mercedes walked down the hall as we followed he. We were both kind of lost to what the girls where up to.

"Okay, both of you take a seat."

Mercedes pressed play on a slide show with no music. It showed photos from Kurt's high school years with me and his glee club, and the time they did Lady Gaga's Born This Way.

The next thing we know is that Sophia was on the stage with Mercedes' daughter, Sabana shecalls herself Sab for short.

"Hi Mom and Papa. This is for you. You know that I love you both." Sophia looks at us, smiling.

Sophia stopped singing and looked at us as she cried and pulled the plaid shirt off. She had a white shirt on, printed on it were the words...

Then she spoke.

Sab cut her offas she moved the guitar and her shit read the same.

"I am one too, and Mama... I love Sophia with all my heart. She is my girlfriend."

They both looked at us as we began laughing.

"Why are you laughing?"the two of them were curious like a kindergartener.

All three of us said at ones.

"We don't care. We love you for who you are!"

The girls smiled and then they kissed each other.

You know what, when I actually saw my daughter, kissing a girl, I couldn't help but to remember Santana and Brittany once. Back in my high school years with them, those two girls used to be together. I saw that they really love each other. But, I can't imagine that my daughter could be like them. But anyways, like Mercedes and Kurt said, I still love Sophia for who she is.

We stopped laughing and Kurt said,

"Sophia, no more sleepovers at Sab's house. I am sorry Sophia; you can't do that until you reach 16."

I looked at Kurt and smiled. I understand him. He was just being fair.

"But Mama, I can't get pregnant from a girl, and we don't do anything but kiss."

Mercedes chimed in.

"Your Mama is right, hon. we had to wait 'til we were older enough so do you. I'm sorry."

Sophia ran out of the room crying, and Sab left soon after going after Sophia.

(Present time ER; Kurt's POV)

I watch as Blaine sat next to Sophia's bedand cried. When I found the doctor, I asked herabout Sophia. I know that Blaine was too worried to do so himself.

"How long will Sophia be out of it?"

The nice doctor looked at me and smiled.

"Well, by the looks of it, she is up and wanting for you."

She pointed to the room as I found Sophia, who was standing in the door waywith Blaine, smilingat me.

"Mama!"

I ran to her andgave her a long, tight hug.

"Oh, baby girl. Are you okay? I'm so happy that you're okay."

Sophia smiled at me.

"I love you, Mama. But... where is Papa?"

I looked up at Blaine and he looked heartbroken. I never saw him like that except for when we broke up. I hope he will understand Sophia. It's hard to forget someone who became your Dad, well not became but came back just a few weeks ago. He knew that Tyler has been Sophia's dad since she was born and thought he had every right to her but he did not.

"Sweet pea, I'm right here."Blaine answered, looking at her.

Sophia turned around and looked at him.

"Oh, yeah. I forgot. I'm sorry Papa." Sophia answered, giving him a half-smile as she hugged me and Blaine tightly. "I love you..."

When we pulled away, the doctor walked towards us. She smiled at us, before speaking.

"I have some good news. You can take her home if you like. There's no reason for her to stay."

(Sophia's POV)

I was looking at Mama when the doctor was talking to him and I saw the red spot were Tyler hit him.

(Flash back)

"Blaine, I'll be back. Please watch Sophia for me."Mama said to him, gesturing at the door.

"Mama, can I come with you please?"I asked, looking at him.

"Sophia, I am going to sign the divorce papers. Are you sure you want to go? He will be there."

Mama looked at meand I thought about it. After some time, and nodded, saying.

"Yes I want to go" and I ran to the car. As we drove, Mama said nothing. We pulled up to the court house and walked inside where I saw Tyler.

"Let's get this done with Tyler."

Mama walked past him andopened the door in front of him to let me in. I walked in and Tyler stopped andstarted to yell at Mama and it made me mad.

"Stay away from him!" I yelled at himand pushed him.

"Sophia, don't push me."Tyler said, looking at me.

Tyler then grabbed Mama's hand and tried to pull him out of the court house as I hid.And texted Papa Blaine.

(Present time)

"Sophia ... Sophia, we are home. Are you okay?"I saw Mama, looking at me.

I looked at him and smiled.

"I'm fine, Mama.I was just thinking. Do you think Sab could stay over? Please?"

Mama looked at Papa andthe two looked at me.

"Sophia, just remember this. It's just tonight, okay?"

Papa said, looking at me. Both of them were still smiling at me. I could actually see that they are allowing me tonight. I smiled and got out of the car, walking up to the door and waited for my Mama and real Papa...
