Yeah, I noticed that. So, what, they got together and then broke up?

Well, let's think about this. *puts on stalker cap* Blaine tweeted his phone number in early November last year. We can assume that they had some kind of relationship we don't know about because, well, duh, by Christmas they were dating, even if no one knew. Why would they break up?
