Author's Notes: Prompt: Blaine gets mobbed by fangirls at the mall and then pics of Klaine being cutesy go on Tumblr and the Klaine stans die! :D OOoooh! And then Kurt getting Blaine to draw attention to himself so that he lures shoppers away from the stores so Kurt can shop with out competition! :D"So let me just say that I totally did not fill this prompt the way it was prompted. I started to and realized that no, Kurt would not let this happen. So I wrote this instead, lol. Sorry Gen!
Kurt had a plan.
It was Black Friday, the biggest shopping day of the year, and Kurt wanted it to be perfect. He'd scoped out all the stores and their sales in advance, mapped the perfect routes to each location (allowing for bathroom trips and beverages), and finally, emergency fangirl escapes.
He was kind of proud of himself, actually.
He didn't tell Blaine the plan, just led him and the girls through the crowded mall like he owned the place. The photographers were pretty easy to dodge. They weren't allowed in the mall proper. However, they did attract attention - he saw recognition of Blaine on more than one face in some of the stores.
Kurt was always ready though – it was nothing to steer their group into a different department or duck into the coffee shop for a quick break.
He wanted Blaine to have an amazing time and forget about the horrible holiday he'd spend with his father.
When they got home, exhausted, Blaine was smiling. That was good enough for Kurt.
