Rachel grabbed Kurt’s wrist so tightly he could feel her fingernails pressing into his skin, dragging him in from the porch and back to her room in seconds flat. Mercedes was already there, waiting for them.

“Well?” Mercedes asked as Rachel nearly shoved him into her room and shut the door.

“What’s he like?” Rachel wanted to know, staring at him intensely.

“Oh my, God, seriously?” Kurt snapped, staring at them like they were nuts.

“Sorry,” Mercedes smiled. “We’re just excited for you.”

“It’s not every day you meet someone famous and then go to dinner with them, Kurt,” Rachel adds, moving to her bed to sit down next to Mercedes.

“So spill it,” Mercedes orders.

“Fine,” Kurt sighed. The girls squealed. “But only if I can give you a manicure.” He looked at Rachel. “Your nails are atrocious.”

“Done,” Rachel agreed, getting out her nail kit and a couple of bottles of polish while Kurt dropped his bag in the corner and found a place to sit.

“What do you want to know?” Kurt asked as Rachel settled herself across from him and set to work on her nails with a set of clippers. The girls giggled and Kurt looked up.

“Everything,” they said in unison, and Kurt groaned internally.

It was going to be a long night.
