Chapter 34.
Double Date.
"Good Evening Mr Hummel." Blaine said, I walked from the lounge and stood behind my dad.
He looked at me,
"You can call me, Burt." He said, I smiled a bit, changing into a small laugh at the surprise wrote all over Blaine's face.
I grabbed both his hands and pulled him inside, I pushed his back up the door forcing it closed. I kissed him gently and tapped his shoulder.
Blaine blinked. "I could get used to that welcome."
I shrugged my shoulders, "You want a drink before we go?"
"Nope, I'm fine." He put his hands into his pockets, following me into the lounge.
"I texted Rachel, Finn is with her, so we'll go in a minute."
He nodded, catching Dad's eye. "How are you, Burt?" He asked, I looked at dad and rose an eyebrow.
"I.. I'm good thank you Blaine. How are you?"
"Great, thank you." Blaine smiled, I checked the clock and rubbed my hands together.
"Come on, we should get going. Don't wait up dad!" I cooed, opening the front door.
We held hands as we walked, them swinging inbetween us a little.
"Kurt." Blaine said quietly.
"Blaine?" I nodded.
He parted his lips slightly. "I.. you, uh look really nice tonight."
I pulled a puzzled face. "Thank you."
We crossed the road.
"You're welcome." He bit his lips together and parted them again.
"You okay?" I asked, we stood at the entrance.
"Yeah.." He breathed, loosening his collar a bit, "A bit hot tonight, huh?"
"Yeah," I lied, to make him feel better. "Come on." I laughed, taking his hand and pushing the door open.
I could see the pair of them at the back of the room, in deep conversation. Thank god. She waved us over.
"You look amazing!" I said to her. "Even you made an effort, I'm impressed." I smirked towards Finn.
He rose an eyebrow and straightened his shirt.
"I'll go get the drinks." I announced, giving Blaine a slight nudge into his seat.
I crossed to the bar, giving the woman our order. I tapped my knuckles on the edge of the counter while I waited. I looked around a little, watching her make the drinks, catching a very familiar eye. I looked away quickly.
"Don't pretend like you can't see me." Sebastian said, grabbing his drink and walking over.
"I really don't have time for this." I said to him.
"You here with Blaine?" He asked.
"I am. And two other of my friends."
"Ah, so he doesn't want to be alone with you then?" He chuckled.
"For your information, it was my idea!" I retorted.
"Of course it was." He nodded smirking with his devilish little grin.
"Here you are." the woman slid the drinks towards me.
"Thank you." I smiled.
"You look like you could do with a hand." He said near my ear.
I flinched.
"We've got it." I looked around at Blaine who reached for two of the drinks.
"Me and Kurt were just talking." Sebastian told him, his arm reaching around my shoulder. I tried to duck from his grip but he'd already grabbed me tight at his side.
"Let me go," I said through tight teeth.
He grinned. "Fiesty, this one is. You sure know how to pick them, Blaine." His nails dug into my skin making me yelp.
I regretted it as soon as it left my mouth, Blaine yanked him off with a strong hand, he almost tripped over the stalls.
"You okay?" Blaine asked, fussing over my arm, I shrugged him off.
"Fine." I said, frowning towards Sebastion.
I took two drinks and walked away from the pair of them.
"Thanks." Rachel smiled.
"Who's Blaine talking too?" Finn added.
"His ex." I rolled my eyes, "Though I'm pretty sure he has a shrine to him." I grumbled sitting back in my seat.
"He looks strange." Finn smiled. "Nothing compared to you."
"He's a million times better than me, looks-wise." I corrected.
"Don't be stupid." Rachel gasped, I shrugged.
"Well, that was interesting." Blaine sat beside me, pushing my drink towards me.
I sipped it.
"You okay?" He asked me.
"I'm fine." I sighed,
"Did he hurt you?"
"No, he didn't hurt me."
"But you.."
"Yes we all know that I yelped, it caught me off guard, okay."
I saw them exchange looks, I looked away and sat back in my seat. Blaine followed my move, and cuddled next to me, kissing the side of my jaw. I swallowed, and moved my eyes to his, the tingles shot through my stomach/ I couldn't think of anything to say, I just moved my lips to his and kissed him back tenderly, moving my hands to his cheek.
"I dedicate this song, to someone very special.."
We broke apart, looking up at the stage, Sebastian stood there, his eyes in our direction.
"He knows who he is."
"Oh, for god sake." Blaine rolled his eyes.
The lights dimmed and everyone foccused on Sebastion as the music started.
"The sun goes down, the stars come out. And all that counts, is here, right now. My universe will never be the same. I'm glad you caaame.." He smirked, jumping off the stage.
I sipped some of my drink, the guys in the room got excited and started cheering. Our table stayed mute.
"You cast a spell on me," He ducked down and covered his head with his hands. "You hit me like the sky fell on me, and I decided you look well on me." He winked in Blaine's direction.
Blaine looked away.
"So lets go somewhere no one else can see, you and me!"
He pointed at Blaine, jogging over the music picking up. "Turn of the lights off now," grabbing Blaine's hand and pulling him up.
Everyone cheered, accept us. I point out.
"Hand you another drink, drink it if you can. Can you spend a little time, time is slipping away. Away from us, so stay. Stay with me." He smirked, bouncing around Blaine who just stood there transfixed to the spot.
"I can make, make you glad you came." Seb touched under Blaine's chin. He turned his head away from his hand.
I slipped back into my chair, looking down at my hands as I messed with them, finding it hard to watch.
Everyone else enjoyed Sebastian's song, Rachel touched my hand.
"You okay?" She said, showing a curious look People were waiting for Blaine's reply on the song, Sebastian stood next to him.
"I need to go." I whispered, standing up.
"I've got a song to sing." Blaine said, people cheered.
"Only I want to invite someone else to sing with me." Sebastion's face grew more smug, going to grab for the microphone.
"Kurt, can you come up here?" Blaine asked, I turned my head.
Blaine grinned, heads turned towards me, Sebastion's face changed.
