Chapter one.
Technically moving out.

"Kurt it's not straight." Blaine protests, watching Kurt try desperately to set the camera up. "We need a tripod or something."

Kurt gasped, "I've been doing this for ages. I've never had to use a tripod before."

"Your tinsel is falling of your neck." Blaine comments, pushing it back into place around Kurt's collarbone.

"Yay! It's working." Kurt grins, waving at the camera, Blaine moves forward to sit next to him. "Hello! I've got Blaine joining us today."

Blaine looked at Kurt, "In the spirit of Christmas.. we're going to sing a christmas song." Kurt continued. "A duet."

"He begged me." Blaine smirks, receiving a push, almost knocking him off his chair. "He can't get enough of me."

Kurt shoots him a glare, only to receive a small wink.

"Do you want to listen to him yatter on or get some tunes started?"

Kurt pulls the player towards them and clears his throat, pressing play.

"I really can't stay," He stood up.

"But baby.. it's cold outside." Blaine joins in with a massive gin on his face.

"I've got to go away." Kurt continues, Blaine hands tugged at Kurts.

"I'll hold your hands, they're just like ice." He sang, rubbing the back of Kurt's hands with his thumbs.

"My mother will start to worry.."

"Beautiful, what's your hurry?" He got closer with that.

"My father will be pacing the floor.."

"Listen to the fireplace roar." He smirked, his hands twisting Kurt around.

He fell up against his chest, looking up at him, capturing his lips without thinking. Blaine started kissing back, the heat was impossible to fight. Quickly rising into a scorching boil. Kurt pulled away fast, his breath uneven. "That's new." He muttered.

"Can't keep your hands off me, even when we're on film." He winked.

Kurt laughs, nervously.

"Hey, I feel the same."

"You distracted me." Kurt blurts out.

He turns from Blaine. "Kurt?" He laughs, wiping his mouth. "You can't be angry at me for that."

"I'm not." His voice is small.

"You are.. aren't you?"

"Not sure." He shrugs.

"Kurt, really?" Blaine smirks, walking closer again. "You fancy finishing it off?"

Kurt rises his eyebrows at him. "Perhaps."

"Do you ever give a straight answer?"

He shrugged and forwarded his hand, "This isn't for cameras eyes." He switched it off and looked back at Blaine, gigging. He closed the gap again.

--

"Oh, hi Blaine." Burt greeted them as they were walking down the stairs.

"Sorry sir. I should have asked if you needed help with your bags."

"No, not at all." Dad looked from Blaine to Kurt.

Kurt's dad was away to New York. He'd been offered a promotion, even asked Kurt to come with him. After a long thing Kurt had accepted he couldn't live his life without Blaine by his side and refused. Besides, it was only another year before they started their lives together in New York.

"You best look after him, I don't want a crying boy over the phone line saying how much you've hurt him." He pointed at Blaine.

"You have my word, sir." Blaine smiles.

Kurt sighed and jumped up hugging his dad, "Safe journey. Keep in touch."

"You look after yourself too, Kurt. You ring if you need anything, okay?"

"Yes, dad. I promise."

He let go and allowed his dad to get his bags, "See you two, don't mess up my house!"

Kurt moved to the side, Blaine rolling a hand around his waist. They watched him walk out the house, the door closing.

"I've officially left home." Kurt speaks.

Blaine raises an eyebrow.

"Technically, I have no parents anymore." He pokes his side.

Kurt moved into the kitchen and flicks the kettle on.

"I'm still moving in?" Blaine asks.

"Of course. I'm glad you're finally getting out of the house with Sebastian. He's driving me insane."

"He keeps bringing these guys home to try and make me jealous, it's a cunning plan but it fails miserably." Blaine winks.

Kurt pours some water into cups. "Who can blame him though, look at you."

Blaine chuckles. "Thanks, Kurt."

"You're quite welcome. Now drink." He smiles. "We're meeting with Rachel later."

"Why's that?" He blew over his fiery cup.

"Discussing the Christmas foundation, or something or other." He shrugged.

"We're going to a home to sing to some children." Blaine adds.

"Oh, she told you? That's sweet."

"Yeah, unfortunately it's tomorrow after school and I have to go visit my aunt then."

I tilted my head. "You sure? I could come with you."

"No it's okay, Kurt. You go, I'll join you guys later."

Blaine's aunt has Alzheimer's. She's doing okay at the moment because she's only showing some small signs of memory loss. Blaine has to keep correcting her when she thinks he's his brother and though he says he's alright about it, Kurt can tell it's getting to him. Kurt wasn't used to seeing sad Blaine and with each visit he got increasingly upset.
