“All teachers please get your students to your storm safe rooms.” A booming voice of Principal Figgins came over the loud speaker.
“Every one in out to the hallway, that’s are storm safe place.” Mr. Schuester said as he walked over to the door and opened it. All the glee kids started to file out into the hallway one by one, all but Blaine.
“You okay man?” Puck asked when he saw Blaine sitting there still. Blaine didn’t responded, just continued to sit and stair at the wall. “We need to get in the hallway, come on,” still no movement. “I’m getting Kurt,” Puck said as he walked out into the hallway.
“Kurt, something is wrong with Blaine. He wont move.” Puck then slid down the wall across from Kurt. Kurt got up and walked back into the choir room to check on Blaine, and there he was sitting in the same spot he was in when Kurt left talking to Rachel about something. Kurt walked over to his zoned out boyfriend and kneeled in front of him.
“You okay?”
“Maybe”
“What’s wrong?”
“I’m not one for storms.” Kurt stood up taking one of Blaine’s hands that was lade across his lap.
“Lets go sit in the hallway. It’s safer there then in here.” Kurt walked out of the room bragging Blaine behind him. When they got back to where Kurt was sitting in between Mike and Sugar Kurt sat down Pulling Blaine down with him. The two were now squeezed in between the two people Blaine sitting next to Mike and Kurt sitting next to Mercedes. Their locked hands lade on the over lapping legs, Blaine had a death grip on Kurt’s hand and it showed throw his white knuckles.
“Calm down sweetie,” Kurt whispered in Blaine’s ear as he rubbed small circles into the back of his hands.
“How can I would we could all die.”
“That is very unlikely. Because we are in are storm safe zone, and I would never let you die.” Kurt whispered to Blaine again.
“I’m still scared of storms,” Blaine whispered back.
“It’s not even th-” He was cut short by a clap of lighting the rolling of thunder. “Never mind.” Blaine moaned in frustration as he dropped his head on Kurt’s shoulder.
“Will you sing?” Blaine asked as Kurt untangled the hands and moved his around Blaine’s waist, then rested his head on top of Blaine’s.
“What do you want me to sing?”
“Something to get my mind off the storm.” Blaine said as he rapped his arms around Kurt’s waist.
“Let me think,” Blaine pulled his knees up to his chest.
Oh, I know that I am here
and you are there
but we still have our love.
We move just like the moon and sun.
The sun comes up the moon rolls down
a world apart but they don't make a sound.
They know their love spins us round.
I've been to heaven, I've been to hell,
I've been to Vegas, and God knows where,
but nothing feels like home like you babe
I love you more than you will ever...
Oh, I've got my car and my guitar
a couple pills a couple scars.
I made a wish on a lonesome star.
Star oh star, you shine so bright
won't you grant me one small wish tonight,
that I won't die on this destructive path of mine.
I've been to heaven, I've been to hell,
I've been to Vegas, and God knows where,
but nothing feels like home like you babe
I love you more than you will ever know ohhh ohhh oh
Than you will know oh ohhh
Dear I love you more than you will ever know
The lights went out as Kurt song the last line, cussing most of the girls to scream and for Blaine to tighten his grip on Kurt. As Mercedes latching on to his other shoulder.
“I’ve got you,” Kurt whispered into Blaine’s ear.
“Why did the lights go off?”
“A power line probable got hit, just close your eyes and it’s just like your asleep.” Kurt whispered back to him, “and as for you Sam is sitting right next to you. Put his arm in a death grip.” Kurt said to Mercedes, she then unclenched his arm.
“Sorry,” she said before she turned to Sam. Kurt turned back to Blaine and dropped his head back on to Blaine’s. It wasn’t long after Kurt knottiest the Blaine was asleep on his shoulder the he himself fell asleep.

“You may now go back to your class rooms, the final bell will ring in ten minutes.” Figgins came over the annulments again
“We need to wake them up,” Mike said as he and Tina pasted down the hall. They had moved down the hallway right before the lights went out.
“Wait one second, I want to take a pitcher. They just look so cute.” Mercedes said as she stood up and walked in front of the sleeping boys. Blaine now had his legs draped over Kurt’s. Kurt looked the same except that his hand not around Blaine’s waist was intertwined with one of Blaine’s. Mercedes snapped the pitcher just as Mr. Schuester walked over to the crowned of girls that had formed in front of the boys, all the others had gone back to the choir room.
“What is going on ladies?”
“Just wakening up Kurt and Blaine,” Rachel said as she walked over to the boys. “Blaine, we can go back to the class room now.” Blaine jumped at the girl shaking him awake, which cussed Kurt to wake up.
“What’s wrong,” Kurt said as he turned to Blaine.
“Rachel scared the crap out of me.”
“We can go back to the class room,” Rachel said as she got up and walked back to the choir room. The boys got up and followed Rachel in, as soon as the got into the room the bell went off.
“Time to leave,” Kurt said as all of their class mates ran out of the class room. They made there way to the parking lot only to find it was still storming.
“There is no way I can drive home in this weather,” Blaine said as he turned to Kurt.
“You can stay at my house, until it lets up. But if it doesn’t it’s a Friday you can always stay over the weekend.” Kurt said as he opened the door to outside.
“Okay. Now I say we run to my car.” Blaine looked to Kurt for his thoughts on the mater. “Here you drive,” Blaine said handing Kurt his car keys. “I don’t think I can right now.” Kurt took his keys and ran out the door, Blaine followed after.
Kurt got to the car first and jumped into the drivers side, Blaine jumped in a minute later. “You run fast.”
“Can’t get my close to wet.”
“Hate to tell you but, your drenched.”
“I know,” Kurt said as he put his school bag by Blaine’s feet, then started the car. “Can you text my dad and tell him the you are staying at the house tonight.” Kurt said as they pulled out of the parking lot.
“Will do,” Blaine started to look in Kurt’s bag for his phone, but it wasn’t here. “Where is you phone?”
“It should be in my bag, no, wait it’s in my back pocket.”
“Okay, left your butt up?”
“What?”
“I’m going to get your phone out of your pocket.” Blaine said it like it was the most normal thing in the world. Kurt pulled up to a stop light and got the phone out of his pocket himself.
“Here.”
“That ways no fun,” Blaine said as he started to Text Burt. As they pulled away Burt texted back. “He said ‘good plan I don’t want him driving out in this weather.’ Your dad loves me, doesn’t he?”
“I think so, tell him that I don’t either and that I will see him when he gets home.
He texted back as they pulled into the driveway. “See you two when you get home I’m home.”
“Explains why his car is here. You ready to run into the house.”
“Race you,” Blaine said as he grabbed his and Kurt’s bag and jumped out of the car. Blaine stopped outside the door under the roof covering the porch. “I win!” Blaine yelled as Kurt ran up to were he was standing.
“Yes but what do you win?”
“Nothing, but the loser gets a kiss from the winner.” Blaine dropped their bags and closed the little space between him and Kurt. Blaine pulled Kurt into a kiss his hands coming up to cup Kurt’s face. One of Kurt’s hands found it’s way into the wet curls at the nape of Blaine’s neck and the other into the back pocket of Blaine’s pants.
“I’m content with being the loser. As long as a get a kiss every time.”
“You boys want to come inside before you get swept up by a tornado.” Burt said from the door way.
