At 2:20 Zeppelin Blaze Hummel-Anderson at 7.6oz and 24in was born. At 2:34 she met her dads for the first time.
Blaine and Kurt walked into the room hand and hand. The first thing they saw was Amy and her husband Michel. “That baby was stubborn, and now if you don’t mind I’m going to sleep.” Amy said as soon as they steped foot in the room.
“She’s over there if you want to see here, which most likely you do.” Kurt and Blaine walked over to the small glass crib thing that the baby are put in when they are first born.
“Blaine she is so pretty,” the two of them just stood and looked over her.
“You can pick her up if you want to, she is yours,” Michel said as he walked up behind them. “And have you picked a name yet, because the doctors need to know for the paperwork?”
“Yes, Zeppelin Blaze Hummel-Anderson,” Blaine said as he watch Kurt pick up their daughter.
“Zeppelin?” The Doctor asked as he walked over with some papers that they need to fill out. “ You two need to sign these.” Blaine singed the papers then looked up to hand Kurt the pen, but what he was he liked a lot better. Kurt was holding their little girl, smiling like he’s never smiled before. He was rocking her in his arm as he hummed a lullaby. Coopers words were playing out in front of his face, they could do this.
“Kurt honey, you need to sign some papers,” he said as her walked over to were Kurt and their daughter were. Kurt handed him Zeppelin, then went to go sign the papers. Just as Kurt was almost done, Zeppelin woke up and started to cry. Kurt turned to see how Blaine would react and he liked what he saw. Blaine rocked her in her arms and song a quiet lullaby to her.
“He’s a lawyer, writer, and he can sing. What can’t he do?” The doctor said as he took the papers that both Kurt and Blaine had singed.
“I’ll tell you when I find out,” Kurt said as he watched Blaine out Zeppelin in her crib. He then walked over and stood behind Blaine hooking his chin on his shoulder.
“You can come pack and we’ll do some little things we need to do. Then you can tack her home.” The doctor said as he left the room. Blaine and Kurt stayed for a little longer, then walked back out into the waiting room. The entered with the biggest smiles, everyone had ever seen, on there faces.
“We have to come back in the morning and we can tack her home.” Blaine said as all of the family that was there.
“Let get you boys home.” Burt said as the turned the boys around and started to walk out. They got down the to the doors of the hospital and then the group had to part. Copper, Finn, and Rachel went left to there hotels and Kurt, Blaine, Burt, and Carol went right to Kurt and Blaine’s apartment. Burt and Carol walked hand and hand behind the boys. The boys were walking hand and hand as well, but they were swinging their clasped hands back and forth.
Kurt stopped which pulled Blaine back when he did. “What’s wrong baby?”
“Blaine?”
“Yes?”
“Did we put the crib together?”
“No. We need to do that when we get home.”
“I’ll help,” Burt said from behind them. The fore walked home is silence, which was all broken when they got home.
“Kurt where does peace a go?”
“I don’t know the intrusions are in Germen.” Kurt and Blaine sat face to face with parts of the crib all around them. Burt and Carol watched from the door way the two tried to put their daughters crib together. “Do ether of you know German?” Kurt said to Carol and Burt’s laughing forms.
z88;
“No but we’ve both put a crib together before,” Burt said as he crossed the room.
“Care to held us then,” Blaine said from were he sat turning a peace in his hands.
“Yes I’ll help, but first go get me a screw driver.”
“Where are our screw drives Kurt?”
“There is one in the…” Kurt closed his eyes as he tried to reminder. “ In the blue tool box in the hall closet.” With that Blaine sat up and walked in to the hall to find the box.
“You boys don’t use that often do you?” Carol asked Blaine as they stood in the hallway.
“No, I didn’t even know we had a tool box. I know there is a hammer in the kitchen that we used to hang up pitchers. That’s about it.”
“You know I’m still imprested that you two can afford a three bedroom apartment in New York.”
“Well I’m a lawyer and Kurt is a amazing music teacher at a very nice school, so it’s really not that hard. And within the next fore five years I’m getting a promotion. The only bad thing is we could have to move to Texas.” Blaine said as he started to walk back into the room with the screw driver.
After three hours of confusion and arguing the fore of them got the crib together. Burt and Carol then left the boys to put the bedding in. Bye the end of that Blaine and been forbidden to help so he sat on the floor. When Kurt finished up he sat on the floor with Blaine. “I’m so fucking tired,” Kurt said as he lade down with his hade in Blaine’s lab
“Come on lets go to bed.”
“I don’t want to move, the floor sounds like a lovely bed right now.”
“Thank god. I didn’t want to move.” So Kurt and Blaine fell asleep on the floor of the daughters room. Blaine with his arms around Kurt’s waste, and Kurt with his head on Blaine’s chest, arms on his shoulders.
