Blaine woke up at 5 for his coffee date.The place was just around the corner but he had to make sure that he looked great for Kurt. He showered and gel down his hair before returning back to his room and looking through all of his clothes he had to make sure that he looked just right. He grabbed his yellow bow tie and the tightest pants he could find.It was his first date since Sebastian and it was going to be great.Blaines phone started to ring when he left his hotel room.

"Hot date tonight?" Sam asked, his voice full of anticipation.

"No."

"Well the guy you were talking to last night was nice."

"So was Rachel,a little drunk though."

"Yeah about that,I was going to cancel but she brought Kurt so it was okay."

"Its fine, but next time tell me if youre going to bring your girlfriend."

"Deal. Hey man I have to go, We are going to see a movie at 3:30."

"Alright man.Talk to you later." Blaine hung up as he walked into the small coffee shop.He decided to wait for Kurt to come in before he ordered. Blaine smiled,he was finally moving forward.

Kurt entered the shop right at six to see Blaine sitting at a booth with his legs crossed.

"Hey." Blaine said, his smile spreading across his face."I planned on buying coffee so what do you want?"

"Medium Mocha." Kurt said, thinking about how sweet it was for him to be buying. Kurt messed with his gold vest until Blaine came back coffees in hand.

"Thank you." Kurt said as Blaine sipped his drink.

"No thank you, this place has great coffee." Blaines enthusiasm spread across his face.

“So tell me about yourself, what made you make the move.” Kurt asked, he decided that he loved Blaine's eyes almost as much as his smile.

“Well some bad blood between friends and it was time for me to get a new job.”

“Where do you work?”

“I start teaching musical theatre at the arts high school in August.” Blaine looked down, “It's just such a great opportunity for me.” Kurt liked that he was humble. “What about you?”

Kurt sighed he hated his job, he rarely got to design anymore and it lost it's touch. “I work at vouge.com.”

“That's great,but you don't seem that happy.”Blaine tilted his head.

“It was great but I don't love it anymore.I came here to perform not spend my weekdays in design meetings I could careless about.”

“Then perform.”

“Blaine, it's not that easy,I have such a long way to go, I have to get auditions and...”

“Follow your dreams Kurt, don't drown in your live, you have to live it!” Blaine grabbed Kurt's hand and looked into his eyes. “Don't give up.”

Kurt was taken back, he hadnt been told to follow his dreams in years and he really liked that it came from Blaine. “Come on, were in New York. Let's do some sightseeing!” And with that Kurt lead Blaine out of the coffee shop and into the bustle of New York.

After a long day of running around in New York. They sat down on a free bench in central park, soda's and hot dogs in hand.

“I have had a really great time today.”

“Yeah, it's easier to talk to you without drunk people banging into us.” Kurt said as he took a bite of his hot dog. “ And I know that Rachel and Sam set us up but it was really great to actually go out with you today.”

“Yeah. I haven't been out with someone in forever and I'm glad it's with you.” Blaine said a smile creeping up his face.Kurt turned away to hide the fact that he was blushing.

“I'm glad I came out with you to.” Kurt stared into Blaine's welcoming eyes. He couldn't resist the soft curve of his lips when he leaned into kiss him. Blaine was shocked but decided to kiss him back.Kurt stopped and leaned back to view Blaine's face, his smile starting to spread across his face. Kurt returned the endearing look.

Suddenly Blaine looked down at his watch. "Oh shit." He muttered as he started to get up.

"Whats wrong?" Kurt asked a worried look covering his face. "Did I do something wrong?"

"No, I was supposed to meet Sam at 3:30 and its 5." Blaine kissed Kurt on his cheek and started rushing the other way."Call me!" Blaine yelled and turned the corner.

Kurt sat their suspended in the quick end of his date. He quickly snapped out of it and smiled.He really liked Blaine.

At least he said call me,my last date told me to snapchat him my nudes. Kurt thought to himself as he got up from the bench.
