Blaine managed to convince Kurt to sit beside him in History. It ended up being to both of their benefit as Blaine was having difficulty in the class and Kurt seemed to already know everything.
“How did you get so smart?” asked Blaine, leaning over to look at Kurt’s work sheet.
Kurt looked back at the whiteboard before turning to look at Blaine. “Paying attention in class usually helps.”
Blaine wrinkled his nose and jotted down a couple of notes. Kurt had changed, that much had become evident. But all it did was make Blaine more curious about him. “Have you decided on your audition song? Warblers practice is tonight.”
Kurt’s lips upturned into a smile. “Yes, I have.”
“Well, don't be a tease. What is it?”
The bell rang and signalled the end of class, and Kurt shoved his books into bag. Blaine's eyes widened when he felt a warm hand slide up his thigh, and he froze in place as Kurt leaned in close and he could feel his warm breath against his ear. “Guess you'll just have to wait and see.”
Kurt stood up with a smirk on his face, and slipped his hand into the pocket of his blazer as he walked away.
Blaine remained seated for a few seconds. Where Kurt had touched him felt like it was on fire, and it wasn't until the classroom began to fill with students that Blaine made his exit.
--
“Dude, you're almost late,” Jeff said accusingly as Blaine walked into the common room. He slid his pocket watch back into his pocket before looking up.
“Yeah, sorry. Ms. Saunders kept me after class to discuss my English mark,” Blaine replied, placing his bag on the couch.
Jeff eyed him uncertainly for a moment. “English is your best subject though.”
Blaine rolled his eyes. “Yeah, tell me about it,” he paused for a minute and smiled at Kurt from across the room. “Everything set up for his audition?”
“Sure is. We were just waiting on you,” said Jeff and gestured for Kurt to stand. “It's all you.”
Blaine sat down and watched as Kurt walked to the centre of the room, and Nick started the music.
I’ve got a bad taste in me
It’s like I’ve been robbed of something
I once was in my childhood memories
And it’s buried in sandboxes, back where we used to see
The dreams could come true if believed
The sidewalks scream our names
Blaine turned his position on the couch to focus more on Kurt. His voice was angelic, something new to the Warblers that was for sure. Kurt turned to stare at him, and for whatever reason, he felt a shiver go up his spine.
We are so,
Far from home
Far from home
Jeff nudged Blaine when his gaze drifted to the floor after holding Kurt’s eye contact for so long. He swallowed hard, mind racing as Kurt continued to sing.
All I have is words
To which I’m a slave
I scribble them down
Hoping to save me
But I’m lost
I’m so lost
These pages will burn
And I’ll pass away
Yesterday’s gone
And I just can’t shake
The fact that I’m lost
I’m so lost
Blaine saw what he could only assume were tears in Kurt’s eyes as he finished off the last lines of the song, and the chords echoed around the silent room. Blaine stood and began to clap, and one by one the rest of the Warblers did the same.
“I don't think we need to say much. Welcome to the Warblers, Kurt,” Blaine said proudly.
Kurt bowed, and a slight flush appeared on his cheeks. “I just hope all of you can carry your weight.”
The group broke out into laughter before Blaine walked over and gave Kurt a pat on the back. “That was.. that was fantastic Kurt. You are an amazing singer and the way you belted out that song.. just wow. Great job.”
“Did you want to go out tomorrow night? There's this bar I go to and you seem like you could use a breather. You're really uptight and this might help loosen you up a bit,” Kurt said, his eyes raking down Blaine's body.
Blaine hesitated for only a moment. He had been really stressed with his marks lately and what harm could one night out cause? “Yeah. That sounds great. Uh, how are we going to get in though? I mean, we are underage.”
Kurt smiled. “I've already got that taken care of.”
--
By the end of the day, Blaine was so exhausted that he nearly tripped over his feet as he walked up to his dorm. He was stopped only once by Jeff, who asked to borrow his notes for Chemistry.
Blaine slid his key into the door, his head resting on the wooden door as he pushed it open. As if on auto pilot, he slipped off his shoes before collapsing onto his bed in a huff.
“Tired?”
Blaine's eyes opened in a flash, and he sat up quickly. “Kurt, what are you doing here?”
Kurt laughed as he hung some clothes in the closet before he sat down on the bed across from Blaine. “Slight change of shelter.”
“Wait, you're rooming here now?” Blaine's voice raised a little higher than he intended, and he rubbed the back of his neck. “And you're rooming with me?”
“Yeah. It's getting a little closer to the winter months and it already takes me forever to get here. So my dad decided I should just stay on campus,” Kurt waved his arms. “And here I am. Funny how the only dorm they had left was this one.”
Kurt’s voice dropped unexpectedly, and he walked over to Blaine's bed to join him. Blaine inhaled sharply as Kurt’s hand travelled up his thigh again, and all of a sudden Kurt’s breath was hot against his cheek. “We're room mates now.”
Blaine felt frozen in place and when he turned his head, soft lips met his and soon enough he was flat on his back with Kurt’s legs on either side of his waist. He slid his hand up Kurt’s back, fingers entangling into the his hair.
It wasn't until Kurt’s tongue pressed against his lips that Blaine broke out of his trance and pushed on Kurt’s shoulders.
Kurt backed off slowly, and Blaine thought for a moment that he could see faint hurt in his eyes. “Did I do something wrong?”
“What am I to you?” Blaine blurted, moving to sit cross legged.
Kurt sat back on his heels. “We're friends.”
“Friends,” Blaine said slowly. “So why did you just kiss me?”
Kurt stood up quickly, hands brushing off on his trousers. “Because it feels good? Kissing is nice.”
“I don't kiss people that I don't have feelings for,” Blaine felt the need to make things clear. “I'm not going to be some temporary thing to keep your mind off real life.”
Kurt pursed his lips before he went back to his closet. “You still going to come to Scandals tomorrow night?”
“Of course,” answered Blaine quickly. He still needed a night out, and he'd rather spend it with Kurt than alone at the movies.
--
Scandals was packed full of men pressed together and the music was so loud that Blaine swore he could feel the floor shake beneath his feet. He'd had a few shots at this point, and the way Kurt gripped his hips had him in a happy daze.
Kurt’s hand trailed up his chest, fingers scratching through the thin material of his shirt ever so slightly before his head dropped to Blaine's ear. “I want you.”
Blaine shivered as Kurt’s mouth trailed along his jawbone, and it wasn't until Kurt gently bit down on his bottom lip that the sober part of his brain took over and his own moved to Kurt’s chest. “I can't. Not when I know this doesn't mean anything to you.”
Kurt huffed out a breath of annoyance, and before Blaine could say anything else, he was gone and disappearing into the crowd.
Blaine rubbed his face and exhaled. He made his way back over to the bar and sat down on one of the stools before he ordered two double shots of tequila. He took them both quickly, using his sleeve to wipe his mouth as he slammed the glass back down.
It didn't take long before his head was swimming with thoughts of needing to find Kurt. Blaine stood up, and he had to grip the bar as his balance wavered. He blinked a few times before he realized that he needed to go to the bathroom, and he stumbled his way there.
Just as he pushed open the door, his eyes landed on familiar brown hair. What wasn't so familiar was the guy that had him pinned to the wall with his hand down Kurt’s pants.
“God, yes! Like that, Sebastian!” Kurt groaned, his head falling back against the wall.

Great chapter :)
:O My face right now.. holy hell!
Not Sebastian....
OH. This is getting better! Well, what else can I expect from two awesome writers! Didn't expect Sebastian to come into the story too. Oh, but it doesn't necessarily mean it's unwelcomed!
