Kurt was sitting on the corner of his bed for what felt like hours.

Then he heard people talking outside his room and he felt panic rise in him again.

'Kurt. Kurt. It's okay. These guy won't harm you. You'll eventually have to see your roomate one day. So why not right now?'

He tried desperately to comfort himself, and then the door swung open.

"-old him that he gotta pay me 500 hundred more bucks if he wanted me to take that fucking job!"

"Dude, thats more expensive than what you would cost, Jeff!"

"You're meannnn Nic-"

The auburn haired boys eyes met with Kurts cold blue eyes. Kurt froze immediately.

A long silence followed, until the other blonde haired boy nudged Jeff and rolled his eyes.

Then he said:

"Hey!!! You're the new kid right? Mr.Gutter told us to take good care of ya, heard youre pretty shy! I'm Nick Duval, and this is Jeff Sterling. This idiot is, sadly, your roomate..." Nick looked at Kurt with pity.

Jeff pouted and went up to Kurt and offered his hand.

"Nice to meet you Kurt. Looking forward to an awesome dorm life with you for the next 1 year!"

Kurt just stared at Jeff's hand, then whispered:

"Uhm.....I gotta use the restroom....."

Then he quickly vanished away.

Jeff looked at Nick, and he returned the look. Jeff mouthed 'okayyyyyyyyy?' and Nick just raised an eyebrow.

"Okay like seriously, that was the weirdest moment ever...... is he like people-phobic?"
"C'mon Jeff, leave the kid alone... heard he had some problems in his previous school which made him really shy and introverted..."

"Who has problems?" said another voice, which made Jeff and Nick turn around. It was a tanned? asian boy.

"Oh. Hey Wes, didn't see you there... We were just talking about Jeff's new roomate!"

"Oh la la~~!!!!! Who is it? Is it a fabulous hunk?!?!?" squealed another boy.

"Trent! Your gayness is showing.... and no about the hunk part but yes to the fabulous part.... or should i say beautiful?" said Jeff.
  Nick's eyes flickered for about 0.5 seconds and then grumbled

"You never tell me that im beautiful..... im supposed to be your boyfriend......"

"Awwww is Mr.sterling jealous?" teased Jeff.
"Don't call me Mr.Sterling! ....at least, not yet..." he trailed off.

"You guy are so adorable it makes me wanna barf", said Wes smiling sweetly. Now wheres that darn Blaine! We can't start our meeting without our lead singer...."

"He's probably putting on gel or something."
"Or checking on the new dude"

"Or maybe he's just late cause a certain someone made me get detention?" said a deep yet smexy voice.
All the other boys turned around, and Jeff slid far into his seat.

"It was a prank gone wrong...." he mumbled.

"Oh sure, it went wrong when a frog accidently slipped Madame Frombelle's mug.... or was that the prank?" said Blaine as he rolled his eyes.

"Enough!!! Wes was pounding his gavel. Let's get on with the Warblers meeting. So, what we need this year for the sectionals,......."

The meeting went on and finished smoothly, and they flooded back to the halls.

Jeff walked over to his dorm, hesitated- then knocked.
'This is insaneeee. I gotta knock to get into my room..' he thought.

A shy voice yelped 'come in', and Jeff entered.

"I-i'm so sorry about what happened earlier! Um... im just no used to people taking notice of me or saying hi to me... well i guess its cause i always avoid them.. or maybe they avoid me? or im not sure... i cant really tell, you see....."
 
Jeff laughed and Kurt froze.

" Stop, you're rambling! Well, i couldn't not not notice you, considering you were sitting on my bed..." he winked.

Kurt yelped and quickly apologized.

"Hey, its ok! we're roomates now, so lets just get comfortable with eachother. How's that?"

Kurt blushed, then nodded.

"Sure...." then he smiled.
