Kurt sighed and looked up towards the huge majestic building in front of him.
--------------------------------------------------------------------
It was his first day at Dalton Academy, much to his dismay.
Sure, he was glad to be away from this previous school, McKinley, but what Kurt
wanted was to not go to ANY school at all. The bullyings at his school started verbally,
then physically, then....
"Kurt Hummel?"
Kurt snapped out of his thoughts at the deep masculine voice.
It was the principal, who came out to welcome the newcomer.
"I was starting to worry, you know, thought you got lost or something....... Well,
follow me! I'll introduce you to the other juniors.... you are a junior, right?"
Kurt just slightly smiled and nodded.
"Very well." The principal gestured from Kurt to come, and they both walked into
the grand building.
What Kurt saw inside made his jaws drop. It was hugeeeee and every inch of the
wall was orned with either gold (real or paint... he couldn't quite figure out without
actually breaking a piece and tasting it or something...) or marble. There were
statues everywhere and painting, certificates, trophies...
"Please wait out here. I must go see the secretary to get you your schedule and
dorm arrangements."
Kurt didn't respond, he just looked around with these huge eyes. The principal
chuckled, already used to this cause every single newcomer had done the same. Kurt walked up to one wall, and looked at a row of framed pictures entitled
"Dalton Academy Wall of Fame". He breathed in awe..... these guys were HOT.
He continued to gawk at these hotties until the principal came back with a bunch
of papers in his hand.
"Here you go buddy. This is your new schedule, and this- he said giving him a
small slip of paper- is you dorm floor and number. Classes start tomorrow!"
Kurt shyly mumbled a 'thank you' and walked towards the dorm wing.
He walked with a bunch of other students, and he guessed that classes just ended
for the day. He was startled and shocked, because some students gave an
acknowledging nod, some smiled, and some even said hi, all recognizing him as
a newcomer.
He nodded and smiled to in response, and rushed because he started to feel
uncomfortable, and bile threatened to crawl up his throat. He hated attention.
But as he rushed with his head down, he was unable to see the man with gelled
hair (an awful amount), who was running to the opposite direction.
They both arrived at a corner and-
"What th- fuck!!!!!"
Kurt looked up upon the voice, but it was too late.
They collided, but only Kurt fell to the floor. Man this guy was hard.
Kurt winced in pain and whimpered. The other man, looked down and gasped.
"Oh my God im so sorry!!! I should have looked in front of me or something... gosh i can be a clutz sometimes..... hey, you okay?"
Kurt just looked down at his feet and trembled. furiously.
"Um..... hey? excuse me.... you okay...?" The other man started to panic, as worry and concern filled his eyes.
"Hey are you having a panic attack? Can you hear me!"
The last word yelled by the man startled Kurt, and he snapped back into 'reality'. But he continued to tremble as he slowly and unsteadily brought himself to his feet. He lost balance, but the other man caught him just in time.
Kurt's eyes grew bigger and he quickly snatched his arm away.
"I'm fine..... im sorry...." mumbled Kurt.
He straightened himself and scurried away to his dorm, praying his roomate wasn't already there, cause he was in no mood to talk to anyone right now. He just wanted to curl up into a ball and shut everything out from his life.
It was Kurt's first day at Dalton, and he was already miserable.
