Today was the day, they were finally leaving for New York for the second time. Both boys were understandably nervous but was sure that something terrible couldn't happen to them for a second time. Blaine had all his stuff packed but only put a few things in the car, as did Kurt. Once the car was packed and they said goodbye to Carole, they were on their way to the airport so they could fly there. Burt drove them and stopped when they arrived. They gave the boys a hug each and told them to be careful. Blaine thought that Burt was going to cry but he was being manly and tried to stop himself.
"I seriously doubt that we'll have another accident on the way there. We're staying with Rachel and Santana until we can get an apartment sorted. We've decided to get married when I'm twenty one." Kurt told his dad. "So next year."
"I am looking forward to it." Burt smiled and hugged the boys once more. They said their goodbyes before entering the airport.

Once they got off the plane, they did exactly what they did last time and got a taxi, putting their bags in the back before getting in. They sat cuddling and gripping each others hands as they sat terrified and waited for a car to hit them. But one never did. They stopped outside Rachel and Santana's apartment and they carried their stuff inside. When they walked in, there was a big "Welcome!" banner across the wall.
"Hey guys!" Rachel smiled and hugged them both.
"You both got here in one piece, that's good to know." Santana smiled and then hugged them when Rachel was done.
"We're so glad to have got here in one piece. We were so worried in the car about whether or not we'd make it here." Blaine told them.
"So Kurt, we hear you didn't get in." Santana said after.
"Santana, he doesn't really want to talk about it." Blaine told her, then took Kurt's hand and squeezed it comfortingly.
"So what are you going to do?" She asked.
"Santana, i just told you." Blaine said in a stern voice.
"Honestly, i don't know so i need some time to think. It was a choice of coming here with Blaine or spending the year at community college in Ohio. But i didn't want to be away from Blaine." Kurt said. "I would appreciate some thinking space."

Santana had reluctantly agreed to sleep in Rachel's room and Kurt and Blaine slept in her old room. It wasn't very big and with all their stuff it was cramped so they mostly just snuggled on the bed together. Not that they minded, they were snuggle whores. They spent a lot of their time during the day exploring the city and in the evening, they cooked together and snuggled up in front of the TV, watching tv shows they loved.
"Are you happy here?" Kurt asked as they snuggled.
"Of course i am!" Blaine smiled at Kurt. "I'm here with you and that makes me happy."
"But what happens when you start NYADA? You're going to be so busy and not have any time for us."
"I will always make time for us."
"Always?"
"Always!" Blaine leaned in and kissed Kurt deeply. "You are the most important thing in my life and that will never change. We will be getting married soon and we will be so happy."
"I think twenty one is good age to marry."
"So next year?"
"Next summer?"
"Next summer it is!"
So they knew when they were getting married. When Kurt was twenty one. They had pretty much everything planned, they just needed to do bookings and get save the dates sorted. Well they had Rachel and Santana in the apartment to help them.

Blaine's first day of NYADA came and he was shaking from excitement and nerves. He was also sad for Kurt because this was supposed to be his day too. Santana, Rachel and Blaine would all be out doing something and Kurt would be hunting around for a job or something to do. He knew that Kurt would eventually find something, he just wanted him to be happy and doing something he loves. He walked up to the school, clinging onto Rachel's arm as she showed him where to go. It really didn't feel right without Kurt but he had to do it. Rachel explained everything he needed to know and very slightly helped ease his nerves. His phone rang before he went into class.
"Hey baby!" Kurt said down the phone.
"Hey Kurt, is everything okay?"
"Yeah its fine. It's just, i was asleep when you left and i really wanted to be there with you. I'm sorry. Am i forgiven?"
"Always."
"Good! I was just calling to say good luck and that i love you and i'll see you at home later, where you can tell me all about it. Oh and we have an apartment viewing this weekend. Okay, love you! Good luck!" Kurt said.
"I have to go sweetie. Love you too! Bye!" Blaine hung up and then realised that Kurt had mentioned an apartment viewing. They hadn't even started looking yet. Blaine wasn't mad at Kurt, he just wished that they had chosen a place to view together. Well he had to stop thinking about it for now because he had his class. The class was much harder than he had expected it, they went straight into dance and they had to move so much and he didn't expect to hurt so much by the end of it. His teacher was yelling at him and telling him he needed to get better. Rachel did warn him about this but it didn't stop him from being overwhelmed. As soon as the day ended, he hurried home and burst through the door. He looked at Kurt on the couch and burst into tears, throwing himself into his arms and hugged him tight.
"What is it baby?"
"Today was so horrible without you there and my teacher was yelling at me and said i needed to be better. I needed you there." Blaine cried into Kurt's neck.
