Author's Notes: Ok, I'm seeing this right...Thank you so much for reads and my story is on the featured stories!!!!! I've been smiling for days (my friends can tell you that)... wow just thank you so much ;D
The loud bell was something Blaine didn’t want to hear. His hand reached forward to find his alarm clock but he couldn’t manage to find it. He looked up and saw that he wasn’t in his comfy bed or his home at all, he was in the middle of math, or English or was it history?

“Blaine man! Wake up!” He heard Mike’s voice shouting above him. Blaine groaned as he sat up.

“You’re always tired, what’s up?” Mike asked as Blaine rose from his chair.

“No reason.” Blaine said, it was getting easier for him to lie now after the amount of times he’d done it in just this past week. No one knew that Kurt was staying with him, it had only been a few days and it seems Finn hasn’t been to the Hummel’s house this week so he doesn’t know yet. Blaine didn’t think he knew about Kurt being pregnant. In fact no one seemed to know, which was good but at the same time this huge secret was getting hard to keep.

The night Kurt had first come to his small, two-bedroom apartment was one of the most wonderful yet stressful nights of his life. Of course Nick and Jeff were full of questions once they stumbled in to the apartment at five in the morning, waking both boys up. Since the questions were getting too hard to answer, they had to tell them the truth. Although they were beyond wasted and probably would not be able to remember the next morning, they congratulated them and left them to return to sleep.

A weird thing was that since Kurt was still refusing to sleep in Blaine’s bed, and he wouldn’t give up sleeping on the couch, they seemed to still sleep there together. One thing Blaine weirdly liked, well not weird but…Blaine didn’t know.

Nick and Jeff were leaving in a few days since they had to get back home for Christmas. Blaine groaned at the thought as he walked down the crowded hallways. After the past few days he’d completely forgot about Christmas, it wasn’t until the school started putting up those cheap Christmas decorations that he remembered. That also means he has to probably get something for Kurt, does he? They were only living together, for now anyway. But they both knew something more was going on.

Blaine shook his head to clear his thoughts, then walked through the doors to the changing rooms. He got changed into his gym clothes and headed outside along with the rest of his class. Gym was one of the very few classes Blaine liked.

The class was demanded to run laps, and after many complaints and protests that it was winter and way too cold to be doing stuff like this, they set off.

Thankfully Mike was in this class with Blaine and they jogged more then ran. Blaine was trying to speak to Mike but the boy wasn’t listening, it wasn’t until Blaine followed his gaze that he saw Tina and a few others sitting on the bleachers.

“You know,” Blaine said, “If you keep staring and don’t look forward you’re going to crash into something and look like a fool in front of your girlfriend.”

Mike smirked at this as he turned his head away. They jogged around the track and Mike now only looked when they were running so they were facing the stands.

When Mike and Blaine started to walk towards them, Blaine looked up to see who was there. He saw Tina talking to Rachel, who was next to Brittany, who was seated next to Kurt.

Wait! Kurt!?

Blaine looked up at the boy in the stands, Kurt caught him staring at him and smiled. Blaine was about to smile back when he ironically slammed head-first into something as he ran.

He fell back onto the dirty track, then looked up to see what he ran into. Unfortunately it was Azimio, a huge football player, who knew not to really get in to a argument with Blaine so quickly hurried off.

Mike caught up to Blaine and laughed when he saw his best friend on the ground. He offered a hand which Blaine took.

“And you were telling me to watch out.” Mike said as he pulled Blaine up.

“It was the um…sun.” Blaine said, his hands brushing away the mud on his top.

“Dude there is no sun.” Mike said pointing to the sky, “It's cloudy.” Mike then looked up at the stands as well. “Hmm…someone caught your attention? Who is it Brittany? Rachel? Maybe even Kurt, I mean.. no offense man but you sure don’t seem to mind what gender.”

Blaine shrugged and then continued running to avoid the question.

“Kurt! Hey Kurt!” A voice from down the hallway called his name. Kurt looked up from the book he was reading by his locker to see Finn running down the hall.

“Finn, what can I do for you?” Kurt asked as he closed his book and put it back in his locker, closing that also shortly after.

“I…umm…well me and my mom went to your house the other night.” Kurt’s heart literally skipped a beat. “And I asked where you were, but Burt just said you were out with some friends. However later that night I overheard my mom and Burt talking and my mom sounded really upset. I kept listening in…”

“Finn, that’s rude!” Kurt said, trying to get him to drop the subject.

“Whatever, dude! This is important! I heard Burt talking about that he kicked you out the house! What’s going on!?” Finn asked, panic tattooed on his face.

Kurt froze on the spot, not knowing what to do. All he wanted was the ground to swallow him up and take him to a different country somewhere, maybe England…

“Look, Finn it’s none of your business!” Kurt said then turning on the spot and walking away.

Finn didn’t give up though, he followed Kurt down the hall, constantly calling his name. Kurt just kept walking until he arrived at the choir room, he noticed the room was empty. He looked on his phone at the time and saw he was fifteen minutes early, since he had a free period before.

“Kurt!” Finn yelled once again as he too walked into the abandoned room. Kurt turned around to face the taller boy.

“Look Finn, I told you, you don’t have to worry about it, okay!? What happened between my dad and I is going to stay that way!” Kurt yelled back, starting to get really irritated with Finn's constant prying.

“Why wont you tell me! I feel bad enough that whenever I go to your house, well Burt’s…whatever, that you're not there and now Christmas is just over a week away and you're not going to even be there! It’s wrong for you not to be there!”

Kurt sat down on one of the red plastic chairs and rested his head in his heads. He continued by sighing heavily, "You don’t know what I’ve done.” he announced softly, his voice barely a whisper.

“Then tell me.” Finn said.

“No.” Kurt simply repeated, not looking up.

“Kurt! The sooner you tell me, the more I can help!” Finn yelled as the anger came back.

“I don’t want too!” Kurt yelled.

“Stop acting like a little kid! You just gotta-”

“HEY!”

Finn turned around to see who interrupted him, then his eyes fell on the curly haired boy, also known as Blaine.

“What‘s going on?” Blaine asked Finn, calming himself down.

“This is just stuff between Kurt and I, alright dude?” Finn said about to turn back but Blaine started to talk.

“Anything that happens with Kurt becomes my business too, so im gonna ask you again. Frankenteen, what’s going on?” Blaine asked.

“Wait, why is it your business?” Finn asked also, completely confused.

Blaine looked down at Kurt, who was sitting on the chair, head in hands. He wanted to comfort the boy, but not in front of Finn.

“I’m only trying to find out why he got kicked out of his house, alright?” Finn told Blaine, just as he said that another voice came from behind them.

“Who got kicked out their house!?” The voice of Rachel squealed. When Blaine turned round he saw almost half the glee club standing there.

Blaine groaned in frustration, he then turned to Kurt and took one of his hand’s into his own and pulling it away from his head. Then pulled him up to his feet and leaned in to whisper. “Come on, you don’t look too well.” Then pulled the boy out the classroom, leaving a group of stunned students. Thankfully the other pupils were currently in class, so Blaine didn’t have to let go of Kurt’s hand.

Once they were out in the car park, Blaine let go of Kurt’s hand. Kurt looked up at the boy and smiled weakly.

“Thanks.” he said softly.

Blaine shrugged his shoulders in response then gestured Kurt to follow him.

“Where are we going?” Kurt asked as he buttoned up his coat, remembering that the temperature had dropped dramatically over the past couple of days.

“Home. There’s only two more class periods until we’re free for Christmas break. Skipping half a day wont hurt your grades.” Blaine answered, then opened the side drivers side of Kurt’s car that the two were using. Kurt followed and got in the passengers side.

They soon arrived at the apartment building and got out. While walking up the stairs, Blaine had to ask.

“Are you okay? And the….the baby?” Blaine asked, still always stammering a bit when he talked about the baby.

“Yeah, we’re both fine.” Kurt told him. They reached the door to the apartment and opened it seeing it was unlocked.

They found Nick and Jeff on the couches, Jeff sitting Indian style watching Nick, who was laying upside down, as he flicked through the channels.

“Having fun?” Blaine asked, both boys jumping a little bit, not expecting them to be back so early.

“Nope, all Christmas themed crap.” Nick said, as he sat up and turned around so he was sitting the right way up, he then smiled at Kurt as the boy took off his coat. “Hey Kurt!”

“Hey.” Kurt replied in a quiet voice. Blaine frowned slightly, noticing that Kurt hadn’t really spoke much since Blaine found him in the choir room.

Kurt excused himself to the guest bedroom, which was now cleared since Nick and Jeff would be leaving later that day.

Jeff noticed Blaine was annoyed but decided to not say anything since he and Blaine weren’t very close and he didn’t want to say something to upset the boy.

December 24th came quickly after that day.

Kurt was curled up on the couch, with a blanket covering his lower half of his body and the TV playing in the background as he was typing on his laptop that his dad sent him the other day.

Blaine walked through, he’d changed into some dark washed jeans, a black tee shirt and burgundy cardigan. One of the jocks were having a Christmas party and Blaine had never denied an invite to a party.

“You know,” Blaine started as he pulled on some black converses, “You could always come too.”

Kurt turned his head and gave him a death stare. “Yeah, a party where no one knows me or cares, with a high chance of all drinks being spiked. Alcohol plus pregnancy doesn’t work out too well, Blaine.” Kurt told him, turning his head back to his laptop.

“Oh…yeah, right.” Blaine said. He really didn’t know anything. Not about pregnancy or babies, nothing.

Blaine said a quick goodbye to Kurt and left.

Kurt sighed then closed his laptop. Honestly he really didn’t want to spend his first Christmas eve alone.

Kurt sat up a bit more and grabbed the remote for the TV and switched the channel. He flicked through every channel that the TV got and couldn’t watch anything. Every single channel has a happy, perfect family enjoying the Christmas holiday.

He turned the TV off and leaned back.

He felt the tears fall from his eyes and he thought about the things he would be missing this year. The stupid little things like his dad always burning himself when he tried to cook, the way he’d wake up from a dream of his deceased mom and then going downstairs and just spending the whole day with his dad.

They worst of all, he wouldn’t be going with his dad to visit his moms grave. They did it every Christmas and for the first time ever, he wouldn’t be going.

So he just sat by himself in the lonely apartment, all alone on Christmas eve.

End Notes: *Sigh* poor little Kurtie :( I felt sad after writing this but it will get better... hopefully :) Hugs And Butterfly KissesYourPinkSunglassesAndSaiSwords
