Kurt was a mess when he came back from the NYADA mixer. He just kept on moaning about how the kids were so much better than him and Rachel. That they had credits and Kurt barely did anything but be in Glee club. He had no chance against them. Blaine had held Kurt against his chest, trying to soothe him through his sobs. “Kurt, Kurt, look at me.” Blaine took his hand and placed it under his chin. He nudged Kurt’s head up and looked into those beautiful glaz eyes full with unshed tears. “You are so amazing. You have so much talent. You demand attention when you walk into the room, Kurt. You are a shining star and you shine so much brighter than this town can take, Kurt. So what if you haven’t been in any plays or been on TV? You just haven’t gotten the chances the other kids have but guess what? You have so much more talent and you’ve been through so much that you can deal with anything that life throws at you. You are so strong, Kurt and you are so brave. I believe in you and you are my inspiration.” Kurt smiled and nuzzled Blaine’s hand. “Thank you.” Kurt whispered before Blaine gently placed a kiss on his forehead. “Anytime, dear.” Blaine whispered back before snuggling back into the couch with the boy of his dreams.

This was so sweet. I would have loved to see something like this happen on Glee. I always kind of felt that Kurt would have turned to Blaine when he doubted his chances of getting into NYADA after attending the mixer. I am enjoying these drabbles.

If you liked that drabble, you should totally read "Somewhere the Stars Meet the Sky." It's a super cute fic about Blaine comforting Kurt after the NYADA mixer too. ;) To be honest, that's where I got the idea for that drabble. Anyway, thank you for reading them! :) You rock.
