As the days dragged on Kurt's neck healed faster than expected, but that was led with some more challenges. Every morning like clockwork Kurt would get sick. Then about three o'clock the dizziness would stop and Kurt would start to feel better. Having already had three kids Kurt had his suspicions. They had talked about maybe having one more but nothing was set in stone. They were thinking about trying and had decided that we weren't going to have sex to try for a baby we were just going to have normal sex. This sickness had started to worry the doctors but Kurt knew, he just knew they'd be having another baby in nine months.

"I'm going to want to do an ultrasound." Missy smiled. She'd been Kurt's OB/GYN since the birth of Liza. And knew Kurt backwards and forwards.

"I've called and they are bringing the mobile machine down right now." she said just as they knocked on the door.

"Dr. Hanson." the nurse spoke.

"thanks." missy smiled taking the machine and getting it set up. Since Kurt had been in the hospital longer then expected they had let him wear his own pajamas. He had on some soft blue plaid pants and a NYADA tshirt on. Kurt knew the drill and lifted up his shirt and pushed down his pants letting his slightly round belly stick out. He knew that she'd find a heart beat. Squirting on the blue gel she took the probe and moved it around slowly till a 'wosh' noise filled the room. Kurt looked at Blaine and then Blaine looked at Kurt and smiled.

"wow..." Kurt smiled.

"this is our last one ok?" Kurt chuckled slightly.

"I'm not stretching my skin for you again." he said this time with a laugh. Blaine laughed with him and kissed his husband.

"unless it's unexpected in like 7 years or something. We can't just give up a baby." Blaine sighed as his husband nodded.

"agreed." Kurt smiled as he was cleaned off.

"it looks like your about twelve weeks already." missy smiled as she stood to get the photos. Quickly coming back handing the strip of photos to Kurt and Blaine.

"I'll see you guys in about two weeks to check on the baby ok?" she said.

"I just want to make sure the baby is healthy since you were pregnant during the accident." she explained. Kurt would be out of the hospital by then and hopefully have the energy to get up and do that.

"thanks missy." Kurt smiled. Missy smiled and nodded as she left leaving the couple alone.

"we gotta tell my parents." Kurt sighed looking at Blaine. His hand had slowly moved to sit on top of his stomach.

"I know they help us a lot anyways but if we don't then they won't know when to help us when we really need it." kurt sighed with a sight chuckle. He was thinking about Carole. Even if we didn't ask for help she would somehow step in anyways cause she always knew.

"they should be here soon anyways with the kids from school so we can tell everyone then." Blaine smiled looking at the clock. As he looked back down he could hear the patter of three small sets of feet and two sets of big feet.

"daddy!" the three smiled all climbing in the bed to hug their father. Kurt smiled and gave each one of them a kiss before leaning back to look at all of them.

"how are my munchkins?" he asked with a chuckle.

"good!" Liza smiled. She still had her arm in a sling to let her shoulder heal. As Kurt sat back relaxing in the bed Liza and Chris sat on the end while Noel came over and begged for a snack.

"No, eat pease?" he asked. Kurt looked at him and sighed. He was hurting but he knew that part of that hurting was from the milk in his chest.

"sure com'ere." Kurt smiled and lifted up his shirt letting his son latch on. Pulling him close he grabbed Noel's blanket and covered him with it.

"we uh," Kurt paused. Blaine had the pictures.

"we have some news." Kurt said with a slight smile.

"it's not bad news is it?" Carole asked looking at Kurt and Blaine.

"Nope!" Blaine smiled happy as ever. Handing over the sonogram pictures to Carole the boys began to smile. Noel was still attached to his father happily eating away.

"OhMyGosh!" the expression on their faces were priceless.

"Another baby yay!" Burt blurted out happy as ever! Burt was feeling the same as if it was the first time around. Every time they hear they will be grandparents again they can't help but be super happy.

"we just found out." Blaine smiled holding Kurt's available hand that was not holding up Noel.

"I can't believe it." Carole sighed. 

"did you hear that miss Liza?" Burt asked. She looked up and nodded.

"Mhmm... I'm sooooo excited." she smiled. She wasn't showing it because her shoulder was giving her a bit of pain.

"shall we go get some dinner?" Carole asked looking at her family.

"Sure." Blaine smiled.

"there's that new place down the street that we like." Blaine said shifting to get out his wallet.

"they have the BEST burritos." he added chuckling slightly. Pulling out a 20 he handed it to Liza to take with her. He knew Burt and Carole would want to pay but if a 6 year old gave it to them they might take it. After taking orders Burt and Carole took Liza and Chris to go get dinner, Noel was still eating and slowly falling asleep.

"love you." Kurt smiled looking at Blaine.

"love you too." Blaine smiled back. Noel was still eating but Kurt could tell any minute he would drift off. The couch in the room had a pull out bed for company so they would lay him on it. Or any of the kids for that matter if they wanted to sleep. Coming back Burt handed out the food and helped get the kids situated on the couch to eat. Liza had her homework and like every night would need some help with it. Eating, Carole commented on how Blaine was right. Dinner was good. As they finished Chris helped Burt clean up and take the trash to throw it away. 

"help please papa?" Liza asked pulling herself and her homework packet up on her fathers lap.

"sure baby let's do it." he smiled and began to show her how to do the math problems. Noel had finished and Carole had offered to take him for a walk around the hospital letting him rest on her shoulder. On their way back before visiting hours were over Burt took Chris to go look at the babies. Something that Burt does with all the kids. Finishing homework and coming back from seeing babies, Carole went down to the car to get the stroller to help get the sleeping Chris and Noel down to the car. The grandparents would take the kids home again hoping that maybe the next day daddy could come home. Blaine would stay with his husband and they would sleep together them too hoping he could go home tomorrow.
