"Papa please!" Liza begged looking at her father as they stood on the toy isle of the local store.

"No." he persisted shifting his weight as Noel sat on his hip.

"But!" she begged even more.

"Elizabeth," he paused. he almost used her full name but refrained from using it as not to embarrass his most likely already embarrassed daughter.

"Your birthday is in two weeks, I will not be getting you anything right now." He sighed watching his daughter.

"You- YouHateMe!" She said all at once storming off to the end of the isle and on to the next. Blaine sighed and pulled the cart after him with one hand his other holding onto Noel. Turning the corner he saw his daughter turn to look away from him.

"Elizabeth I don't hate you." He sighed with a slight mumble. how much he wished Kurt was not on the other side of the store getting a few things for dinner tonight.

"I love you so much that I'm not getting you anything because I just know you will get something special for your birthday." He tried to smile the words coming out completely wrong as Noel reached for his fathers glasses.

"Mmm.. No baby." he sighed again pulling his sons hand away.

"Besides, right now daddy and I need to save our money." He looked at his daughter who had turned around.

"Papa and Daddy broke?" She asked looking at him with concern.

"I'll give you my piggy bank!" She insisted looking like a light bulb had just gone on.

"No baby, you don't have to do that." Blaine smiled shifting Noel again.

"Sometimes you ask for something, and sometimes you get it and sometimes you don't." Kurt explained having seen the whole situation.

"you just have to deal with it." he smiled as Blaine turned.

"When did you get here?" Blaine asked as Noel reached for his father.

"like a minute ago, I wanted to keep quiet you were doing a great job." Kurt smiled holding on to Noel giving him a slight kiss on his head turning to see Chris snacking on a bag of hot Cheetos with red powder all over him.

"how can he eat those things?" Kurt chuckled slightly. Neither him or Blaine had ever taken a liking to those.

"I have no Idea." Blaine chuckled as Liza came in for a hug. now it wasn't that they hated them it was just that they had a choice they would say no.

"we have some weird kids." Kurt rolled his eyes putting Noel in the seat of his Target cart looking over at Blaine who had asked Liza to take his pocket.

"I picked out a frozen pizza for dinner." Kurt smiled as they five of them continued down towards the diapers. it was starting to get a little colder and we needed to get the kids some new jackets aswell. It gets pretty cold in Ohio in the winter time. Grabbing the size three diapers Kurt then went down the isle and grabbed the 3T-4T Pullups with the Cars Characters on them throwing them into Blaine's cart. after he finished with that he shifted and pushed the cart over towards the baby and toddler clothing. first finding a rack of Jackets for Chris.

"See one you like Honey?" Kurt asked. There was a dark blue one with lightning McQueen on it.

"How about this one?" Blaine asked with a smile.

"Perfect!" Kurt smiled back. Throwing it into his cart, Blaine and the rest of the clan moved on to get a jacket for Noel and then to get a jacket for Liza. They let her pick her own out.
